    I deleted the game after 4-5 hours of play. Reasons: 1) the story is straight no matter what dialog options you choose; 2) because of this, pushing F button make me feel like monkey. Push F to get reward; 3) a lot of time is wasted in passenger seats, listening for the meaningful dialogs (sarcasm intended); 4) the city looks dead, every NPC (aside from the quest ones) is hollow, badlyI deleted the game after 4-5 hours of play. I think these are tired souls of the overcrunched developers; 5) Bugs. I think this game is so badly saturated with small, not so small, hilarious, dissapointing bugs, that it constantly breaks my attempts to dive into the game flow. Just google Cyberpunk police AI - the dumbest thing I’ve met in a lot of time!; 6) Hotfix 1.04 is ~700 megs, but demands 50 gigs to install. This is technical fiasko! 7) The game was so agressively advertised, but given it’s state - raw, buggy, hollow, barely interesting - I think that downplayed a lot of CD Project Red reputation. Honestly Cyberpunk reminded me of Stalker. The same staright progression, no matter what you do. The same dumb NPCs. Critical and non-critical bugs everywhere...

Lots of bugs and glitches. The choice affects only at the end of the game , and the rest of the time the choice does not affect anything. But I liked the story. I give a rating of 7/10 only for the cool tracks, the atmosphere of the city, story and the ending with johnny Silver hand… Expand

    Think about these Burger King adds in which all burgers look super tasty and great, but when you order it it's far from being like they showed you and. You realize that burger wasn't made with any love and that these adds are just to atract consumers.
    That's what you get with this trash game and worse, 'cause it hasn't got a bit of flavour.

    Trash Game. The NPC AI is straight out of PS2, Driving mechanics garbage, Lackluster voice acting, Presentation is god awful, No real vehicle or character customization, Police spawning randomly, Way too many things on the screen to ever feel immersive, Unfinished buggy mess, The Physics in this game is non existent, Disaster of a launch. Next generation open world LMAO.

    Created an account just to support this game. I think it's marvelous and many people are just bashing the game at first sight, without giving it a chance to be updated and or fixed. It's a shame people are reacting like this because the game is just incredible. I cannot even describe how immersive and fun it is to play.     Amazing game! It may have some bugs, but that isn’t a problem that can’t be fixed. The story is AMAZING and the word feels alive. Right now it’s a 09/10 but after the big fixes it’ll be a 10/10.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I’m a huge RPG fan and I love the cyberpunk aesthetic and fiction, so this game is right up my alley. I did not keep track of promises made about the game before it came out, so I can’t say I was disappointed by the lack of things CDPR promised. However, I can say after playing about 35 hours that there is a lot of potential for this game that didn’t come to fruition. And holy god, the glitches. There’s constantly floating palm trees in my face, making it hard to drive sometimes. Some items won’t allow me to pick them up. Guns and limbs get stuck in containers or the ground. Random strangers will all be crouched on the sidewalk, covering their heads even though nothing dangerous is happening. It’s just bizarre and messy. I can’t say I’ve ever played a more unpolished game. The environment of Night City is cool and I love the look of the fashion. Weapons look cool as well. The music is... ok. Both the radio stations and the score. Sometimes the score, when in combat, can be too loud and brash. I’m not a prude by any means but why does every ad in the game have to have someone’s ass in it? There is very little branching in the storyline and it makes you feel like your choices and actions are for naught. I hate the endings. Even the “best” one, where V’s alive and it just ends without you knowing if she’ll ever find a cure or die, just felt depressing. The idea of Johnny Silverhand taking over her brain is neat, but I didn’t like the character of Johnny much. He seemed like a washed-up has been. Maybe that was the point, I don’t know. Graphics are really nice, when they function correctly. Overall, it’s a mixed bag. I’m really hoping that since CDPR now supports mods, players will be able to add things into the game that should have been there from the start. Like I would have loved to be able to experience brain dances that were unrelated to solving mysteries, but more like seeing a movie, as they are depicted in the lore. I would also have liked to see food stalls and bars offer more things to do and interactions instead of just an npc you can buy snacks from. Think more like GTA, offering more mini games and opportunities for V to gain relationships with people around her and develop her character more.… Expand

