Beyond the graphics, Enclave isnt particularly anything special. The plotline is such a shallow hash that you dont end up feeling anything for the characters, which are unlikely to evoke the sort of empathy (or major motion pictures) of, say, Lara Croft.
-
A technical demonstration gone horribly awry when it came time to lay in the gameplay that would make it all truly epic.
-
Though the game's developers clearly put a lot of work into the way the game looks and sounds, Enclave's gameplay just doesn't measure up to its presentation.
-
Unfortunately, without even multiplayer to redeem it, Enclave ends up as just another mediocre disappointment.
-
PC gamers will feel like this is the kind of game they were playing five years ago. The small improvements from the Xbox version are cancelled out by the interface quirks introduced.
-
Cheat Code CentralMy problem with Enclave is, if nothing else, the repetition of the gameplay. I don't like my games to be overly complicated but some more control would have been a most welcome addition.
