    Like its predecessor, I’m unlikely ever to forget Emily is Away Too. What developer Kyle Seeley has created is a great reminder that excellent immersive storytelling is reliant on only two things: an unique idea, and the vision and passion to see that idea materialize.

    As with the first one, Emily is Away Too is a wonderfully crafted narrative experience that echoes what it was like to be a teenager in the mid-2000s. For such a simple concept, the level of detail really makes this game a fantastic narrative experience. If you like short narrative experiences, I can’t recommend this enough.

    I take my hat off to developer Kyle Seeley for being able to create such a realistic-feeling experience from something so simple, but just one that made me very glad my teenage years are well and truly and thing of the past.

    Emily is Away Too is basically the first game expanded beyond a simple gimmick. It may not be the best piece of interactive fiction ever created, but quality-of-life changes to the original formula make the journey feel more personal for individual players. The multiple endings really seal the deal, meaning you’re in for heartbreak or everlasting love.

    Loved Emily is Away 1 and adoring the second.

    It's more of a remake but it adds a lot to the game. Glad I grabbed this one for the summer sale.

    После прохождения этой игры, я таки почувствовал необходимость написать обзор этой игры, просто не смог удержаться.
    Начну с того, что я давненько играл и в первую часть, но она мне не так сильно понравилась. Почему? В первой части, был только грустный исход истории главного героя.

    Сам обзор
    В этой истории, нам будет дана возможность общаться с двумя девушками, Emely и Evelyn.
    Мы довольно мило общаемся с ними двумя, но наступит момент, когда вам придется выбрать, выбрать между ними. И таким образом, если мы следуем следующему правилу - получаем хорошую концовку anyway (но это непроверенная информация)
    Правило 1, единственное и неповторимое
    Не лги им, слышишь, черт тебя побери, не пытайся лгать!
    Лично я, изначально пошел на встречу Evelyn, ибо Emely оставила после себя неприятный осадок после первой части (даже если это и разные герои).
    Небольшой поверхностый review:
    Emely - Обычная девушка, не пьет, не курит, образец, казалось бы, идеальной девушки.
    Evelyn - Пробовала травку, слушает панк рок, казалось бы, не лучший выбор
    Но общаясь с ними двумя, больше всего меня расположила к себе именно Evelyn, и именно ее я "выбрал"

    Anyway, обзор у меня получился посредственный, в моем уме он был более складным и красочным, но перевести все в текстовый формат не получилось, почему то
    Настоятельно рекомендую к покупке

    И, в окончание комбо из пословиц/поговорок♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥знает чего
    "На двух стульях усидеть не получится"
    "За двумя зайцами погонишься - ни одного не поймаешь"

It's an "AOL chat simulator", where you're messaging two friends. They message you with all sorts of files and web links (click those, they're cool), and after a while this just feels like a natural conversation. There's a lot of references to 2006-2007 pop culture, so you have to be reasonably old to enjoy it (ideally in your late 20's). Best part is the story that unfolds via this messaging. It feels well written and very responsive to your choices. My ending felt very strong and left me somewhat in disarray, but in a good way.… Expand

    adds some new features and a good sequel overall. would recommend you start with the first game continue with this then the third
