    This is a great game. I have an i7-8700k and a 1070Ti and never drop below 60fps @ 1440p on Ultra. All of these reviewers complaining about what store it was released on, or performance issues are either trolls or complete morons. Research a game before you buy it. Everyone and their mother knew it was an Epic exclusive, just like Heavy Rain.

    If you are having performance issues with high end systems it's because you're computer illiterate. The game uses the Vulkan API which comes with NVIDIA drivers. UPDATE THEM. Either that or stop trying to play the game on your system from 2007.    … Expand

    An absolute masterpiece imo. I LOVE these story and choice driven game, this game has moved me so much.. This is what makes me happy to be a gamer, thank you Quantic Dream you have amazing talent that realised this.

    este jogo tem uma historia incrível e o melhor é que podemos controlar o rumo de cada capitulo impactando no destino final dos personagens e da própria historia.
    Mas a jogabilidade é muito fraca a camara em 3ªpessoa é horrível sempre a atrapalhar. A juntar a isso o jogo tem muitos problemas de desempenho e bugs no pc.
    Mas a historia compensa e vale a pena.

    One of, if not the best game of this type I've seen or played.
    I would recommend buying this game on sale and at full price. It might take a little while to fully get going but it's worth it.

    This is the first David Cage's game I really liked. It's very cinematic, colorful, interesting and has an intrigue. Besides the game has larger scale than previous Quantic Dream projects. I promise you will replay 'Detroit: Become Human' a lot of times because of the variety of bad and good endings and because of the emotionally moving characters. You will encounter a super-mix of movie, computer game, philosophy, modern art design and social experiment.

Игровой мир был сильно ограничен, геймплей был примитивен, идеи - избиты и банальны. Определенные клише есть и в Детройте, но в целом эта игра находится на совершенно другом уровне, в нее действительно интересно играть. Эмоциональный накал здесь тоже намного выше, к героям привязываешься, им сопереживаешь. Ну, а концовок и разветвлений в каждом эпизоде - просто море, историю каждого персонажа можно повернуть в любом направлении в любой момент, как и оборвать ее. Даже если не относиться серьезно к интерактивному кино, эта игра все равно затянет своей красотой, динамичностью, яркостью красок, харизмой персонажей и грамотной смесью всего этого.    … Expand

    Awesome game, i didn't had any crashes or lags (i5 9400-f, GTX 1660 6gb, 16 gb ram). Settings custom between high and ultra. For the entire time of the game there was not a single game crash.

    To be honest, this game seemed kind of boring to me when I first saw it, but I was wrong. I absolutely loved it. The story and characters are great and it's cool how even some small decisions affect your game. But the optimization is pretty bad, I had problems with frame rate and crashes.

    The best game I have ever played so far. So many possibilities and outcomes. Attractive characters that I can indulge myself into them. I just hope quantic games make more games like this

Because of that and of the overall fun factor I would recommend to play it more than one time. Although most characters are well written, this game relies on many stereotypes. It works in this story, but it feels sometimes artificial.

    The Gameplay is nothing special. You have the choices in dialogues and which route you want to make and a few (not difficult) quick time events. It it mostly an interactive movie, like Until Dawn, but with a much better story. Face caption technic is top notch.

    Personally I also liked the soundtrack. The Three composers match perfectly with those three main characters. Can definitely recommend if you like those story based games.    … Expand

    This is one of the best decision games i ever played. With 100 different endings, tells a great story with 3 protagonists.I just fell i love with games from Quantic Dream, first with Fahrenheit, and now with this game. I about to play my second playthrough now i possibly gonna play a third time. Just perfect game 10/10

    For those who think that robots can be humans, I suggest to study how much computer had to be connected together to simulate 1 second of human-brain activity.

    As for the gameplay: your ability to interact is very, very low. You are highly restricted to do anything. However, the quality of the storyiine is not that bad, the atmosphere also above average, the voice acting of the famous actors are good, the others' are pretty average, or below that.

    This game is enjoyable for those who believe all what the left says, but not so much for those who have actual economical knowledge: every innovation, new machine helps the economy to grow richer. This only can mean one of two things: 1. you going to get more jobs or 2. you can have universal basic income. So the "androids taking our jobs" is just another alarmist lie.

