    -Game full of glitches.
    -NPC are bra¡ndead.
    -Cops don't chase you.
-AI doesn't use any tactics during combat,
they just rush over you from point A to point B,
or remain stationary at the same point like dummies.
    -Driving is laughably bad.
    -RPG elements are basically non-existent.

The story of the game is a masterpiece. I played it with almost no bugs to speak of and got through the story very well (played on an Xbox Series X). The scope of the game is very good and the game is very busy on the streets.

One of the best videogames I've played in my almost 30 years of life, without any doubt. The graphics are fantastic, the atmosphere, the characters (especially Jackie), the city, the music, everything...if I don't give the game a 10, it's due to some bugs (that don't ruin the experience at all, or at least not in my case) I absolutely recommend this masterpiece. I've already played almost 30 hours, and only crashed once, shortly after starting the game, but that's all.

What I didn't like at all (and hated) it's the crime system... It doesn't make any fking sense that committing a crime in the middle of nowhere is automatically reported as a crime even if there are no witnesses around....and why the hell cops spawn from literally nowhere (even right behind you), instead of being realistic like in GTA V... Why do they have cars if they don't use them to chase you after committing a crime and trying to escape...why pedestrians don´t interact with each other, they just walk, but don´t interact with the environment in any way...CD PROJEKT you must fix that... It's ridiculous for a 2020 game...I really love the game, but you MUST fix these things if you wanna improve the game...

In conclusion i personally believe that the game is worth it, cause i am not a person that can be offended by minor problems in the 3 days from the release. I focus on the story , im waiting for the patches if you are patient do the same and play the game a little bit later inorder to get the best experience out of it.

I'm 39 years old, can't say a gamer but I like gaming. Playing Wow since 2005 and time to time games like Assasin's creed, Division 1-2. I don't have a specific genre that I like, when I saw the trailer I thought I would not like Cyberpunk but I was bored and I gave it a try.
    I found out why I like the games I liked, therefor I loved Cyberpunk;

I love drama in games, just like in movies there should be a dramatic structure in games, not just get more gear and level up and face harder enemies. This game has a story that pulls the player in and if it's not the best, it is one of bet story I found in a game!
it has a philosophy, it makes the player question everything that is coming in near future. do we want this?
I think this is new generation of games; games with an dramatic structure. I loved it, thank you to whoever developed it.

It's not the game we were promised. Yeah the maps big, but world is soulless and empty. It's not an open world RPG in any meaningful sense.. The AI is atrocious in this game. Really really bad. There is too much wrong with the open world immersion side of the game to even detail in a single review and it's been covered all of the place so I won't even bother much.

It's an action game with very linear quests that you don't actually have multiple ways of completing. Dialog choices might lead to different outcomes in some cut scenes sometimes, but the actual meat of the quests are just linear maps that you either half assed sneak through past dumb af NPC's, or just blast through the same area.

The game looks pretty most of the time. It's like playing GTA mixed with Fallout, which is fine, it's fun.. But it's not the Cyberpunk 2077 we were promised whatsoever.

The clothing system is not there, doesn't matter how you dress just the stats. The paths are worthless, 15 minutes of "gameplay" and dialog options without consequences.
I actually had faith in CDPR, that they would deliver what they promised and that the delays where used to iron a few wrinkles. Now I realize that it was all an elaborate ruse, years of building community trust so they could do the same as any other AAA studio.

I even ordered multiple copies of the game from all over the world in order to get the all the different pre order bonuses etc. and jokes on me I guess because this game is terrible. The one word to perfectly summarize the game is: shallow. An uninteresting story, boring game play, the same repetitive combat we have seen a million times before, an enemy AI might as well not exist. And holy s***t the bugs. I have tested this on PC, PS4 and PS5 and every single one of them crashed multiple times (it crashed my PS5 17 times within the first hour of the story, or at least it would have taken an hour without the crashes"). Sure, every game has issues on launch but this is beyond acceptable especially given all the delays. I wonder where the "better delayed than unfinished" people are at, because this is unfinished. At this point, I honestly don't believe that they were working on fixing any bugs during this time. I think they were trying to keep the hype going longer so they sell their overpriced, terrible quality merch (By the way CDPR has released more licensed products before the launch of the game than the past 3 Assassin's Creed games did in their life cycle combined, and you know ... Ubisoft is the king of unwanted merch, putting their logo on any and everything they can). CDPR has lost track of their original vision that we all fell in love with. They no longer seem to care about their games. They have become a retail company and the games are just simply there as a promo to sell their products.

