The story is strong, the characters' dialogue is well-written, but it's the battle aspects of this game that really hold it back. I would have loved to see some actual battle landscapes, whether it's a higher-quality landscape or just the map graphics, but give me something instead of that swirly background. Graphics are good for a retro-style game like this, some pretty neat sprites and map graphics I might add. The music, in my opinion, is sub-par though. I didn't feel like the music really fit each area the way it ought to have. All in all, give this game a go, but lower your expectations a bit if you want to get the most out of this title.…Full Review »