    "They have caused unprecedented growth of the economy, YET, they also have caused high unemployment rate". Dude, the two LITERALLY excludes each other. It is like saying that cars have caused unemployment.

    And of course "this is not just a game, this is your future". Oh sure dude.

    So for us sane people, this game is an extremely over-hyped interactive movie, and nothing else.

    But, there are many people who loves the Blade Runner movies for reasons beyond me, so I can imagine that they like it.    … Expand

    The game is an absolute blast. Performance is not as bad as the negative comments made it out to be, but it can certainly be improved. The graphics and the art style is gorgeous, I just hoped they upgraded the graphics even more since PCs have much better hardware than PS4

Но, как ни странно, слабые стороны в глаза не бросаются. Локации сделаны с душой, персонажи живые, окружение проработано и ты просто не обращаешь внимание на какие-то огрехи с графикой. Картинка в целом воспринимается как красивая. Но, конечно жаль, что качество порта не позволило отказаться от хотя бы излишнего размытия, а вся мощь пк ушла на покрытие отсутствующей оптимизации.

    Сюжет/впечатления (без спойлеров):

    Если говорить коротко: сюжет прекрасен. Я не знаю какая история получится у Вас, но моя вышла незабываемой. Я испытал целый спектр эмоций, от злости до любви к персонажу, от недоумения до восторга. Игра постоянно вас испытывает, заставляет делать трудный выбор, и иногда тот, который вы не хотите делать. Это больше похоже на кино, на книгу которую вы пишите сами. Конечно вы тут 'автор' со множеством ограничений, но эта лучшая реализация интерактивной истории что я видел в играх. Я определённо вернусь позже, попробую сыграть немного иначе, но, думаю первое прохождение останется самым лучшим. Если дочитали до конца, то вот вам бесплатный совет: не стоит переигрывать уровни, даже если случилось что-то непоправимое, если вы запороли комбинацию клавиш или отправили кого-то на тот свет, некоторые вещи имеют далеко идущие последствия и, иногда, провал одного персонажа может спасти жизнь другому.

    In fact, the reason I give this a 9 instead of a 10 is those quick time events, but I'm of two minds about them. As QTEs tend to be, they can be arbitrary and annoying, sometimes an immersion-breaking intrusion into gameplay . . . but fast sequences of them can induce the kind of panic the characters would likely be feeling, which can actually deepen immersion in their world.

    Now, I did experience some bugs in which the game would simply freeze and become unresponsive in the middle of scene. I suspect they may have something to do with the new graphics driver NVIDIA dropped a day before launch. I'll reserve judgment on that, but won't penalize the game itself for that.    … Expand

    Incredible game overall. Tons of replay value, graphics, gameplay, etc. My issue is the crashing and blue screens restarting my PC constantly.(every hour or so)
    My build is a 1660ti and a Ryzen 5 2600.

Да, видеокарта слабовата но это не оправдывает полное зависание картинки и одновременную работоспособность игры в этот момент. Жду первого и последующих патчей. Если оценка не изменилась, значит всё плохо(

    У меня довольно мощная система. Любая игра на высоких настройках выдает вполне стабильно 60 фпс. Это первая игра которая выдает 25 кадров. Сказать что я в шоке это ничего не сказать.

    Game companies should first make these games for PC platform then consoles. Otherwise, games are really having bad optimization. Console systems cannot catch PC technology. I really wish that consoles nonsense must end one day. If you want freedom, just join the PC side. Consoles are for slavery.

    Detroit on PC looks exactly like it does on PS4, with only difference being 60 FPS available. It's an overblurred mess. On console it's the only way of reaching acceptable performance in highly detailed environments. On PC, it hurts    Quantic Dream has no idea there's a difference between PS4 and PC. It's like they didn't really port the game and just slapped PS4 api to Vulkan translator on it, which works in real time and consume resources. I don't care how gorgeous this game is, i can't play it because of lazy and poor coding.

