    Free to play, but extremely expensive to be competitive. All of the good ("premium") buildings cost real money. You need to spend $200+ to advance very far. On the plus side: the graphics are nice.

    Pay-To-Win Game + Slow As Frick = 5/10 (Nice Plot, Graphics And Gameplay Tho).