    i honestly don’t understand how people defend this game or even think it’s good in any way possible. it’s truly awful and one of the most overhyped and overrated games i’ve ever played in my life. the story is the only decent part about it is the story and even that got stale very quickly. i’d basically say you should play it if you’re looking to listen to hours of useless boring dialoguei honestly don’t understand how people defend this game or even think it’s good in any way possible. it’s truly awful and one of the most overhyped and overrated games i’ve ever played in my life. the story is the only decent part about it is the story and even that got stale very quickly. i’d basically say you should play it if you’re looking to listen to hours of useless boring dialogue or to follow an npc for 15 minutes every mission which is so boring. i wouldn’t recommend this game in its current state to any person ever. the characters aren’t very strong and the dialogue kinda sucks and is very buggy. it got to the point where i decided to skip through it all towards the end of the game. the gunplay is awful and enemies soak up so many bullets, there’s no point in buying weapons bc you’ll find another one in the next mission. the movement is so clunky and feels like gtas first person which is god awful. the stealth is bad as you have no way of scoping an area out and just blindly enter to get spotted through a wall. it’s so boring sneaking around 20+ enemies in a compact area where it’s impossible to separate them and complete a stealth kill. the hacking is stupid and confusing and doesn’t do anything. the crafting system is useless bc i never once had to use it bc you have more than enough things in the game. there’s no customization for character, car, or apartment. the driving is sooooo bad and feels like gta 4. the mini map is so bad especially when driving and causes you to miss so many turns bc it doesn’t expand. the AI in the game is so bad and makes the game feel so dead. there’s no substance or life at all. the cops are dumb and just appear next to you for doing nothing or will shoot you for looking at them. there is nothing to do in the city. i play on a high end rig and the graphics are still god awful and look like a ps4 game on high settings. so many bugs, cars appear out of nowhere, so boring. don’t buy this game. at least not now. it’s so bad like probably like a 4/10… Expand

    This game is terrible I am on X-Box series S so not to buggy But to many missions being thrown at you at one time, the map is a mess also looks like they took all the bad bits from Ubisoft games and put them together in one big mess (I am still waiting to be told to climb a watch tower/lookout point). 15 hours into the game it is so boring/tedious

It's fun, the dialogue choices are cool, and I love the fact you can play the first 6 hours in a completely different environment (the prologue is different for each lifepath). Other than these two issues, the story left me wanting more. I beat this game way too quick; even with side quests! I was expecting it to take longer than Death Stranding, which took me 35 hours with only the main story. This game took me approx. 16 hours to beat just going through the main story, unfortunately. Doesn't mean I didn't enjoy it, though. I just wish there was more main story than side quests.… Expand

    Im over 35hours into the game, on my ryzen 5 3600 and gtx 1660 graphic card, ultra settings, the game is fine and so far i didnt experience any bugs. Besides the beauty of this game, it feels empty, the npcs feel dead and boring, you are constantly in cutscenes and the game got uninteresting really fast for me. I can hardly believe this game got so many positive reviews of all the bigIm over 35hours into the game, on my ryzen 5 3600 and gtx 1660 graphic card, ultra settings, the game is fine and so far i didnt experience any bugs. The driving controls are horrible, the enemies are bullet sponges, headshots dont instakill, you need like 4-5 headshots on medium difficulty. The devs tried too much, its an incomplete game that gets boring really fast. Ive been a gamer for 17 years now, was highly anticipating this game but realize its another cashgrab.… Expand

    AI is broken, many bugs when you play. Npc are stupid and brainless, you don't have many choice and they are not important for the story. Driving is a pain in the back. Gun feel is ridiculous. This game is annoying and boring.

    Playing the PS4 version on my PS5 and it makes me feeling nauseous somehow. Disabled motion blur and other options but it still has some major blurring issue that makes me feel sick

    Tuvimos esas tres semanas adicionales y logramos mucho en este tramo final. Por lo tanto, creemos que Cyberpunk 2077 es sorprendentemente bueno en Xbox One y PS4. Por supuesto, un poco más bajo que en los profesionales, pero el juego se está desempeñando muy bien, diría yo, para un mundo tan grande.

    PC version - I still have not finished the game but I am having a blast playing. I am over 8 hours in and despite a couple of often hilarious bugs I have had no serious issues. Unfortunately those bugs sometimes do occur together and require reloading a save or rebooting the game. The story is a bit shallow at times but it's been a compelling and awesome play thus far and it looks andPC version - I still have not finished the game but I am having a blast playing. I am over 8 hours in and despite a couple of often hilarious bugs I have had no serious issues. Unfortunately those bugs sometimes do occur together and require reloading a save or rebooting the game. The story is a bit shallow at times but it's been a compelling and awesome play thus far and it looks and plays like no other game I have played.     Don't pay attention to all the people who are giving the game bad reviews. This game is amazing. A company so much smaller than rockstar built a game that in my opinion is so much better then anything rockstar has made. This Game is Just what ive always wanted. An Immersive cyberpunk sci-fi world with amazzing writing and world building. Dont skip on this game.