Эта игра выбивает всё дерьмо из моего старенького 4790k. Процессор, существенно превосходящий плойку, еле держится выше 30 кадров в секунду, лул. Ну да, я понимаю, довольно старый процессор, довольно несбалансированная сборка. Я бы понял, если бы этот процессор не выжимал минимум 70 кадров в секунду в современной игре с открытым миром, коей является RDR2. И я не говорю про какой-нибудь Star Wars Battlefront, который выглядит в разы лучше, и при этом способен выдавать более сотни кадров в секунду, если нет затыка в видеокарту. Такое ощущение, что они даже не портировали игру, а просто накинули поверх неё транслятор из API плойки в Vulkan, который на лету переводит плоечные инструкции в понятный для настольной системы язык. Иначе я никак не могу объяснить столь днищенский уровень производительности. Это ужасная халтура, какой бы замечательной ни была игра, я не могу её оценить по достоинству.    … Expand

    This game is a masterpiece. Yes QTEs are annoying and a lot of people seem strangely triggered and melting their snowflakes about the story being a bit too "SJW" to their tastes while they grasp at straws trying to make parallels to current day events about whatever their fears are. As far as I'm concerned, it's their problem and their loss.

    It sports a thought provoking story worthy of Asimov's legacy. If you think this is about current day whatever in your persecution of SJW fantasies and hallucinations, you seriously have issues and need to take LOTS of steps back from current day politics. You drank WAY TOO MUCH KOOL-AID and need to sober up and calm the heck down.

    The story has nothing to do with current day events, it's GREAT anticipation sci-fi about AIs, Robots and how we're going to treat our creations when the time comes and they might develop more than what we thought they would, transcending their programming.

    A well deserved 10, I'll be recommending this one warmly for years to come to my fellow gamer friends.

    The game is right up my alley with its dark cyberpunk setting. It tells three interwoven stories. The characters are incredibly lifelike and likeable all across the board and so is the plot. Highly recommended.

    Only game where you can stare at the main menu! I always like the story-telling style of Quantic Dream, but i know its not for everyone. Because its much more about story-telling than the actual gameplay.

    Some technical issues which can easily drain all your motivation to continue: - Awful performance (even on a 1080ti + ryzen 1800x setup) - Constant crashes with no fix months after the initial release    The game itself is easily an 8/10, if not better.     But holy **** this is easily one of the worst ports I've played in a long time.

    Some technical issues which can easily drain all your motivation to continue:

    - Analog stick inputs will stop working suddenly for no reason at all

    No problem with all new games (2019) like Metro Exodus, RE 2 RE, DMC 5, Sekiro, MK 11, Control, etc. Every game work's perfect (60-72 fps, i play on 75 Ghz qHD monitor with FreeSync and lock fps on 72) on medium-high in qHD and on hight-ultra in full HD. Zero plroblem. And i have nice and smooth gaming with good picture. But what we have here? Just an interactive movie... Местами 60 fps но бешено скачет до 45 и 30... а потом снова 60 . (и это на "высоких") поставил все средние настройки - тож самое. лол. Алло?     Начну с неприятных моментов. Игра не хотела запускаться, это отложило моё знакомство с ней почти на сутки. Я потратил очень много времени, пытаясь найти причину. Как позже выяснилось, всему виной был bandicam. Он конфликтовал с игрой, что приводило к крашу. Подобных проблем очень много и причина у всех разная. Помимо этого, при подключении через usb адаптер, мой dualshock отказываетсяНачну с неприятных моментов. Игра не хотела запускаться, это отложило моё знакомство с ней почти на сутки. Я потратил очень много времени, пытаясь найти причину. Как позже выяснилось, всему виной был bandicam. Он конфликтовал с игрой, что приводило к крашу. Подобных проблем очень много и причина у всех разная. Помимо этого, при подключении через usb адаптер, мой dualshock отказывается работать. А при подключении через провод, все идеально. И нет, проблема не в геймпаде, в остальных играх все работает как часы. Фризов, лагов, багов и прочего говна я не наблюдал.     ryzen 1600x+1070ТИ в 4к 20 фпс, PS4 pro больше выдаёт....... это просто капец, хотя б требования озвучили бы, а то рекламировали 4к PC...... нужен патч первого ддня для фикса, EPIC это фиаско....

