    The best thing we could have got as a sequel to dmc 4. Combat is so amazing here and the story is amazing little bit cringy sometimes but its all you would expect from devil may cry, its edgy, over the top and it looks amazing as well.

    Mano só não é 10 por causa da missão 8 e 12, pq fazer uma missão tão longa e ainda colocar duas boss fight seguidas? Sendo que o nero da pouquíssimo dano se você não acerta o exceed toda hora tirando isso tudo perfeito, destaque pros braço do nero e a trilha sonora muito bom esses dois.

    Graphics are fantastic, gameplay is solid and entertaining, unleashing crazy combos is great to watch. Story is pretty decent too. Dante, Nero and V were all fairly interesting characters, and the ending was great imo. Wish the story was a bit longer and then this would have easily gotten a 10/10 (my only gripe with RE2 as well).

    I'm not an expert in Devil May Cry, but this fifth game of the saga is the perfect medicine to unleash adrenaline. I played the PC version and must to say that controls are so comfortable and easily to learn, so nobody needs be worried about it. Story mode is not very original (the classic war between demons) but it compensates with a frenetic staging and a very addictive way to defeatI'm not an expert in Devil May Cry, but this fifth game of the saga is the perfect medicine to unleash adrenaline. Play as Nero, V or Dante is funny due the different fighting style that each one has. There isn´t complicated parts or impossible boss fightings, so is ideal for those new players that wish try it as their first hack and slash game.     Out of the 6 Devil May Cry games, I believe that this one has the best game play. The new character designs for Dante and Virgil is also pretty good in my opinion. The new weapons for Dante were especially fun to use.

I'm giving it a mixed score only because of the gameplay i mean it's the best the series ever got i think, but it gets super inconsistence because of the three playable characters, i don't have a problem with having 3 characters but the game doesn't give you enough time to practice them whithin the story mode and 20 missions is REALLY SHORT for having three characters, then there's the story, i think it's one of the worst aspects of the game, i mean dmc was never know for it's top story telling but come on they didn't even try with this one, and it seems the average dmc fan doesn't care as long as it's fun and ridiculous and has cool gameplay, i mean why not have both awesome gameplay and awesome story like in dmc3? The characters are also horrendous, the worst roast of characters i ever seen in a dmc game, there's basically not charm in any of these characters, Dante changed so much since dmc1 'cause Hideaki Itsuno doesn't understand him, Nero it's an angry teen with no motivation apart from Dante calling him "deadweight", compare that to dmc3 where Dante starts as an angry teenager but develops emotion for humans (Lady) and that becomes his motivation to stop Vergil, or hell even dmc1, then there's Nico, absolutely no charm i hate her, we had characters like Lady, f*cking Trish and even Lucia was cool too, but Nico is annoying and doesn't add anything new to the series, and also the way they portrayed the female characters to look useless and slutty was disgusting and horrible because they don't do anything and they turned them into damsels in distress. I hope original series creator Hideki Kamiya comes back to do another dmc game because i don't like the way Itsuno is handling the series, he tries to make it appeal to the western audience and that's the problem with japanese developers, instead of making an awesome game they care to please the western fans so much, but well it's a fun game but the worst dmc game i ever played sadly, because i really wanted to enjoy this game i really did! But the poor story, horrible characters, disgusting music, and ugly art direction really ruined the game, if you compare all that to previous dmc games it's really bad, but again the gameplay makes up for it.… Expand

    This game is so mediocre that I deleted it halfway through. The characters are so cringe and the levels are so forgettable that I couldn't bear to play it any more. I remember a time when games were more than just a visual treat. My experience with this game was unfortunately not a call to yesteryear. This is just my opinion though and I am not judging anyone.     - Those graphics and facial expressions: ultra immersive!
    - Action! Action! Intentionally over-the-top action!

    CONS:
    - The RE engine seems to interact oddly with the Steam overlay.
    - Anti-aliasing may be implemented better.
    - Dunno, perhaps you don't like hack and slash games?

    Not much to say. As a great fan of the series this game is just awesome. The characters and the gameplay are Amazing, the story is quite good and the graphic is badass. Might not be as good as dmc3, but still a fantastic game.

