    i bought the game on sale as a new f1 fan, this is my first f1 game experience i have had so it has a bit of a soft spot to me... However, the game is really not perfect. Te driver AI is really silly sometimes, compared to the older f1 games that i have (all of them). The driving feels floaty and not very grounded so it can be hard, for example to make up time in a sector by braking slowi bought the game on sale as a new f1 fan, this is my first f1 game experience i have had so it has a bit of a soft spot to me... However, the game is really not perfect. Te driver AI is really silly sometimes, compared to the older f1 games that i have (all of them). The driving feels floaty and not very grounded so it can be hard, for example to make up time in a sector by braking slow on a chicane, because i cannot even feel the chicane from the controller and it doesnt offer any way of letting you adjust this. The lower difficulties are horrendously easy and the middle difficulty (50-59) is so freaking different in terms of difficulty, unimaginably difficult in AI level 60 compared to lets say, 58. The game also crashes frequently and has low frame rate for some tracks, makes the graphics abit weird haha. I still had fun in the game, driving (and easily winning) multiple championships that did not feel earned at all lol… Expand

    This is the worst Codemasters F1 game this decade. The graphics are terrible, the optimization is bad, the handling is terrible (you could bring back the handling from F1 2020 but no, instead you chose to make it much worse), driving an F1 car without TC is crap, you can't normally drive even if the throttle is only 25% NO classic cars, they decide to add random supercars instead, reallyThis is the worst Codemasters F1 game this decade.     Pretty mediocre F1 game. Cars tend to understeer and playing with TC lower than Medium is a pain. Also, do not even consider trying it out if you are playing with a controller. Plenty of bugs, not worth buying.

    the game has potential but is very rough at the edges... graphics are awful, UI is horrible, but every sim racer is the same in that aspect, the main thing is that its from EA, big company, big budget... And its not better than asseto corsa for example... GT7 recently got super formula cars and works great, this is what I've expected from F1 22 but its not even close. ACC is a better gamethe game has potential but is very rough at the edges... graphics are awful, UI is horrible, but every sim racer is the same in that aspect, the main thing is that its from EA, big company, big budget... And its not better than asseto corsa for example... GT7 recently got super formula cars and works great, this is what I've expected from F1 22 but its not even close. ACC is a better game if you want true sim race. GT7 is better if you want formula cars. Forza h5 with sim handling is very good as well if you want to test hypercars… Expand

    Ultima vez que joguei um jogo da serie foi o F1 2017 e esperava naturalemnte uma evolução em todos os quesitos, mas pra minha decepção algumas coisas estão piores.

    Os gráficos desse jogo estão lindos, não o que se discutir. As pistas, carros, iluminação tudo é muito bonito e funciona com exceção dos rostos dos pilotos, que infelizmente não ficaram bons.     A gameplay esta ainda melhor que o ultimo que joguei, é muito divertido jogar as corridas e passar por toda a experiencia do fim de semana, mesmo no teclado.
    Eu particularmente gosto muito de jogar na chuva neste jogo.

    O que me pegou é que eu não sou fã de jogos multiplayer, então o modo carreira é meu principal atrativo.
    O problema é que foi retirado algumas coisas desse modo comparando com o 2017 o que é um absurdo. Não existe uma "história" no modo carreira que vai quebrando um pouco a mesma coisa.
    Existe alguns emails que recebe, sempre padrões, praticamente nada diferente independete das situações na pista.
    Os sistemas de evolução do carro, estrategias e rivalidade ainda estão lá, mas até mesmo o sistema de rivalidade tem menos peso, sem as cutscenes que tinham antes.

    Eu acho que é um jogo que vale muito a pena pegando dentro de uma promoção, da pra se divertir por algumas temporadas. Paguei R$55,84 e fiquei satisfeito com o que foi entregue e minha avaliação é com esse valor em mente.

    Não testei o multiplayer então não levo em consideração também.    … Expand

    This game is definitely not a great game but I would not call it a bad game either. It clearly has many issues and the online gameplay is very poor. The handling is also very stiff and it does not feel realistic at all. The game is also very overpriced and is not worth it if I was to get a F1 game for a PC I would always just get a game like Assetto Corsa and buy a RSS 2022 F1 car mod.This game is definitely not a great game but I would not call it a bad game either. But the performance is bad, Even on a modern gaming PC with RTX 3080 and low graphics settings the performance isnt good enough. Conistent stuttering as soon as you move your head. The good old Assetto Corsa (with all its flaws) is still a much better VR racing experience than F1 22. Running Assetto Corsa on highI dont recommend this game at all. So if you aree looking for a VR racing experience: dont buy F1 22. But go for something else like Assetto Corsa or maybe Drift 2.0. Both have some bugs and are older.     Ridiculous game nothing new to see. Terrible online servers I bought all the f1 games since 2018 and I think I won't buy the f1 23 because they made the same game for 5 years just one word it's ridiculous

Instead of fixing ongoing bugs, problems they bring updates which create more bugs, problems and optimization issue. When game came out, at Baku circuit the game is run on slow fps by comparison on other tracks. Alright, its acceptable. But right    They are broken the game with every single update.

    After the update is now playable. AI is not too fast on the straight. Some bugs still here, but yeah its not necessary.

