This is a fun game, and it's challenging in part (in my opinion) because of the game's mechanics and the overall feel of the controls. If you read about Nidal, this game is actually based on a real story.

Gameplay: For a solo developer, he did a great job! Sure, there are things that could be touched up - but it's overall fun to play. It's a work in progress. People don't mind Star Citizen, and didn't complain about WoW never being truly complete, right? Story: I think cinematics would go a long way in illustrating

Story: I think cinematics would go a long way in illustrating the story. This is based on real-world conflicts. If you notice, the developer didn't show a lot of the much more gruesome stuff that happens over in Palestine. The USA's "terrorist" is Palestine's "freedom fighter". Don't worry about the negative reviews - a lot of them are propagandized NPCs afraid to see a different perspective. The big question of Israel vs Palestine is who the land belongs to, and what is the right answer to addressing the people that already lived there before the Balfour Declaration. There's no simple answer.

Overall, I give it a rock solid 10 for the effort and dedication to the project.

This is an amazing game, understandable that this game has 100% positive reviews on steam.

It's like an amazing mix of Max Payne, Uncharted and GoldenEye where you free the motherland from the Zionists and fight imperialism.

This game also has an option to play in first person or third person. For me I had to play it in third person for the extra Max Payne feel.

A bit clunky yet absolutely based game lmao

Its a story of a man traumatized by the constant terrorism by israel and he finally snaps and starts fighting back with super soldier strength, so its basically a powerfantasy for the oppressed.

This game is very good, the campaign and shooting are good. And the degree of restoration of history is also quite high, we need such a game that reflects the Palestinian-Israeli conflict from a Palestinian perspective.

Wow, the Steam reviews are not lying, the game is really freaking good! The shooting feels satisfyingly fantastic, the way you can dodge in slow motion effortlessly makes the game way easier than the first level makes it seem.

Make no mistake, this is a pretty challenging game, but if you use the dodge mechanic, and play more attentively than you normally would, you'll feel like a total

Make no mistake, this is a pretty challenging game, but if you use the dodge mechanic, and play more attentively than you normally would, you'll feel like a total BAMF.

The first level is not a great representation of the main game, it does throw you in the deep end, and it may take some time to get your bearings, so far, I have only finished the first of nine levels, and I am pretty decent at shooters.

This plays like a mix of Max Payne and GoldenEye, yea, it really does. A mix of objective-based slightly nonlinear levels and slow motion precision shooting makes for a very unique experience, that is even more fun to play than it looks.

You have the choice to play in first or third person, I would say First Person feels just right, third is a nice option, but given the intensity of the game, the first-person mode will allow better aiming and reaction timing, making things a whole lot easier.

Now for the fun bits, this is a very political game, regardless of intention. The intentions do seem to be political in part, although the passion to create an outstanding game was clearly a major, if not the major driving force behind this immensely enjoyable game.

Does this game endorse Terrorism? No!

Do you play a Terrorist? Well, that depends on your point of view.

If anything, the game enables the player to see another point of view, one that is incredibly unique to gaming as a whole at this point.

    For a bit of history...

The Israel/Palestine conflict has sort of turned both parties into terrorists at times, but given how the conflict started, it is very difficult to see Palestinians as terrorists. Has there been terroristic action taken by Palestinians against Israelis, yes, but when the Israelis started things, it kinda muddies the whole thing.

This conflict is not what you think, the truth is that during and after WWII, Israelis returned to their so-called promised land, you know, after the whole Nazi Genocide thing, so it makes sense to seek a home and to return to biblical traditions.

What does not make sense, is to become nearly as, and this may get this review yanked, but to become as bad as those who harmed you. Whew, might have worded that correctly.

Israelis may have a biblical claim to Palestine, but what happened was basically a modern-day version of America's land-grabbing the Native's home through terrorism and genocide. There were people already calling that land home, you could have shared it, you could have gone like, right next door, it was just as nice and been neighborly, but you started bombing mosques...

This is a proven historical fact, Israelis committed terrorism first, they bombed mosques and used guerrilla warfare to take Palestine by force, then the United Nations was all like, cool bros, we got a Country that did something similar, all cool homies.

So, is it Terrorism to fight an occupying oppressive force? Wait hold on, I think Palestine is like living a total Red Dawn situation, so in that case, Wolverines!!!!

The story is very simple, you only have 9 missions, in which you fight increasing numbers of IDF, the gunplay is satisfying if a bit disconnected, as is to be expected of an arcade shooter, the enemies deal considerable damage forcing the player to adapt and overcome challenges as opposed to simply taking every bullet to the face like some American military power fantasy. Over all it is a very fun game and i highly recommend it.
    Mashallah, what a glorious game.

The game can be sort of buggy, or just not smooth feeling at times, but the game has a very nice story. This story drove me to buy the full game. This game allowed me to see the Palestinian-Israeli conflicts in a new light.

This is a great game that the developer put a lot of love and attention to. It's pretty tough, so be prepared to die. Intense action, tons of tense moments, and tongue-in-cheek humor makes for a worthy purchase. That the game presents a unique perspective you don't see often is a big plus!

You might recall games such as "Under Ash" or "Under Siege" (Palestinian) along with "Special Force 2" (Hezbollah) and the alternative narratives they offered. This time, Fursan Al-Aqsa does not disappoint. A clever combination of Max Payne style bullet time, with Goldeneye inspired visuals, each level forces strategic play and offers its audience a relatable struggle against occupation.

    This is a Terror-Glorifying Game.

It is also Sadistic Beyond Belief.

It includes scenes which indicates just how deranged and bloodthirsty the game developer is.

The game includes gratuitous, sadistic scenes – like that of an IDF soldier being hung from a crane, before being fed to a shark, as well as a terrorist using a chainsaw on a soldier.

    This game sucks.
The graphics are ugly, the music is horrible, the gameplay is really slow and embarrassing.
Also, I don't feel so comfortable to play as a terrorist and actually kill the good guys.

This is a very bad game. Only friends of the developer/Palestinians redditors/anti-semites would give it a good score.
Even the first Doom was better in terms of controls, movements and mechanics. It looks like a 3rd grader made it, and even that's being generous. It's buggy, big and slow, with terrible graphics.

Gabage of a game, Those who want to encourage and support terrorism, should buy this game, Just remember, the next children who are killed because of this incitement, and all those similar to it, are at his hands. Shame on the steam that agreed to sell the game on their platform!!!

What is present throughout the game is the obvious passion that has gone into it. Fursan al-Asqa never falls into a comfortable routine and repeats itself. There's always another interesting mission objective or absurd cut-scene. It is far from a perfect game, but it is consistently engaging. Certainly worth checking out, if only for the novelty of it.