    Driving and gun play are awful. The user interface is bad. Graphics are sometimes great but the overall visual quality is unequal.
    It is also unoptimized. No HD textures. Thank you CODEX, you saved me 60$.
    After reading the journalists reviews, i really feel that the gaming industry is full of f....k a..hole.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Regarding performance: Do not get cyberpunk until the glitch's are at least mostly fix. I actually can not play 2 minutes with encountering a glitch. I.E Jackie running through walls screaming at everything as if we are in combat. Shooting people and no damage occurring.
    I also have the recommend system requirements yet i have to put all settings on low and I get 38 fps indoors and outdoors anything between 35-15

    Gameplay: the gun-play is really sluggish like from a 2012 video game. I for some reason am not allowed to stealth around because as soon 'stealth' kill someone every enemy around me heard it. Fist fighting is truly awful. I tried fighting the Kabuki twins in a tournament, and it was so hard. Because they flew across the roof tops and punched the air 4 feet In front of me and I get hurt.

    Now the story SPOILERS: The prologue and act 1 did such a bad job setting the characters up. For instance Jackie I did not care at all that died because the prologue was a tutorial and slide show of events you and Jackie have. Then act 1 you did 2-3 things with him its forgettable.

    The environment: Feels dead. Its a beautiful game even on low settings. But their is just about nothing to do in it. Also the AI are brain dead, and are nothing like CD project red said they would be.

    To sum it up its insanely hard to enjoy and CDPR did not deliver.    … Expand

    Pretty cool so far I got like 20 sum hours in and I’ve had glitches here and there but nothing game breaking just had to save and load a few times because stuff became really dark

    Great game, story keeps the interest, combat very real, along with driving.... can’t speak for other platforms......

    This isn’t EAs anthem; the story is good and although has bugs to fix, which they are currently working on, this isn’t some boring duck taped mess of a game.

    I have encountered a few bugs while playing including T-Posing NPCs and launching myself off edges at high speeds. I also believe that the performance needs more optimisation bit otherwise I have had a great experience.

    It took 6 hours to download this musky steamer. I thought, great, this will be like Red Dead. I'll spend a few weeks creating chaos and shooting some hot 2077 lead. Here I am 2 days later hitting the refund button. Greedy greedy developers. Should have kept that steamer inside until they were sure it was golden egg. This was a quick flush for me, campadres.

    Very amazing story. Incredible characters, story and side missions. AI could be improved. Gunplay is slow early in the game but really picks up as you level. Night City is incredible, could use a little bit more interaction.

I bought it on 10/12/2020 and paid for it the full price of 69,99€. On 12/12/2020 I called the Microsoft assistance and asked for a refund. I received the confirmation of my request via email after 5 minutes. I am very happy forXBox One S (2018 edition) version is horrendous. To everyone is reading and playing on Xbox , I suggest you not to buy it even after hundreds of patches. If you bought it as I did, it’s your right to have a refund because clearly speaking the product isn't what the CDPR have shown us on XBox e3 2019. In the future I will consider to buy it for my future Series X and not at full price.

    This is a must play game. It is amazing. The story is just too good. I have enjoyed it a lot. I loved every part of the game like the graphics, the gameplay, the story, The side quests are very nice and fun if you have completed the main quest. There is a lot to do in night city. This game deserves to win game of the year. it is the best game I have ever played.

    Countless bugs, continuous crashes (playing on a high end(ish) PC (tyzen9 3900x, rtx3070, 32 gb ram), 0 IQ NPCs, clunky combat, underwhelming driving mechanics, huge dissapointment. Game is unfinished. Huge dent in CDPR's reputation. I wanted it so bad to work... I've had it preordered for months... I'm not even upset, I'm just sad.

    To begin, I played a total of 100 hours and to that, I do not recommend buying this game at full price, as the core gameplay is rather bland. The developers had to delay the game multiple times all the while facing pressure from you the "Gaming Karens" and the corporations like Xbox and Playstation that wanted the game released on their new consoles.     Incredibly detailed world, good story and interesting characters. Very good graphics, runs well on my nearly 5 year old gaming PC (graphics card updated 3y ago). I have only experienced minor glitches or bugs, no crashes or game stopping errors (30h of game play). Strongly recommended for any computer RPG or cyberpunk fans. Opinion is based on PC version.

    The game is good, The Witcher 3 had the same sort of problems at launch, and they are all fixed now, CDPR wont forget about the game, they'll fix it. They should've Delayed it again, but the same people that are giving it zeroes are the people that were outraged about the delays. Giving it a 10 to somewhat counteract the zeroes that aren't deserved.

