    Project Zero: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse has fixed all the issues that plagued its demo and is a title with a creepy story and startling moments that will make you jump. Make sure you save often because, with no auto-save, it will be easy to lose progress and items.

    After its remastered release, Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse has undoubtedly given players more reasons to try this classic horror game. Exquisite and beautiful characters, an intriguing plot, and innovative storytelling make this work seem quite excellent in quality. However, as a game released 15 years ago, many of its mechanics have not been optimised and have been faithfully copied to the PC. Nowadays, some of the systems are outdated and significantly affect the player's experience.

    This game deserved a better port. The game is good, but it feels too much like a Wii game. It's too slow paced, but the heart of Fatal Frame is still there, so fans will enjoy it.

    As critical as I’ve been, considering its age, Fatal Frame really is an alright game. It’s the kind of thing I could see a younger me playing in windowed-mode while listening to a podcast, chatting on Discord, and eating a bag of sour candy in my dorm room. These days, though, I really only have time for games that bring a little more to the table, and Fatal Frame, like its protagonists, is very much stuck in the past.

The story is full of mystery and suspense, andFatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse is an amazing horror game that I can't recommend enough. The story is full of mystery and suspense, and the graphics are incredibly detailed and atmospheric. You play as one of three protagonists, each with their own unique abilities, as you explore the eerie and dangerous environment of a cursed Japanese village. The game features haunting music and sound effects, as well as incredibly disturbing monster designs. Combat is intense and requires strategy, as you must use your Camera Obscura to capture the souls of the malevolent spirits that lurk in the shadows. The puzzles are also challenging, but rewarding when solved. Overall, Fatal Frame: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse is an unforgettable horror experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a good scare.… Full Review »
