    I REALLY enjoy this game. However it's ran by one of the worst companies ever that does nothing but destroy the game. It's a shame too it had to be run by a Chinese Criminal Party company.

    Listen,I don’t understand why you agree with this clone and what miHoYo does. miHoYo has a certain level of capital and technology. As long as they are creative, they can create uncontroversial works, but what is this? It’s just a BTOW clone with different fighting styles. I can’t understand why you guys like this work and think that this game is just borrowing from BTOW. I think it’s aListen,I don’t understand why you agree with this clone and what miHoYo does. miHoYo has a certain level of capital and technology. And why on earth would you include such a horrible p2w thing coming from mobile in a so called PC game?

    If you only allow the players to continue the main story mission after reaching a certain level, why making it so hard to level up? What if I just want to listen to the story and get out of the game? Are we not allowed to do that? If I ask you why the graphics of this games sucks, you say its because it will be mobile as well. If I ask you then why mobile is locked to 720p 30fps, you say oh because its a PC game. If I then ask why you have gacha in a PC game, oh because it is also a online game. If it is an online game then why is the player interaction so weak? Oh because it's a freaking PC game again...

    If your intention is keeping the players in the game even after the main story, as evidenced by the gacha mechanism, what do you want them to do eh? If your plan is to release part of the story bit by bit, when is the end?

    This one point is granted only because the data of your game is shared between mobile and PC, the only thing I like about this game, and that's the end of it.    … Expand

Визуал приятный, но играть в игру скучно. Если сравнивать с той же BOTW, тут не возникает желания "а что если сделать это", как это было в Зельде (всё это убивается об топорные механикиПосредственная хуйня.     A very bad balanced game and heavily Pay2Win. It has a big open world map which I like but that's all. Getting money in this game is a hard job. Working for items to summon is horrible. I have summoned so often and don't have atleast 1 good charakter. You have to spend like 300 $ each month to get something good.

If you've imitated BOTW, at least exploit more types of characters, not just abuse the characters with good looks to entice players to spend money.     Hayatımda bu kadar kötü yönetilen bir oyun görmedim. MMO olarak çıkacağız denen oyun Co-op olarak çıktı. Her gün yapılan kısır döngü işler ve aşırı derecede bir para tuzağından başka bir şey değil. Yeni çıkan karakterler çok kötü ve uzun zaman düzeltmeler gelmiyor.

    TLDR; there is just better games out there, and these low user scores is proof of that.

    PROS Art direction and aesthetics is nice. Cross platform play on pc and mobile. Overall audio is great from background music and sound effects. MEHS It has some form of multiplayer, but it doesn't matter if the meat of the gameplay is bad. Gatcha system is one of the worst compared to    TLDR; there is just better games out there, and these low user scores is proof of that.

    I don't care. This game is clearly a rip-off of Zelda BOTW. They stole everything, from animation style to the game mechanism. Now I even know that they also stole from Final Fantasy as well.

    This is an ok game with a terrible support system. I waited for over 2 months to recover a hacked account, got the account recovered, only to have it banned. The refunded purchases they made and I was asked to pay for the crazy amount of purchases that were refunded, and now my account is banned. I understand thebusiness model but it clearly shows that Mihoyo has zero c are for their player base.

My Genshin Impact experience is constantly being ruined because of the lack of balance, the unfixed bugs, and the many limitations you have placed. See examples below: 1. Dash/Dodge is limited to two (2) quick presses eventhough it is alreadyEvents? Special Programs? Surveys? Outfits? Version Update? WHATEVER. I am deeply & greatly disappointed. Properly balance & solidly fix your game. My Genshin Impact experience is constantly being ruined because of the lack of balance, the unfixed bugs, and the many limitations you have placed. See examples below: 1. Dash/Dodge is limited to two (2) quick presses eventhough it is already limited by or bound to Stamina;

    2. Enemy AoE attack indicator circles that ARE NOT equal to the AoE attack damage area;

    3. Corrosion status & Drowning affect all team members but deadly/lethal fall damage only affects/kills one character (this is so dumb);

    4. Kairagi being placed as mini-bosses in bounties & events (they also have a 2nd Phase), but, is not classified as an Elite Enemy and their artifact loot has been removed (this is also dumb);

    5. Cryo status also affecting ATK Spd when Tutorial says it only affects Movement Spd;

    6. Adding the Blazing Heat status without adding ways to counter it (i.e. Goulash counters Sheer Cold);

    7. Characters protected by shields receive damage from Smoldering Flames inside the Taishan Mansion talent level-up material domain;

    8. Characters protected by shields still receive damage when attacked while switching characters;

    9. Ruin Cruisers (triangle shaped automatons) can lock-on & unleash their AoE attack to the player even when they have no/zero visual of the character;

    10. In Dragonspine, Cryo Cicin Mages are generating new Cryo shield right after breaking previous Cryo shield like they don't have any other moves;

    13. Characters with Alternate Sprint get stuck in various things on the ground.

    14. Bow-using characters get stuck (like Alternate Sprint characters) in various things on the ground while they are in Aimed Shot mode;

    15. Electrograna are blocking the Aimed Shot mode of bow-users;

    16. In the Forsaken Rift Talent Level-Up Material Domain, the icicles still drop/fall even after the Challenge has been completed;    … Expand

This would be a 10, or even 11... if there were not so many other problems. Instead I want to give a negative score!