    It took 15 year to develop... what exactly? Gameplay mechanics are disappointing. Player agency is limited. Character customization is nonexistent. Weapon and attribute customization is shallow. Story, audio and visuals is the only thing this game has going for it. Don't waste your money unless you want to spend $90 on a game hard stuck in early access. I would refund it if I could.

    Good game if you count out the bugs. story is great, sound track is among the best i ever seen. I didn't completely finish the game just because i didn't want to ruin my experience when it gets fixed
    I don't recommend buying it right now unless you have a very strong PC. I have rtx 3080 and it still bugs out

    The game is simply amazing. Visually one of the Best i have ever seen. The story so far is very good, the main and side mission are awsome, the leveling up progress is complex and unique. A great expereince overall. There are a few bugs and glitches but they are insignifficant to what excitment the game has to offer.

    Your romance options are limited. Your one-night-stands? Even worse. Want to get another tat or change your hairstyle in-game? Not an option. Want to enjoy a drink at the bar, grab a coffee at a shop, or buy a hotdog from a stand? Not an option.

    What people don't tell you is that once you leave the scripted bounds of the main story and some side missions, the world is not immersive. It isn't the "next-gen in open world adventure" that CDPR sold it as. They even changed it from RPG to action-adventure on their social media.

    NPC AI is horrendous. Stop your car in the middle of the road and the AI will just sit there. They don't get angry, they don't honk, they don't try to drive around you. "Cyberpunk 2077 will feature over 1,000 NPCs that have their own hand-made routines" is simply not true. The video proof people have out there says it all. You have limited interaction with them, and they do minimal reaction to events around them.

    Police? Even worse. When you commit a crime, they don't come from nearby to try and find you, they spawn either right on top of you, or behind you, even if there was no place for them to have come from. It is horrible. Hop in a car and drive away because they can't drive after you!

    While there are some things that you can certainly enjoy out of the game, the bad simply outweigh the good and I cannot recommend this game. I would also suggest you not buy it from Steam as they are not consumer-friendly with their refund policy, despite the well-documented technical issues with this game, not to mention they delivered something different than what had been advertised.    … Expand

Story and characters are amazing and unique, Civilian AI needs to be programmed to become real living people instead of an early - access phase of AI. Seems to break immersion when interacting with Ai's in the streets of Night City. The game mostly feels fake instead of feeling like you're indulged into next-gen virtual reality, where everything gives off life force and energy.

    At some point when playing as Johnny Silverhand, there is an escape sequence where you are in a car and escaping from enemies. The escape seems like casual driving down the road. no actual action. The driver was driving like my grandmother and it all felt like a play from a book instead of being in an actual event. It felt scripted.

    This game is clearly rushed, but I have high hopes this game within the first 6 months to a year, will become a true CDPR masterpiece like its predecessor The Witcher 3.    … Expand

    The game runs well for me and the story is great so far, it feels like a SciFi shooter RPG á la Mass Effect.
    Best played with keybord and mouse as the aim is wonky with controller. There are some bugs but I expected that from a new game and they will fix it like Witcher 3.

Персонажи и сюжет на высшем уровне. 10 из 10 (конечно авансом, пока не пофиксили баги ))Игра начале не очень хорошо.     My computer has a configuration between minimum and recommanded (closer to recommanded than to minimum, by the way). I also installed the game on a SSD NVME-M2 that reads at 4300 MB/s and writes at 3800 MB/s. When I launched the game, I saw a multitude of bugs. Then I put all the graphics to minimum and it changed nothing. I'm so pissed off. This game is pure garbage.

    Graphics: 7/10 (Sharp textures, "overcomputed" hairworks, great lighting, nothing special)
    Story: ?/10 (I've literally got bored after the first few missions, so after completing those I started to roam around the city, which is pretty empty btw) Performance: 0/10 (7700, 1070. full low, UNSTABLE 20 FPS, patheticly optimized.) This game Isn't "revolutionary" or "next-gen"    Hype: 10/10

    This game Isn't "revolutionary" or "next-gen" at all. There's nothing special about it. It's just the "atmosphere" of the game, not the game itself. Yeah it feels like 2077, the future,
    BUT:

    Ai sucks, driving is dogsh.... , textures doesn't load in time (from an SSD), really empty map (nothing to discover) , combat is "meh", no stores or open buildings to explore freely., tons of bugs.

    This isn't next gen at all, this isn't revolutionary at all, this isn't a good game at all.

    FPS and bugs will be fixed soon, hopefully they'll fix the map's emptyness, the AI, driving ect. ect. After these problems have been fixed, I'll look into the story aswell, but for now, it was borind. I'm not sure if it's because the problems with the game, or the story itself.

    The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