    First one Devil May cry 5 have the best Soundtrack of all games!!! Devil Trigger, Bury the Light sooo nice.

    The gameplay feel so smooth and if u have skill for smashing around, you will feel the music
    The story is not that wonderful, but devil may cry is not and was not a good stroy telling game. If u want to relax and enjoy a game with nice soundtrack here you got Devil may cry 5

    DMC5 has recently gained popularity because of it's amazing soundtracks that became a classic when it comes to video game scores. This is also how I found myself interested in a game. I haven't played previous titles. I always knew of the series but it never caught my attention before as it was a game marketed for east market with a majority of fans coming from that region. I am amazed by this game even though I haven't been with the series for very long. That being said to understand a lot of things happening within the story it is better to know what happend in previous parts as the story of 5 builds of off them directly. That however didn't deminish my enjoyment of the gameplay which is absolutely fantastic. Different characters have extremly unique kits which completely change how you play. They are however very hard to master but if you do manage that you'll be rewarded with insanely satisfying combat that. The game is best described as easy to learn, hard to master and I think it makes it really good for both casual players who can just enjoy the simple combos and the story and people who want to put the time in and really learn how to play the game at it's highest level of skill. The writing is very cartoonish. All characters act very cheesy and while it may be strange to some in my opinion it very much fits the game and sidetracks the story which is very basic. Because the focus is on characters and their interactions the game has many memorable moments and honestly this game really made me laugh in certain moments. It is simply genius and I can't stand how great DMC5 in all of it's aspects. I think the game is awesome and definitely worth a try at least but it is a game made for a specific audience therefore I can totally see why someone wouldn't like it as much as I did. It's not for everyone but for the people which it works it is a great game worth playing through it at least once.… Expand

    I rate the game 9/9, because it is a hack-and-slay game (repetitive genre).
    Capcom made everything perfect @ DMC 5: graphics, story, gameplay, sound.

    The game got rid of almost all of its annoying things that the previous games had such as bad camera and back tracking.
    The graphics are stunning, some cutscenes sometimes even look like CGI and the facial animation is something... Although I liked the reworked combat system of the DMC reboot, the developers managed to make the old combat system better    Any DMC fan must play this game!

    This game brings a new character V to this game but they just destroyed Nero with that yee-yee-ass haircut. He is way too cocky and over his head which comes out as irritating rather than charming like Dante. The story uses some references from DMC4 and brings back the clifoth, a demon tree in the middle of the city as done in the previous games.     This is one of the best Devil may cry games, comparable only with Devil may cry 3. It features 3 characters wich you can use to play and an additional 5$ DLC if you want to play as Vergil. Every character is really enjoyable and fun. The story is really great. The worst thing about this game is one of the characters, V which isn't really fun to play in my opinion.

    卡普空的动作质量首先就是有保障的，目前一个周目下来爽就完事了，而且动作系统还有很多可以深度研究的东西，这方面以后再去练习。剧情一般，游戏其他方面也不突出，应该全部的亮点只有动作系统了，算是相当看人偏好吧

    Devil May Cry 5, while seemingly shallow on the surface, conceals its greatest features and true experience for only the dedicated to discover. The satisfaction of finally overcoming a block in the game that held you back for so long is where the real experience lies, and the game demands that you not be weak of heart to reach it. Put in the time and effort that the developers expect of their fans and you’ll truly be able to reap the rewards and see DMC5 for what it is; a truly off the wall, batshit insane romp through the best the genre has to offer.

    The culmination of the franchise and so much more. Capcom is still putting up the pressure one notch above, with new mechanics, a renewed gameplay, and a replayability that will make you start the game a second time without losing your smile. The story has matured and a good balance has been found with its three destinies that intersect over the course of the missions, until its apocalyptic final. Only big downside in a game that requires precision in its highest difficulty levels: the camera problems and the targeting system.

    Bland location design aside, Devil May Cry 5 is excellent in all other aspects. Deep combat system, charismatic characters, nice graphics, vibrant soundtrack — this is one hell of a crazy-ass meaty slasher.
