    At first I was hesitant to try this game because it is truck sim game and I more of a car, ship, and airplane sim type of person. But once I first time tried this game, I immediately got hooked with the gameplay. It is super chill and relaxing.

    Is mal für einmal ein paar Stunden spielen fun, aber mehr musste dann für mich auch nicht sein, kann für Fans aber echt klasse sein, ist gut gemacht!

    It's good, you can do a full truck drive from UK to Budapest in over 3 or 4 hours, altho you'll pretty much be driving 90% of the time in a highway, and I think that just gets the game a little bit boring.

    Es un gran juego, muy divertido, que te engancha y que te invita a hacerlo realista. Le he echado muchísimas horas y no me arrepiento de haberlo comprado. Recomendado a toda la gente que le gustan los simuladores, la conducción y tomárselo enserio.

    Euro Truck Simulator 2 is a game that I play since the beginning of its existence. Actually, I played Euro Truck Simulator first, as all the other ancient trucking game titles SCS Software has in its arsenal.

    Euro Truck Simulator 2 is the best truck simulator game I’ve ever played. That is the case if I don’t mention American Truck Simulator because that title is as great as this one    Euro Truck Simulator 2 is a game that I play since the beginning of its existence. Actually, I played Euro Truck Simulator first, as all the other ancient trucking game titles SCS Software has in its arsenal.

    Euro Truck Simulator 2 is the best truck simulator game I’ve ever played. That is the case if I don’t mention American Truck Simulator because that title is as great as this one but more about that in ATS’s review.
    The truck models are very close, if not exactly the same, as the trucks you’ll see on the road in real life. That alone is already enough to give you a wonderful feeling of immersiveness. And if that is not enough, the developers give you even more realism by providing the player with recognizable regions, lands, cities and landmarks. When it comes to the recognizability of the European lands and cities, the bar is set high and it never stops because SCS Software is constantly improving the game’s content by adding more new content, in the form of DLCs, or even by overhauling the existing content. Every year, the players can count on several new updates for the game, which keeps the game very much alive!

    From driving a rented truck to buying one and customizing it the way you want; from being a one-man-company to expanding the company with new trucks and drivers or even buying new company garages; this game provides the players with everything they need to feel like a real truck driver or even truck driving company owner and boss.

    And as if this was not enough, the players can challenge themselves by going for all the Steam Achievements, connected to this wonderful game. All these ingredients will definitely provide everyone with hours and hours of fun! Players with thousands of hours of playtime are not a rarity anymore!

    Euro Truck Simulator 2 is an amazing sequel to the original game. The map is large and amazing (especially if you can purchase the DLC content), the trucks feel, control, and sound amazing, there are multiple deliveries bringing you across the continent, and a cool multiplayer feature that albeit chaotic at times (but still overall fun), and a lot of mod content to make your experienceEuro Truck Simulator 2 is an amazing sequel to the original game.     My main negative would have to be the cancelling of the Russian expansion pack. I find the justification for doing so to be pretty bad. Was looking forward to the DLC so to see it get dropped was not the best feeling. Other than that amazing experience!

    Euro Truck Simulator 2 is a must for lovers of driving, simulation and the motor world. A spectacular recreation of Europe, with much to explore. Excellent merchandise, Varied. Despite many paid DLC and halfway graphics, we can say that ETS2 is a very good representative of open world games.

    This game has lots of mods and great mod support. Graphics are great for 2013 game, locations are pretty accurate and with mods you can increase the map size all the way to china.

