    Although the game is free with minimum activity, there are ongoing cost involved to upgrade aircraft and environments. I like the concept of the sim, and proceeded to spend approximately $100 to improve my flight experiences, by purchasing add-ons. However, upon trying to load any missions, including training, I kept getting a video card error message, which crashed my computer every time.Although the game is free with minimum activity, there are ongoing cost involved to upgrade aircraft and environments. After trying many suggested fixes, unsuccessfully, I have never flown a single mission, and therefore feel like I've wasted my time and money. Moreover, my computer is well equipped to handle the indicated system requirement to enjoy the game. Wishing you all the best if you are thinking of purchasing this game.     This broken, unfinished, bug-infested, microtransaction laden "simulator" is only played because Eagle Dynamics has no competition. If a group of high-schoolers got together and made an attempt at something like this, it would be on par with DCS.

    this game sucks. Its relly hard and there are no tutorais for the deafult plane

    A free to play flight fighter sim. Has a lot going for it, but poor feature implementation and greedy payment model means the game is just not going to take off.

    Pros: Damage model looks great, where even the tires blow up if you land too hard. Feels more or less realistic. Not a real pilot so cant say.     Control configurations are all bunched together. So to find a weapons system you have to guess what it's called and then scroll through 100+ tags to find what you are looking for.

    Breaks don't stop the plane, so you have to land right at the beginning of the landing strip to have any chance of stopping.

    The missions have no immersion, no voice acting, no plot, no subplot. Basically feels like Flight Sim but without the scenarios where there was actual plot and story and voice acting.

    THE WORST THING IS THE PRICING! Don't be fooled by free to play, (and this is why people dislike free to play). You get one airplane and a few missions. But to fly anything else, you have to buy it with real money. However, any other plane in the game costs $40. !?!?!?!?!

    Where do they come up with these numbers? To make it worse there are only 2 other planes to fly. A P-51 and A-10. And you have a KA-52 helicopter you can buy for $40

    This game is not worth $120 At $30 maybe but not at list price.    … Expand

    Do not buy this. It does not work; the profile picture outline turns green and back to blue while nothing happens to the screen. It's 18GB of nothingness. The Russian developer of this, Eagle Dynamics, said the only way to make it work is to download the non-steam version. Yeah. Sell me a boat and tell me to swim when it leaks, why don't you?

    If you buy F/A-18C Hornet and A-10C Warthog. You can enjoy. But not ejoyable for me. Because no dnymaic campaign (like BMS) and too many shortcomings there.

    Dcs World is one of the best combat flight simulators based on the Su 25 T and it’s incredibly free. If you own a Joystick you should give it a try.
