Nov 7, 2016Detective Hayseed is a good old classic that relies on dubbing, goofy humor and absurd solutions of problems. Together it all works the way we are used to from previous installments, and maybe even a little better.

Oct 20, 2016This adventure game has nothing to be jealous of, compared to other games of equal or slightly larger budget. It clearly shows that Zima Software is ready to take a further step in the industry, which may result in a big hit.
-
Dec 15, 2016Utterly devoid of any semblance of charm, Detective Hayseed is nowhere near the level of classic adventure games.
-
Mar 8, 2017With decent art and sound design, as well as simple and generally straightforward gameplay, the news certainly isn’t all bad, but Detective Hayseed falls far short of the grand Hollywood standards it espouses. If you’re really in the mood for some crude humor (that’s actually funny), you’d be better off picking up an old copy of Leisure Suit Larry instead.

Dec 19, 2016With another three passes over the script and a completely new voice cast, Detective Hayseed would have been a decent adventure game. In its current state it’s hard to put up with.