    I want to play a quantic dream game because of their beautiful engine, the character development, the wholesome grand scenes, and the choices you can make. and it all falls flat on it's face in Detroit BH because the choices you make don't matter, the replay value is zero, and you get confronted with racism (positive racism is still racism) all the way.

    This isn't a game, it's pure propaganda hidden in a nice candy wrapper , and they expect us to pay for it.    … Expand

    This game is a port from the PS4 game that was released. The game was not play tested, and did not have a beta for PC; which in this day and age is required for game like this. If you design a game and have your own game engine built into it, then you need to hire some play-testers or QA the game.

    Playstation has a very limited amount of default configurations, and I can understand how play-testing on the PS4 is more streamlined. But play-testing for PC requires multitudes of different types of hardware scenarios. To my knowledge, PC testing was never performed. This is evident of large amounts of players from all spectrums, be it high end or low end, experienced crashing and optimization issues.

    As of writing this, it has been five days since release of the game. Quantic Dream stated one day in that they were working on issues, but I have not been able to locate any official communications regarding the issues players are encountering.

    One of the best games I played for a long time . Don't pay any attention to **** comments that don't do the game justice. After the patch the game had zero issues even in medium spec pc. You can't expect to play it at max with a potato pc. I would give it a 9 but I want to raise the score lowered by some idiots that put 0.

    8.7 for PS4 version is a joke. Bought the PC version, had to refund it, the game is that bad. The controls are absurd (at least with keyboard+mouse). The graphics is mediocre. The story is unoriginal and plain silly, full of in your face social commentary. The game deserves 5/10 tops.
    No problems running the game though.

    Все новые игры идут на максималке или на ультра.
    А тут лажа с игрой.

    Please, stop to create games from consoles to PC. Make games first for PC then convert it to these useless consoles. Games quality total mess when you do games for Consoles first. My words for those cheap game makers.

    The game crashed 2/2 times I tried playing it. Froze.
    The year is 2021. My PC is running the best games without so much as a HICCUP! There are no excuses for such a lame release. This should not be in the store. Buggy games: out. Back to the lab.     Google is full of people saying this game CONSTANTLY crashes.

    Why should a PAYING CLIENT suffer from this type of incompetence?

    The time has arrived for game developers who release faulty products to start getting SUED.

    CDPR should get sued
    Quantic Dream should get sued
    The market - the gamers - WE, are too lenient! Enough!

    A company should not be allowed to take money for a broken product.

    I am quite mature for a gamer already (31 years) but this is one of these games which made me remember my childhood. Currently videogame industry makes very mediocre products as AAA titles and I really was not into any recently. This game have taken me away right from beginning and I finished it    R5 3600, 16 GB RAM, GTX 1080 - All on ultra + 1440p = 0 issues, great performance.

    I am quite mature for a gamer already (31 years) but this is one of these games which made me remember my childhood. Currently videogame industry makes very mediocre products as AAA titles and I really was not into any recently.

    This game have taken me away right from beginning and I finished it throughout the weekend. This game is mindblowing.

    It is so beatiful. Graphics is much better than on PS4 and story is simply breathtaking.

    I would rate this game on 100 out of 10 but cannot.

    Do not pay attention to those guys with PCs from previous century. It works great on any decent machine.    … Expand

    As a big fan of cinematic choices matter games, Detroit: Become Human is personally easily the best game of its genre hands down. This is the perfect example of a game with a ground-breaking branching narrative that you have never seen before in any similar games in the industry; and that says a lot about how unique Detroit: Become Human truly is.

    From great audio and graphics quality, fantastic acting, engaging writing, gripping story to fun gameplay, impressive choice design and surprising levels of replayability; throw in all the positive adjectives you can think of because there is no doubt that this game is worth every bit of penny. While I believe the game should have a dialogue skipping feature, that doesn't stop me from giving it a ten out of ten.

    With stunning visuals, a mature story and multiple endings Detroit: Become Human is Quantic Dream’s best game. The PC port, despite some minor frame rate issues, is a great way to experience the game if you haven’t already played the PlayStation 4 version.

    Detroit: Become Human is a game worth playing, whatever is your gaming genre preference. You may not find all the answers to the questions it raises, or you may raise, but all in all it is an unforgettable experience. You may even want to relive it many times. From another point of view.