Just too disappointing - lots of fun for the first few days but gets so frustrating after that. This would be a 10, or even 11... if there were not so many other problems.     Sh't game. Literally all the characters are pale or white, and the devs won't create a single character that is even slightly brown.
    Again with putting characters that are pretty much only good looking. The perfect game for weebs and creeps who can't bother to get a life.

While it does borrow many aspects from Breath Of The Wild, it uses them as a base to further build upon and in my opinion, really comes into its own game after the first tutorial prologue by implementing features such as elemental synergies, special ability combos, weapon and character levelling and more.

    Being a F2P game, it has to make its monetization somehow and the way Genshin has approached it is through the gacha system.

    For those that don't know, Gacha is a form of entertainment popular in Japan where coins are inserted into a dispenser to get a toy capsule out of it, the catch being you have no idea what you will get on the other side. Genshin has implemented this feature through the "Wish" system where new characters and weaponry can be summoned using either in-game currency or premium currency...or a combination of the two.

    While this may put off a lot of people (and I don't blame them, coming from a background of gacha addiction) Genshin has 4 key distinct features I would like to turn your attention towards

    1. Genshin provides you with a base set of characters for free and they are more than capable of carrying you through the game on their own. No Story related content exists which is inaccessible to your party as long as you have these base characters. They may be relatively low tier characters overall, but the game doesn't halt your progression unless you pull a lucky draw on the gacha, unlike a certain game I could Star Wars Battlefront 2...I mean mention.

    2. While I did mention the characters you are given for free are low tier, Genshin is a single-player (with co-op) game with NO PvP as of the writing of this review. Meaning if you and your friend rolled the gacha and he lucked out with a 5 star and you didn't, you are not in a statistically weaker position. So while the gacha characters are better and more appealing, they are not mandatory to complete the game and you can play the game from start to finish with the characters provided to you, their tier list placement be damned.

    3. Genshin Impact has a pity system where if you don't get a 5 star within your first 89 rolls, your 90th one is guaranteed to be a 5-star (and if the 5 star happens to be a weapon instead of a sought after 5-star character, then your 180th roll will be guaranteed to be a 5-star character). As a result it is heavily, HEAVILY advised to save up your Primogems and Intertwined Fate (your summoning materials) for a banner that has a character you covet so not only can you have a greater chance of rolling them, but you can take advantage of the pity system as well. Genshin also has 4-star characters available in the shop on a monthly rotating basis, so if you are feeling particularly unlucky today and the shop has a character you want (and you have the resources to buy them), they're as good as yours, no gacha needed (as far as I know, this doesn't extend to the 5-star characters)

    4. Genshin has a unique rotating summoning banner where pulling a 10 roll guarantees you a 4 star or higher character (not a weapon, character), so you never feel cheated out of getting at least a character for your efforts

    So in conclusion, Genshin is a fast, fun and most importantly FREE ARPG with a lot to offer for its price of $0. I hope this becomes the new hallmark for free games, as Mihoyo has shown that if you put the effort into your game, the players will naturally flock to your game (17 million downloads as of this review, good job Mihoyo!). It's worth giving it a try at the very least because you can't beat the price tag of zero dollars

Game is unable to sustain the level of fun for very long, even at early stages, because it is rather bland. You're better off playing BotW again.

The cash required for 1 pull is super expensive, and the 5-star grantee at 100 pulls still only has 50% for the desinatied character in the pool - a greedy and disgusting mechanic to further lower your chances and increase the player game time or top-ups. For perspective, Korean MMOs require heavy grinding, but you can pay a much smaller amount to get your desired item guaranteed; Genshin? A black hole and a lottery machine - if you are lucky, just calculate the probability of your 5 stars and use that luck to buy the lottery and you are already multi-millionaires.
    -No point and meaning to exploring worldwide unless you want to pick up trash daily.
    -Don't even want to mention how unfinished and polished the combat system is.
    -Some good art designs, but you can sense the map design copied many elements from other older MMOs.
    -Good music (the only reason I gave 2 scores)
    -Company with a huge amount of marketing instead of spending money to make a good game, and Mihayo is good at picking their target audience - mostly people who never played many great games in life. This casing the fanboys are ruining the entire gaming industry these days, and I won't support such companies.
    -Some story is good, but the progression is tedious. As a fairly experienced gamer, the overall feeling is like even some cartoon I watched in childhood is even more mature than the world Genshin impact created in the game.    … Expand

