Aug 29, 2016Best game I've played in last few years. If you like the good dialogs, nice story, beautiful scennery then this is your game! I think we can call this as an interactive film / adventure game. So if you like this genre this four hour worth the money!

Aug 17, 2016What an amazing adventure it was - it sucked me right in. The ending was a disappointment though. I expected something else. But it was all right most of the time. And the game isn't too long - I like that since I don't have much time for video games these days.

Aug 14, 2016Very interesting and innovative game. I got drawn into the game pretty quick and kept wandering until the end. Short game as can be done in few hours, but well worth it. Like watching a movie, but somehow directing it too.

Jul 10, 2016Great visual, pretty interesting story, but very short, ok ending, and gameplay was just so-so. Definitely worth it on a five dollar sale, then it would be pretty good.

Jul 5, 2016Firewatch is a short game, but very interesting one. It has got an awesome graphics, gameplay (which is so-so... just walking), strange story. Albeit the cost is very high, I definitely recommend this title for picking up! But my advice is to wait for sale.

Jun 17, 2016As an adult, I really enjoyed this game. It was short but sweet. I was genuinely scared during lots of it and kept looking behind me while traversing the forest. It's a somber game overall. The voice acting and plot are realistic and top notch.

Jun 11, 2016A very beautiful and story-rich game. It's like a movie but in the version of a game. This game involves a lot of walking, so don't play it if you expect action. The game conveys a strong message, if you are smart enough to figure it out what it is. One of the best games I've played so far!

May 25, 2016Very short. Boring game-play. The dialogue is good, but the story falls flat in the end. Disappointing to say the least, if not for the scenery this would be a 4 for me. Spend your money elsewhere and save your 4 hours.

May 21, 2016Firewatch is like a flame in the centre of darkness. It shines with character development and voice acting, but not bright enough to overshadow its rather short length and a disappointing story.

May 13, 2016Thsi game is **** awful. It was so damn fun and **** interesting as hell. But the goddamn ending made me want to neck myself and drink bleach at the same time. DONT BUY! 20.00 is not worth a 4 hour long train ride to a neverending circle of **** that ends with 0 questions answered.

May 5, 2016This "experience" works best when you bring zero expectation to it. It may put a controller in your hand, but a lot of the interaction you will have with this world is baked into the game play.
That being said, this may be the best game I've played in 2016. The story it tells is a thought invoking, paranoia inducing trip that you want to take a hit of. This will leave you with something -

Apr 22, 2016I am seeing very negative reviews against this game. This game is meant to be explored, people are complaining about how short it is but, they did not explore. I would love to see another game from them as this was a very fun game for me. Sure there was some disappointments from them here and there but, altogether it was a nice change of pace from all of the rpgs and fps's out today.

Apr 2, 2016I really don't like how the End goes. Very rough. Would've expected more than that. So i rate it okay-ish. But i wouldn't buy it. Get it free from the net and you're good to go.

Mar 29, 2016Firewatch is visually stunning and very intriguing. The gameplay is simple yet satisfying and the story kept me on the edge of my seat. Its a solid game from star to finish and would recommend to anyone.

Mar 23, 2016Something different and something beautiful. The tension builds up nickely, the views and atmosphere are wonderful, but the ending dissapoints. With a capital D.
Nevertheless it's worth a few hours of your time so go get it. Ending's bat taste in the mouth will eventually pass, but you will recall time spent with the game fondly. -

CD-ActionMay 1, 2016Firewatch is hands down the best, the most engaging first person walker I have ever played. Something doesn’t let me rate it higher though, and I guess it’s my common sense. [04/2016, p.50]

Apr 15, 2016The look of this game is nothing short of stunning… Each detail is carefully designed and thought out with a charming feel to it overall.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Apr 12, 2016This unconventional game combines strong story, beautiful natural surroundings and fantastically written and played characters. What it lacks in classic adventure mechanics, it makes up in great dialogue system between the main protagonists. [Issue#262]
