CD-ActionDec 13, 2014Flockers is not an original game (it uses the concept introduced in Lemmings over two decades ago), but it’s a polished one. It’s a cute puzzle game that is also so brutal that it earned a PEGI 16 rating. [Dec 2014, p.80]
-
PC PowerPlayNov 1, 2014Frustratingly difficult and sublime in equal measure, Flockers rewards patience over the quick fix. [Nov 2014, p.64]

Sep 17, 2014If you're a fan of the Worms franchise, Flockers will deliver many hours of the same beloved gameplay along with lots of laughs.
-
Sep 11, 2014Flockers is a great idea for a puzzle game, but it suffers from a lack of polish and some poor design choices.
-
Nov 11, 2014Puzzles lack variety, and each of them is a one-shot challenge. It’s easy to arrive at a solution by simply scanning a level and launching the flock a couple of times. The execution is just a matter of careful timing.

Oct 7, 2014It’s been a long time since Team 17 made anything other than Worms, but Flockers can hardly be called fresh. It’s essentially the same as Lemmings, a 23 year old game, without adding much. The concept still stands, but that’s about it.
-
Sep 15, 2014At times, it still feels like it’s in Early Access, not because it’s buggy, but because it’s missing that spark and polish that’s kept Worms alive for so long. Yet I do hope this isn’t the last we’ve seen of these escaping sheep. There’s a good foundation, and a need for inventive A to B puzzle games.