One thing I forgot to mention is their wishing system which is trash and you need it for pulling new char or weapons.     I don't get it. That could be a big factor in encouraging you to explore. You will actually need to do some work to get your character...
    Let me tell you something, I really checked it out. Most players of this game spent at least 30 USD on this. Since when have you heard about someone spending their money on microtransactions in the game BOTW?
    The map is boring and the areas are very similar visually.
    The game platformer elements are one of the worst stuff I've ever seen. This is not platforming. You are just climbing on stuff. That's abominable.
    I hate this game. I think it's terrible.
    I'm not even going to get into the 60FPS frame rate cap or the optimization problems.

    4. Очень нравится, что дейлики занимают 10-15 минут. Зашел, получил примогемы, гриндить не нужно.
    Считаю данную игру одним из примеров, когда разработчики думают об игроках. Расстраивает, что и до этой игры добралась цензура. Если под ее давлением продолжат уродовать персонажей, то платить за них все перестанут.    … Expand

    Донатная помойка требующая много времени и нервов. Когда выбиваешь персонажей выпадает Qiqi или Дилюк , а каким-то школьникам с каждой первой крутки падает и даже без гаранта. По дизайну игра просто ужасна. Багов куча (лично я не смог пройти несколько заданий из-за этого).Лично я просто задолбался я имею 60 ранг и у меня из дамегеров Дилюк!     The base game seems pretty well made and the open world is very good. However, it's still a predatory gacha game that prays on your money and will often end up forcing you to spend way more than you'd spend on any AAA game just to progress, and the abundance of child characters in questionable clothing really drove me away as well.

A Mario game makes us want to run and jump to beat a platform structure, and the latest Zelda made us want to explore and power up in order to beat an open world. But the game world in Genshin Impact doesn't have an intentional structure at all. It has flimsy bits copied and pasted from Breath of the Wild, supergluedA game is always made in a way so that the player wants to "beat" it. Instead, the meat of Genshin Impact is in the menu, which is a merciless jungle where the currencies are called Mora, Fates and Primogems, but are all proxies for the same rabbit hole: real-world transactions. Now, some folks enjoy seeing their money siphoned out of their accounts since there's a perverse thrill in knowing you might not get anything back, making the times you do all the more exciting.     It’s an open-world game, but it’s also a gacha game. The daily and weekly requirements, the currencies, and the luck of the draw all influence how and when I play. I can’t cram all my bosses or domains into one day of playing because of arbitrary caps the developers put in place. I can’t go pick all the flowers I want because some will only respawn every two days; like the inner machinations of its ever-looming systems, that serenity I found on the mountaintop is also dictated by the grind.
    And so, while there are a lot of ways to play, the game isn’t truly open — I can’t always do what I want, when I want. I love the world, but I always feel like there’s a tension between loving the world and exploring it, but always feeling like there’s an invisible hand, which is not completely free of insidious intentions, guiding my habits.

If you don't need anything, open a ticket !     Es horrible, es repetitivo, tiene un sistema terrible y micropagos innecesarios. Solo lo he visto con un amigo en su casa y fue terrible. Ya me he cansado de este juego y espero que hagan cosas más interesantes y no está basura. Si quieren algo bueno jueguen a Persona 5 Royal.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Este juego es infumable, está todo muy bonito y todo, pero desde la tercer nación se empiezan a ver los muchísimos problemas que tiene como son:
    1.- npc iguales, sosos y sin personalidad
    2.- diseños sobrecargados de los personajes 3.- mal balance entre elementos, haciendo unos más fuertes que otros
    4.- historia llena de huecos argumentales 5.- pocas recompensas y eventos de relleno pésimos 6.- mucho texto, tipo DEMASIADO, una misión principal dura 2 horas donde 1 hora y media son de texto aburrido y lento, no es broma, cronometree eso
    7.- exploración lenta y aburrida 8.- misiones de personajes aún peores, sin mucho sentido y cada vez más aburridas.
    9.- el poco cariño que le tiene la empresa a sus consumidores
    10.- que no sean capaces de meter más modelos de personajes en vez de los mismos de hace 3 años.

    No le pongo un 1 solo porque tiene una excelente banda sonora    … Expand

    Overall, in spite of things that should bring Genshin Impact down, the game is so much fun to play that the negatives are ultimately minor gripes. [...] The gameplay is smooth and simplistic, and it works great on all platforms - though I’m still not sure why the PlayStation version can’t be linked to a Mihoyo account so I could play on my phone when I’m not at home (PS Vita version please??) but it’s a small gripe to an otherwise terrific game.
