    This DLC addresses just about every issue that I had with the release version of EU4. Not that EU4 was at all a letdown; quite the opposite in fact. The changes from EU3 were amazing and removed a lot of the learning curve that took away from simply enjoying the historical intricacies of diplomacy throughout the age of exploration. Anyway, Art of War changes the way in which rebel groupsThis DLC addresses just about every issue that I had with the release version of EU4. Anyway, Art of War changes the way in which rebel groups operate (far more manageable without being too easy), how your provinces exert pressure on your empire, and also adds new strategic points with more provinces and bridges between landmasses. Overall, I would recommend this expansion to anyone buying the game. The other expansions add interesting elements, but I believe AoW to be essential and well worth the price of 15 dollars.     Best EU4 dlc/expansion so far. Adds %50 more content, both to map and mechanics. Includes great Quality of Life improvements like auto transport and army builder templates. No need for pointless micromanagement and much faster multiplayer. Game also run quite faster despite the more detailed map.

    This DLC is a mess, automatic transport through your navy by ally armies doesn't work and what's more funny AI became an omniscient opponent who takes diplomatic actions based on your action without unveiling your plans, seriously Paradox?!

    Unlike some of the recent expansions to Crusader Kings II (Charlemagne/Rajas of India), the Art of War doesn’t add a huge amount of content to the game in terms of replayablity.

    Art of War for Europa Universalis IV feels essential in a way that no other expansion launched so far for the grand strategy title has felt, mostly because of the significant way it improves the map and thereby introduces more choices and variety to the entire experience.