Very very disappointed. If you want to get this, wait for a discount or see if they release those free DLCs they did for witcher, because the current content is certainly not worth the money

Is your PC a potato? Have you installed ALL the necessary patches / updates for the game and your machine? (System update, Drivers update, etc)

The specs on my PC are as follows:

    RTX 2060 Super
    i5 10600k
    16 GB Ram
    1 TB SSD
    750 PSU

My PC isn't some super high end god machine, but then again, its not a potato. I'm able to play the game in 1440p with max settings and Ray Tracing OFF. Personally, I don't care for Ray Tracing, and decided to turn it off as it makes everything look kinda fuzzy and lowers my FPS. The game runs flawlessly for me.

As for the gameplay itself, its COOL! Once you get through all the tutorial stuff and can really begin to explore the world, the game is beyond cool. The amount of side missions + Main story missions is insane! It bothers me to see all these cry babies review bomb such a great game. The story is great. The combat is challenging and fun. The voice acting is spot on. And overall world / story is just so damn cool! Needless to say, I love the game.

What an unfortunate turn of events, CDPR really dropped the ball here and should have persuaded their overheads and shareholders that a release this year with this game in its current state would tarnish their reputation and leave a bad taste in the mouths of their consumer's. The game wasn't ready. Save your money and wait until the game is fully polished.

Gameplay on last gen consoles is riddled with framers drops, and bugs which complete break in game immersion. Cyberpunk plays like an abusive relationship teasing you with something good just ti smack you with a game breaking bug or glitch, but you keep going back hoping it will get better. For a game marketed as an RPG developers have back pedked to calling it an "open world action adventure game". Presumably because the massive cut of normal ROG elements such as significant character customization and modification in game(not just at the start). Additionally there are many questionable control and interface designs which make the game frustratingly hard and overly complicated to navigate and understand. Ultimately this game while full of visible potential falls flat and fails to deliver what was originally marketed. Furthermore on last gen consoles it is virtually unplayable. In my opinion it is pretty, it is enjoyable, it is a great platform for future content and fixes( absolutely should be free). As of right now it is a scam of a release.

I'm not talking about bugs and issues. Game never crashed or failed to start with me and played 40-50 fps on high. Got 1660, 32GB ram, AMD 3700X. Yes animation/ texture glitches everywhere, may buttons and controls don't work. Audio and dialog stops working. Have to reload to fix many problems.
Where it really ticks me off is the lack of features and care for the world and gameplay. Many characters and features were hyped up only to be holding doors to a club. Companies and lore barely makes appearance.
The absolute insult is that many of the systems are barebone, barely work or a damn right placeholder.
If you tell me the AI or Cops are not a placeholder idk what games have you played.
The UI is so bad and inconsistent/ buggy and messy. Yes they have not finished the main systems or have placeholders so why polish a UI that should be 100% reworked in the future. Who in their right mind thought it's a good idea to put car dealers in the quest tabs and clusterfuk the map which has no filters.

Also the story line bugged and i don't get a call to continue the development of my relationship with a character which locks out one of the endings. Considered the best by many and which i personally want.
Was playing for the short story but killing my culmination because of bugs is the final nail in the coffin.

Final verdict: Wait a year to get patched from bugs, Wait a few content DLCs that actually adds life to the shiny but shallow world and pick it up for 10-20 bucks on sale. Right now play with very low expectations or turn off your brain and look through rose tinted glass. I have played 500+ hours of GTA and haven't touched it in ages but this game makes me want to go back and use it as eye bleach as it's a better open world rpg...

The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