Ни новых механик, ни фишек. Живет игра лишь за счет модов и без своего коммьюнити давно бы уже умерла.     Es probablemente uno de los mejores juegos de simulación que he probado. Te mete en la vida de un camionero el cual tiene que buscarse la vida. Según avances en el juego iras descubriendo nuevos lugares (los que tengas comprados) lo cual es muy divertido y entretenido ir recorriendo todas las calles de el videojuego obviamente con limites porque hay un montón de dlc de pago que agregan masEs probablemente uno de los mejores juegos de simulación que he probado. Te mete en la vida de un camionero el cual tiene que buscarse la vida. Según avances en el juego iras descubriendo nuevos lugares (los que tengas comprados) lo cual es muy divertido y entretenido ir recorriendo todas las calles de el videojuego obviamente con limites porque hay un montón de dlc de pago que agregan mas ciudades, lo cual esta bien pero te obliga a pagar un precio superior que el videojuego por pais, lo cual es comprensible pero excesibo... Dejando eso aparte un un juego con un monton de camiones, dlc de la comunidad porque tiene una comunidad impresionante. Tener un volante obviamente mejora la experiencia pero no estas obligado a usar uno, con el teclado te bastara.
    He comentado muchos defectos pero tiene muy buenos gráficos, físicas y camiones con marcas oficiales entre otros.

    Conclusión juegazo, tienes que comprarlo si o si, sobre todo si te gusta este tipo de juegos.

    A beautiful game exploring most of Europe and a relaxing driving simulator letting you feel the landscape you are in. It has the issue of having many DLC but it is not necessary to get them to be able to play the game properly

    Although this game is already 9 years old, it still has pretty nice graphics, and is pretty unique. Gameplay is very interesting and entertaining (mainly online thanks to mods and with a wheel setup), it's sometimes pretty fun with friends,, sometimes a bit raging with people crashing into people and creating a big mess, with also some glitches (you can make infinite money with a modAlthough this game is already 9 years old, it still has pretty nice graphics, and is pretty unique. Gameplay is very interesting and entertaining (mainly online thanks to mods and with a wheel setup), it's sometimes pretty fun with friends,, sometimes a bit raging with people crashing into people and creating a big mess, with also some glitches (you can make infinite money with a mod content bug), some bugs (the game sometimes gives you a fine because you "passed the intersection at red light" as it was at orange light) but nothing really annoying, except when your truck clips through texture because of accidents. Some people will bore on this game really fast, some others will not, but that's an interesting experience, with a pretty "simulation-like" driving experience (you have blinkers, your truck can stall, you have cruise control which is very rare in car/truck games). Otherwise, if you prefer an american style truck simulator, SCS Software (Euro Truck's editor) also created American Truck Simulator, basically the same but in America with american trucks and all that.… Expand

    Fantastic simulator but just a shame it's not a tiny bit more realistic. I mean I should be getting paid a little bit when I have to p in a bottle and eat takeaway food just to make my online delivery in time? Great for killing time with music in background - wheel is pretty much a must

    Chill Zen-Game, it's relaxing to just drive around making delivering while listening to music/podcasts. Driving feels realistic and is highly customizable. The ability to recruit other drivers and acquire garages in multiple locations is a nice addition. Driving AI behaves a bit too passive but overall is pretty decent. Overall enjoyable, despite being rather monotonous.

    One of the best game I have ever played. It has really really long roads, has really nice DLCs and the most thing I like for this game is SCS developers, they always listen player's requests. But the problem is they don't even care to add multiplayer for this game, so this makes me sad because it has a great potential for multiplayer. I hope they will add it and we don't need to use mods for it!

When you get into a truck in the game, it feels like you've actually entered a truck (I've entered many of trucks they're in this game). In short, this game is pretty good. I cannot find bad thingsThis game is the best driving simulation I've seen. Game has many countries, city's, and dozens of trucks under 6 brand names. You can create a business, hire drivers, buy garages, and more. When you get into a truck in the game, it feels like you've actually entered a truck (I've entered many of trucks they're in this game). In short, this game is pretty good.     Hru bych doporučil všem fanouškům simulátoru a i když si moc v žánru nehovite ,tak tohle stojí aspoň za vyzkoušení.
    Hra má poměrně dobrou grafiku a za tu dobu co jsem si to koupil, což je asi 2 roky zpátky.Tak se ta grafiky hodně změnila.teď si vyjmenujeme všechny pulsy a také i mínusy.
    +Velká mapa já za 155 hodin prozkoumané okolo 55% +Časté uptade +Velmi propracované upravování kamión    Hru bych doporučil všem fanouškům simulátoru a i když si moc v žánru nehovite ,tak tohle stojí aspoň za vyzkoušení.
    Hra má poměrně dobrou grafiku a za tu dobu co jsem si to koupil, což je asi 2 roky zpátky.Tak se ta grafiky hodně změnila.teď si vyjmenujeme všechny pulsy a také i mínusy.

