This game tells the story of Eisenhorn: Xenos, the first part of the eisenhorn trilogy by Dan Abnett, and this is pretty much all the positive there is. The story is interesting; probably very much less so if you only play the game. So let's dive right into that, shall we?

From clunky animation to very stiff characters, combat so repetitive I cannot belive I'm not playing a mobile game,

From clunky animation to very stiff characters, combat so repetitive I cannot belive I'm not playing a mobile game, poor animation to artificially streched playtime (which means "fight the same enemies over and over"), bland level design (though I have to admit that the outside locations look decent)... all in all a very forgettable experience. I have to admit I didn't finish the game though, maybe it suddenly gets A LOT better... which would suprise me very much.

I don't like doing this to a wh40k game since I find the universe interesting and long for more... but this is just very bad. The things it has going for it are the dialogues and the story, both of which (you guessed it) are obviously much more detailed and refined in the book. I know that sounds a bit elitist ("the book is sooooooo much better" etc.) but it's not just that the book is better, it's more that the game is so much worse and I cannot really see a reason for anyone to play it. If you are interested in the story or Wh40k but don't want to read, get an audiobook or just watch the game played on youtube, you won't miss anything.

A bad game that does a poor job of capturing the essence of one of the better 40k books. As soon as I realized there exists a mobile version of this, the quality of this title made a bit more sense.

Just read the book(s), that would be a MUCH better use of your time.

Simple combat, poor mechanics, boring voice acting and some unpolished graphics mean that the fans of the book series might find themselves struggling to finish it. For those without an invested interest in the character or the story: this is one to avoid.

Eisenhorn: XENOS has a good story and dialog, and for both we should thank Dan Abnett, author of the related books. All the other elements, like the gameplay, the exploration end the technical compartment, are a complete disaster. If on mobile platform the game could be acceptable, the PC users are used to another kind of qualitative level.
