It’s safe to say that F1 Manager 24 is by far the best motorsport management sim created to date. The realism, the abundance of features, and the infinite replayability are everything that any fan of this genre could ever ask for, and as expected, Frontier delivered them in spades.

Fans of real-world sport will probably pick F1 Manager 2024 because it gives them the option to create their custom team and then take on the established powers of the sport. It’s fun to pick one of the origins and then strive to use every small competitive advantage to get at least a few wins against the likes of Ferrari or Red Bull. The morale system is a good addition, although it does need a little balancing, and mechanical issues add another level of excitement and dread to the races. The race simulation still creates some weird moments, but it generally feels solid. F1 Manager 2024 is a step forward for the racing series and a solid way to experience Formula 1 in video game form.

F1 Manager 2024 is a joy to play, with the hours flying by at a downright terrifying pace and I can't help but tip my hat to what is so far the most complete, competent and absorbing F1 Manager experience you can get, well... without actually being employed as a manager of a real F1 team, of course.

Since no one else can take advantage of the official license, it's not like Frontier Development has to make its way among a thousand competitors, but in any case the developer has worked hard this year too. The innovations introduced in F1 Manager 2024 improve the gaming experience substantially, offering important innovations both during the actual races and in the more strictly managerial phases. Now that we know that the level of this management system stands at high quality levels, it would be appropriate to also focus on the performance, to make it less aseptic and more in line with the motorsport it simulates.

F1 Manager 2024 pushes the franchise forward and is more realistic and exciting for players in different and challenging ways. The gameplay remains as fun as ever as it tries to continually tweak the winning formula as the peak of racing management games.

F1 Manager 24 may have some big problems but it still has a solid foundation. That's why it still can provide some very enjoyable moments.

What stuck with me most about F1 Manager 2024 is how much I want to keep playing it. If Civilization is known for "just one more turn," then F1 Manager 2024 tempts me with "just one more practice session," "just one more set of laps to tweak the car setup," or "just one more race to see if we can score some points." It keeps me coming back for more, and I'm excited to see how my custom Shacknews Racing team will evolve over the seasons. If you've ever wanted to experience what it's like to manage a Formula 1 team, you'll find countless hours of enjoyment here.

F1 Manger 2024 has finally managed to include the much-loved custom career. This raises the bar of the competition and presents us with a game with solid foundations, but also capable of renewing itself. A fun, competitive title that tests us in many different situations. Overall, therefore, a very respectable manager this year too.

F1 Manager 24 shines with big additions to its management sim formula. The new Create-A-Team option is incredibly compelling, allowing you to bring an eleventh team to the F1 grid with drivers, staff, and designs all of your choosing. Further additions like mechanical failures and some AI improvements lead to even more thrilling and unpredictable action on-track.

This release is in a better state than last year's and brings some interesting new features, although they still have to go deeper into some mechanics and also fine-tune certain bugs to offer a great game. If they continue on this path... they will eventually succeed.

A solid update to the F1 Manager franchise that adds some much needed mechanical depth with the mentality system and new Create A Team mode.

Frontier offers us a new chapter of their Formula 1 manager game, which has included a highly requested option. We can create our own team, but otherwise, the changes that have been introduced in management, such as morale or sprint weekends, do not remove the feeling of being the same game. Faced with the possible need for renewal, they have not risked taking risks with major changes knowing that the previous games have worked well enough. But for many, it may not be enough.

F1 Manager is a brand that moves with reasoned steps. After having laid the foundations in 2022 with the debut chapter, it seems that Frontier wants to continue working on the foundations, without making real changes to the formula, but adding one piece at a time, following a slow development plan. In our opinion, a little more courage wouldn't have gone amiss, but let's be clear: the graphics have been improved, the "Create a team" mode was clamored for by fans, there are several refinements to the gaming experience and everything this will delight those who have spent dozens of hours on F1 Manager 2023.

F1 Manager 2024 is certainly the best game in the series to date thanks to the small improvements on last year's game, but with few significant changes and how hit and miss the new mentality system currently are, while it might be a good game in its own right, it's not a sizeable upgrade on 2023's iteration.