    - abyste měli celou mapu potřebujete tak 30 euro a to počítám velké slevy
    - některé bugy můžou pokazit celou zakázku
    -pro nejlepší zážitek ze hry potřebuješ volant a pedály případně i řadící páku min. 2000 Kč nebo 80€
    -grafika na low je odporná
    Já jedu na max detail na 80 fps GTX 1060 procesor A8 z roku 2015 8gb ram DDR3 paměti
    A pro začínající hráče bych doporučil kupovat DLC v tomhle pořadí: baltic sea scandinavia potom going east a v neposlední řadě Black sea.
    A poslední řada je nekupujte na začátku hned tahače a nepůjčujte si tak do cca 20 úrovně.    … Expand

    Perfect trucking experience. It's like a therapy for most of the people. Yes, damage modeling would be nice and weather changes without modding would also be good. But anyway, it's the best truck sim out there.

    I miss radio communication too for weather and traffic info in older games (18 WoS Accross America).

    Euro Truck Simulator 2 is perhaps the best simulator I've ever played and I don't need simulators twice. Nice graphics with great customization of your tractor. Мультиплеер ETS2 отличный способ расслабиться за виртуальным рулем вместе с друзьями, но иногда стоит быть аккуратным и избегать безответственных водителей, которые не соблюдают правила дорожного движения. Да что там, они могут и без проблем въехать в вас)

    Карта:
    Карта в ETS2 действительно большая и вовсе не скучная! Если ваша цель - исследовать всю карту, вам на это понадобиться не меньше 20 часов. При этом, вы будете приятно удивлены разнообразием дорог и живописных пейзажей.

    *Недостатки*

    Баги и краши:
    В игре иногда возникают баги и вылеты которые оказывают неприятные ощущения и влияют на сам процесс игры. Застревание в текстурах, вылеты за карту, краши - ваши любимые друзья.

    Доп.контент:

    I also admit that the controls are interesting and that the developers have thought about every detail of the driving: we can order the wipers, the type of headlights, the height of the seat, the decoration of our truck driver's cabin, and so on. But once we got over the first wonderful impressions, we quickly realize the constant emptiness of content that the game offers us.

    The presence and access of the workshop within the Steam platform is an initiative to be greeted. However the lack of multiplayer mode in the basic game (and I know for a fact that it was added later by huge fans of the game) is deplorable. Speaking of flaws that I can't get over, I can also mention the unacceptable number and price of additional content. I've already mentioned the relative beauty of this game, but if developers happily add a layer of indecency to it, it becomes way too much for me.

    The police will be your worst enemy in the game. Prosperity is already a very difficult goal to maintain, but if you keep getting fined for nonsense (like unconsciously selecting the wrong type of headlight when driving at night), that's too much too.     Incredibly realistic and fun game to play ,you can just put your own music in radio and chill out delivering various things across the Europe.
    The only problem for most complete experience you need another 220 US Dollars on top of game price for all the DLC's but most of them are worth it.