    C’est une véritable honte, on est le 6 août 2022, soit plus d’1 mois après la sortie du jeu, et je ne peux toujours pas jouer 20min en VR sans que le jeu ne crash !! (J’ai une 3090ti avec un Ryzen 5800x!). Sincèrement c’est vraiment une honte … je ne jouerais plus à ce jeu développé avec les pieds !

    El juego es muy mediocre, malas físicas, mal online, mala conectividad aún teniendo 1gb de fibra, la IA es horrible traccionando el doble que tu y siendo más rápida en recta con peor coche, HUD feo, audio entrecortado, gráficos igual que hace 4 años con mismos motores tanto de físicas como de gráficos, muchos bugs tanto visuales como de menús jugables, hay volantes que no detecta con unaEl juego es muy mediocre, malas físicas, mal online, mala conectividad aún teniendo 1gb de fibra, la IA es horrible traccionando el doble que tu y siendo más rápida en recta con peor coche, HUD feo, audio entrecortado, gráficos igual que hace 4 años con mismos motores tanto de físicas como de gráficos, muchos bugs tanto visuales como de menús jugables, hay volantes que no detecta con una optimización normalita a la cual no le puedes quitar el antialiasing, crasheos constantes y muchas cosas más, en cuanto al gameplay, han quitado los coches antiguos y puesto unos supercoches que nadie pedía, los cuales van fatal y son muy poco realistas, hay circuitos con cosas que no son de este año como pianos o salchichas, un modo life f1 que no vale para nada como decorar tu casa lo cual no vale para nada, en términos generales no vale nada la pena comprarlo… Expand

    If you buy it on origin there is one or two players in online games. With the latest update to the game it crashes every single time you search for an online session.     I’ve put in over 400 hours in he last two games and the same problems that plagued those games are still very much here… a game full of potential as the driving model is fantastic but the bugs and lack of a stable online structure will leave you bored and frustrated very quickly.

    Another fine EA product… it’s as if Facebook made the game.    … Expand

    Once again Codemasters (and EA) have delivered a buggy mess that consistently suffers from crashing on PC. Even when you can get it to work, there are so many in-game bugs that you are unlikely to get through a single race without experiencing one that will destroy your enjoyment.

    This is also coupled with predatory microtransactions that fleece you for money at every turn. Sadly all    Once again Codemasters (and EA) have delivered a buggy mess that consistently suffers from crashing on PC. Even when you can get it to work, there are so many in-game bugs that you are unlikely to get through a single race without experiencing one that will destroy your enjoyment.

    This is also coupled with predatory microtransactions that fleece you for money at every turn.

    Sadly all of this covers up some genuinely impressive progression in AI programming, with more natural mistakes that make for a more immersive experience - on the rare occasions the game is playable.

    At time of writing, EA has published a roadmap for fixing, but this isn't good enough for a full price game - especially one that is so graphically dated, expensive and so laden with predatory microtransactions.

    Le gameplay est bien plus arcade les modes carrières solos ont été réduits à la plus simple expression. Les épreuves rétros au revoir les championnats à objectifs rétros et moderne ça a giclé aussi. A la place EA nous a mis tout ce que EA Sports a pour faire de la    EA a racheté Codemasters et maintenant on voit le résultat soit catastrophique.

    Purchased on PC, origin, yet the game is unplayable due to the fact it can't work with Steam.

    Lee Mather the director at Codemasters has conned the market by claiming PC will work, but only mentioned post release that it doesn't with.

    His shares are linked to sales. His incompetency know no level. He is scum and has robbed the market in true EA fashion

    Dont know why drift events in aston martin road cars had to be added but the classic old school f1 cars were removed. Seems stupid. Id rather have the old f1 cars ( which were pretty cool) than those road cars....

    Game is a bug ridden piece of crap. Been out a week and my Thrustmaster wheel still not working. Game crashes constanly, VR is beyond rubbish if you are willing the piss around for a hour or so you can get it a bit respectable but overall utter rubbish. Also what retard thought that F1 life crap was a good idea, i dont want a sims game in my car racing game.

    I want an F1 game to be about F1, not about picking Ikea furniture and rediculous designer brand tat. Exactly the same game as F1 2021 except with new cars and tracks. Welcome to EA Codemasters. When you get to the racing it's generally pretty good but so few improvements over last year. When will they put a radar in this game so we can see cars around us? Surely adding that wouldI want an F1 game to be about F1, not about picking Ikea furniture and rediculous designer brand tat. Exactly the same game as F1 2021 except with new cars and tracks. Welcome to EA Codemasters. When you get to the racing it's generally pretty good but so few improvements over last year. When will they put a radar in this game so we can see cars around us?     Formula 1 has had a big makeover this season, but that's not really the case for F1 22. The game gets a few nice extra's with F1 Life, such as racing with Supercars, but it isn't groundbreaking. Codemasters has built the game on a solid foundation however and the career modes are still excellent and expanded. The racing is also improved a bit, but not as much as in the real sport itself. F1 22 isn't the revolution that fans maybe expected, but it's a good evolution, especially if you like to game in VR.

    F1 22 is one of the best racing games on the market, especially when it comes to the career mode. I’m also happy with the VR support, but putting so much emphasis on supercars and cosmetic items is a step in the wrong direction.
