    When I saw the gameplay of the demo I thought it was just another garbage. However, I wanted to give it a try, hoping I was wrong.
    But no, unfortunately, I wasn't. It is a delivery boy simulator. "Hey, dude, bring me this, bring me that, do this, do that", without any real interest in seeing what happens when you complete the task and, in some cases, the game tells you: "the person leaves    When I saw the gameplay of the demo I thought it was just another garbage. I mean, you've done a job, for nothing, because it's not even entertaining. It is that you have to fish and dredge and, although the name implies it, it shouldn't mean you have to spend 99.99% of the game fishing and dredging, but yes, yes it is. Fish and dredge, fish and dredge, for all eternity. Because the crappy boat you have is improved with things that are quite expensive and what you fish and dredge is not worth a damn. It is barely enough to repair the damage, some of which is caused by the slightest touch against a rock.
    And the story? Better to watch both endings on youtube, save your money and use it on something much better than this overhyped piece of trash.    … Expand

    DREDGE is a one-of-a-kind fishing game with an interesting premise that keeps players engaged throughout. Though its ending leaves something to be desired, DREDGE shines in its ability to create an enveloping atmosphere through its appealing art, well-composed music, and entertaining gameplay.

    Dredge is an indie horror gem that will be looked upon fondly by anyone with an affinity for adventure and mystery. Every part of the game is engaging and otherworldly, yet distinctly down to earth. From the charming low-poly graphics, to the deeply emotion-invoking soundtrack, to the heartfelt story, Dredge understands how to make the player feel immersed in its dark yet beautiful world.

    A game that is disturbing, charming and full of spirit, all at the same time. It draws from H. P. Lovecraft and does it very well – and it also manages to stay on point, not wasting your time with anything that isn’t needed. You should make the journey, even if there are some blemishes to be found.