Physics is not even close to the real, i cant feel im driving heavy machine, its extremely easy to control it, there no traffic accidents, dumb drivers, weather and road covering doesnt influence on the stability of tires etc. Its just a game, where you simply drive a truck without any reasons to be worried. No any real challenge, what i actually dont like.
    Moreover, it becomes too casual when you hire around 5-8 workers. Your daily profit become extremely high. You dont need to pay your workers, you dont need to maintain your trucks, your garages etc.
    All-in-all, its a very casual truck game, not a real simulator. Its 7 years old already, and devs keep making updates and DLCs, which is ofc good, but isnt it a time to start work on a new, realistic game on new modern engine?    … Expand

    Its entretaining when you just want to chill out, with or without internet, lots of customizations for trucks and trailers, plus you run your company and hire "people", fire them, buy them trucks, etc
    There's a lot of dlc's tho, you need to buy some at least, for you to have a big map, new companies, jobs and cargo.

    I have played a lot of Euro Truck Simulator 2 recently, simply because it feels good to drive in an open world under realistic conditions, and the physics of truck driving feel very real (although I have never driven a truck myself). Delivering goods feels very satisfying, and in the first 30 hours of play there is a real progression. You can spend    Good, but not overwhelmingly good.

    I have played a lot of Euro Truck Simulator 2 recently, simply because it feels good to drive in an open world under realistic conditions, and the physics of truck driving feel very real (although I have never driven a truck myself). Delivering goods feels very satisfying, and in the first 30 hours of play there is a real progression. You can spend time to customise you truck in every detail. Exploring Europe and discovering each and every city is also very nice. Most of all, as opposed to all the racing games on the market, Euro Truck is a simulation that is not nervous: you play totally relax, listening to the radio and enjoying driving sensations at the same time.

    Now, I don't think this game deserves tons of rewards or overwhelmingly positive reviews across the board for various reasons. First and foremost, an important part of the game, that is, the growth of your own company, is very underwhelming. Basically, it sums up to buying "boxes" (garages), and inside these boxes, buy smaller boxes (trucks and employees). And once they are bought, their just produce money. I might sound sarcastic but it is as simple as this. You don't get to micromanage your employees, you don't interact with them in any way, nothing. It's literally putting money to receive more in the future, except that the things producing money have a face. Furthermore, at some point in the game (which I reached around 30 or 40 hours, from what I remember), your company will start making benefits even when you don't drive, which means that at this point the game pushes to just teleport from garage to garage to generate money. You read this right: at this point, you should ignore the core of the game (driving) to progress faster. A few hours later, you will own more garages, have more employees and shower in money, and at this moment you feel spoiled because you see your bank account with millions on it but don't know what to do with it. Just the Steam achievements are there to push you to continue.

    Some aspects of the gameplay feel very clunky. For example, you can get fined in ridiculous circumstances: if the speed limit decreases at some point, you'd better have good eyes to see the sign indicating it, because if you are 1 mph too fast 1 millimeter after the sign, you can get fined immediately. If you get tired but find not resting place on the highway, you can be caught in an infinite loop of fining, which is needlessly frustrating. If you are late on a delivery, some stupid music, that does not fit the game at all, starts to play, clumsily reminding you that you are late...

    Finally, I also disliked the rigidity of the mechanics of the game. The traffic really feels like a series of robots; collisions feel clunky; every penalty is a money penalty; damages on your truck always imply the same weird engine problem (engine turning off occasionally). In other words, the gameplay is very shallow, you don't get to discover much beyond the basics of the game.

    Yet, I enjoy playing this game because it is the only game I know which combines nice and original driving sensations and exploration in a relaxed atmosphere. Euro Truck Simulator 2 deserves a blue thumb, and despite all its problems I play it with pleasure. But looking at it objectively it could have benefited a lot from various improvements of the gameplay.    … Expand

    To be honest I enjoy driving around in this game. It's kind of relaxing. I like to do a job after a long day of work and delivering the cargo never somehow gets boring. But the best thing is the devs: They still add more content to the game, even to the base game. Some of the big publishers can take an example of them! Definetly would recommend.

