Bored after less than 2 hours of playtime after purchasing via the awful Epic Store (without a way to get a refund or leave a comment to express how bad this game is). It's a a pale imitation of the far superior Burnout Revenge, lacking the fun and requiring an external subscription through Spotify to "add" music while losing sound f/x. What a lazy, POS design this mother##ucker is.

The game in general is just similar enough to burnout to trick inexperienced players into believing they've got their money's worth, but as someone who's completed every single burnout game, I just can't recommend this. Я не вижу причин ставить низкие оценки игре которая дает такой опыт в 2019 году. Я вообще не помню когда последний раз играл в аркадные гонки... Это очень грустно, и приятно что сейчас, есть то что способно вдохнуть в них жизнь. Dangerous Driving is a fun experience but you have to tailor your expectations accordingly because the game is a budget title, and you can really feel it. I LOVE how they took and recreated the UI from Burnout 3 (being that Takedown is my favorite game of all time), definitely gives you the nostalgic feelings right from the start. Graphics are alright, but you can definitely can tell that it's an Unreal Engine title with how glossy everything is. Gameplay is basically a greatest hits version of the franchise, sporting some of the funnest modes from previous games, and even throwing in some twists here and there to spice the old formula up a bit, like Road Rage where some of the events will call for a specific kind of takedown. The driving works, but it does have a feeling of jank from time to time, with odd physics when bouncing off of the walls, or the odd transitions from driving to drifting and back to driving. The game features a fair amount of content with 60+ events spanned across different vehicles classes and various locations, although I am dissapointed that they didn't include any kind of urban tracks (which Burnout 3 was packed full of). The AI is also pretty, hit or miss (I bet you never miss huh, sorry not sorry). The AI will accelerate off the start and pull so far ahead in the start, and in general you will either pull really far ahead, or fall very far behind, it usually likes to lean on one of the 2 extremes, even in the first couple events of the game. Heatwave is an event that really pushes the patience, where 1 mistake will have you falling into last place, so in that mode the AI are EXTREMELY unforgiving. I have also ran into glitches like drifting around a corner and all of a sudden I crash on an invisible wall, which ruins a good Shakedown or Preview Lap event (which are pretty challenging and unforgiving already). Except for the one music track that plays when the games launches, there is no original soundtrack, instead the game allows you to link up with a Spotify Premium account where you can play and control music with the d-pad, which isn't necessarily a replacement for an actual soundtrack, but it is better than nothing, but you have to have Spotify Premium membership. Overall, a decent game that has some missteps but you can see the passion Three Fields put into this one, and I really hope the game is successful so we can see a sequel in the future. Also worth nothing, multiplayer is not in the game at launch and will be patched in within a month or so. Expand

    Boring Driving: No skill required

Enjoy the most boring racing game, you've ever played.
You need zero skill or effort to win the race. Just hold the gas pedal and nitro together and sometimes press left or right, according to where the road leads.
After first race, you'll have enough and you'll not want to repeat this pedal, nitro, left and right sh*t again in different surroundings.

Wow where to start, bought this for $7, I mean what the heck why not. Mobile driving games have more features and fun than this game...

Lets make this clear here: Dangerous Driving was made by a 7 development team on a limited budget, so its not going to be onpar with the previous Burnout games. Yet, the game still underdelivers in everything aspect. For having ex-Burnout devs, they completely forgot the mechanics of Burnout and what made those game great. You can't grind on the guardrails, which defeats their purpose for being plaster around the entire race track. The tracks themselves are too flat and simple, making the racing super boring. Takedowns are way to easy, so it never feels like a challenge when you can sneeze on them and they'll crash. Its also a super glitchy game. They have fixed many issues, but physic issues, freezes and crashes still accord. $30 for this? Nah, I'll spend that on much better indie racing games like GRIP: Combat Racing. Uninspired and boring! Finally we have a Burnout spiritual successor. The sense of speed is huge and the nostalgic feelings are very strong. And even if it is not a perfect game and there are some flaws, every Burnout fan should seriously buy this game and will surely have a great time.

Dangerous Driving brings the joy of Burnout games back, but the team aims to be so faithful to the original formula that often it forgets to go beyond.

The most impressive piece to Dangerous Driving is its aesthetic design. Each map is vibrant and awash color and the sound design has noticeable polish. However, the rest of the game feels rather shallow, especially for a spiritual successor to the Burnout series.
