Sep 13, 2017I am reviewing this game in the state it is NOW. It runs perfectly well on my hardware (FX-6300 + R9 380) @ 1680x1050 and high settings. The game is good. more or less the same as the original. A little overrated.

Mar 12, 2018Good storyline and the same fun action/stealth aesthetic of the first, but the world building feels lackluster in comparison and the idea of playing one of two characters feels like a cheap way to get some more hours of playtime out of you. As well, easiness on the verge of becoming boring still plagues this sequel.

May 28, 2019Great atmosphere. Game-wise, it's okay. Only super hard difficulties make it even remotely challenging. And it's not honestly not that much fun to use the mechanics for perfectionism.

Sep 22, 2018All the individual story elements felt like badly composed episodes of a procedural TV show, w/o even having the benefit of the overall narrative to pull everything together.

Mar 15, 2021Could not get in to this. Found the stealth clunky and bugy at times. Gun play felt weak and not responsive. Not worth it.

Dec 30, 2016This game is just as good as the first, but with not a lot of new things. As a sequel it offers more of the same, which is good. Unfortunately it runs like absolute crap. It feels like a really strong DLC with terrible performance issues.

Aug 20, 2017Good game, but by the middle it has become boring for me. The plot could not catch up to the end and the game turned into a senseless carving of all living things on a level.

Dec 13, 2017It would have been a nine but the optimization is just horrible. The first Dishonored is one of my favorite games but unfortunately this game really wasn't as good.

Feb 15, 2020The stealth is engaging, the combat is visceral and the story is interesting. The first game worked better on my PC so that's why I can't give this one 9/10.

Nov 29, 2022Oyunu Gamepass'den oynadım ve bir bölümde sürekli olarak çöküp kapanıyordu. Onun haricinde gerçekten keyif almıştım.

Feb 7, 2017Dishonored 2 is bigger and better than its forbearer, with greater variety of level design and even more flexible gameplay. It is a shame the central narrative isn’t more engaging and that the sequel is haunted by technical deficiencies.
-
CD-ActionJan 13, 2017Dishonored 2 exists to make you feel good. It gives you a lot of freedom in accomplishing your goals and keeps your adrenaline level constantly elevated. It’s a shame that it failed to shake off the original game’s drawbacks and is not as stylish. [01/2017, p.38]

Jan 1, 2017Weak story notwithstanding, Arkane Studios has again delivered a truly excellent stealth action game. [Issue#258, p.53]