    After years of driving i'm getting enough of this game. Roads and crossings really lacks variety, same for the traffic, almost no pedestrians (the few present can't even cross the roads), this game is not living like our real world is plus those roads are always the same and flat, only the corners and some buildings changes there and there.     Sitting and driving like this is a strain for the body, and you'll feel it. But the strain on your mind, with your brain slowly melting away while looking at the same assets passing by for hours, is 100 % on point. The experience of turning into a zombie staring on an infinite grey snake of asphalt worming it's way into your soul has delivered one of the most endearing gaming moments of my life, if I'd still been able to feel something.

    It was kind of relaxing, but so is overdosing. But I still ate thousand of miles, driving from small town to small town with weird names like "Berlin" and "Paris", all for the sake of the economic simulation. You know, the stuff behind big announcements like "own your own fleet". I couldn't wait to meet one of my fellow employees on the street, something familiar in this special little hell. You know, some kind of achieverment. Something that makes it all worthwile. I stopped my truck in the middle of the street and waited, and so was everybody else behind me. Looking at the horizon for hours.

    And waited.

    And there, in their own frozen little bubble, they are still waiting, because that's when you realize that it's all for nothing. Your whole logistic empire with all those customized trucks, where you meet your faithful little worker ants all across Europe? Spreadsheets only, baby. They obviously have their own little hell dimension where they drive back and forth and back and forth, and you are all alone, eating asphalt and making money for more entries in your spreadsheet.

    I've done excel presentations with more long lasting motivation.

    Here after Death Stranding got review bombed as all you do is deliver packages yet this game exists with an 8.7.

    Love this game though, loved the original as a kid and bought 2 soon after it came out. Well worth a purchase, same as American Truck sim.

    Euro Truck Simulator 2 is probably the best trucking simulator for multiple reason :
    - At first, it provide a REALLY big map, if you don't stay at the same place, you will never feel or got the sensation of already seen. Developers make their best to provide a very realistic map, so if you go in a certain city you will see that is the same in real map (i have try to find my house of where i live in the game and it worked xD )
    - It's a very good relaxing game. Nothing to say about it.
    - Developers keeps updating their game ! Almost every third months we got a new update or map DLC, even by the fact that the game was released on 2013 ! And a very important point, they are listening to players feedback.
    - I have never seen a major bug for around 500 hours of playing.
    - The community is so great, some of players have made a mod to multiple the size of the map, some others made a mod to play online and multiplayer, so players made VTC (virtual trucking company), log list of delivery, and that's not over.

    BUT,
    - If you get bored easily, the game can be fun with friend on the online community multiplayer, but in single player you won't play the game for too long....
    - Yes, there are many DLCs... But the base game if enough for new players, buy them only if you really like the game.    … Expand

Primero empiezas trabajando con camiones prestados y al terminar la carga te darán experiencia que la puedes gastar en puntos de experiencia para poder hacer cargas con más valor y por ende ganar más dinero con ellas. Yo creo que lo que hace que el juego sea tan adictivo, es que mientras tu vas jugando se van multiplicandoYo, en lo personal creo que este es un juego simplemente perfecto. Primero empiezas trabajando con camiones prestados y al terminar la carga te darán experiencia que la puedes gastar en puntos de experiencia para poder hacer cargas con más valor y por ende ganar más dinero con ellas. Yo creo que lo que hace que el juego sea tan adictivo, es que mientras tu vas jugando se van multiplicando las ganas de conseguir dinero para comprar camiones o mejorar estos mismos o comprar garajes para ampliar tu empresa y ganar aún más dinero gracias a tus trabajadores. Yo recomiendo totalmente este juego si lo que te gusta es la conducción o los camiones, incluso aunque no te gusten estas cosas juega lo igualmente porque de verdad te va a enganchar y vas a querer seguir jugando.… Expand

    ETS 2 é simplesmente maravilhoso, mais de 5 anos de jogo e continua recebendo atualizações e eventos, gráficos bons mesmo pros dias atuais, além de uma mecânica de progressão continua e curva de dificuldade suave que te incentiva a continuar jogando e melhorando sua empresa.
