    Sigh... Where to start???

    The game is pretty, but let's be realistic here: This is another NMS/Fallout76/Anthem style disaster. This is a case of overpromising vs what was delivered, and this time CDPR just flat lied to us. - Where is the "AMAZING AI" as they discused in one of the NightCity Wired episodes?? Heck, a SNES RPG has more live than this. - The gameplay promised is not    Sigh... Where to start???

    The game is pretty, but let's be realistic here: This is another NMS/Fallout76/Anthem style disaster. This is a case of overpromising vs what was delivered, and this time CDPR just flat lied to us.

    - Where is the "AMAZING AI" as they discused in one of the NightCity Wired episodes?? Heck, a SNES RPG has more live than this.
    - The gameplay promised is not here: Not corrupt police system, No real interactivity with NPC outside missions and scripted scenerarios (Truma team??, NCPD??, Street vendors?? All just decorations), And BTW, the entire intro is fully scripted (Ex: the nomad pursuit, no need to shoot, just wait for it to end) and Lifepaths has no real meaning at all (save 1 mission for each, and several unimportant choices). This is mostly a linear game.
    - The quest are in 90% of the cases, void and more like FAT content. For the endings, you just need to take the right choices at onely one point. And several missions have choices that only impact if certain characters lives or dies, but doesn't impact anything in the "world" at all.
    - Speaking about FAT, inventory items, and crafting... man... not even Fallout 4 or 76 has this much crap. Even Borderlands 1 and 2 do that right (and BL it's not even a RPG, just a shooter looter!!)
    - Bugs.... Plenty of them... on my PC this game crashed a lot... i call this a "crashtastic experience".

    I've seen lots of comparisons between this game and several older titles (most notably the GTA series and the lego undercover game), but i think these are the least of the problems of this game.

    Honestly, they should have developed it more for one or two years more. It's just a mess.

    Well. here we are. 60ish hours into the game. I got to be honest. I was so excited. man was I wrong. this game is kind of cool, but the locked fps mode (I don't get it, let people play the way they want). The story is getting kind of grindy, its not as much fun as I had hoped, and really... I know this is not a popular opinion but its more like fps GTA5 than anyone wants to admit.Well. here we are. 60ish hours into the game. I got to be honest.     Ich liebe es wie es in so einer geilen Welt spielt und zudem auch ein RPG ist. Ich will mehr solche Cyber-RPGs haben, es ist halt was komplett neues und so geil.
    Dazu ist die Grafik wow. Okay, ich spiele mit den höchsten Einstellungen, aber auch auf "Low" sieht das Spiel extrem gut aus.
    Die Geschichte ist noch dazu auch so extrem gut. Hab im Spiel um die 80 Stunden Spielzeit und auch    Ich liebe es wie es in so einer geilen Welt spielt und zudem auch ein RPG ist. Ich will mehr solche Cyber-RPGs haben, es ist halt was komplett neues und so geil.

    Dejando de lado los bugs y los gráficos que ya que así como es hermoso gráficamente, también tiene un montón de bugs. Como es posible que en 2020 los npc enemigos son malísimos pierde chiste la jugabilidad cuando los enemigos son así de malos.

    The game is just straight up overhyped to the max. The graphics are mediocre, story is average and the character progression is non existent. The world also doesn't seem as alive as I thought it would be. I say just wait until discount for this game, not to mention all the bugs and epilepsy triggers smh

    Selling a game so unprepared for full price and hiding its real state on consoles is the highest degree of arrogance. I ordered a game on the PS4 and I can't physically play it. Not one game I don't frisk like this.

    I m so disappointed in this game. To tell u the true i m not even start to play a game and i was forced to quit, not because of the bug's or gameplay it was because there is not a left handed friendly key setup.
    I cant believe in "this day and age" a modern game don t have free key setup at least just for moving character. Last time a saw this was in 20 years old game and as it is this    I m so disappointed in this game.     I think always playing in first person with no option to change to third person or at least during conversations, special moments, and so on absolutely destroys the immersion.

    if you think, that CD RED announced Cyberpunk 2077 around 8 years ago and compare the actual result to that fact. I guess, it means they basically haven't done anything. It seems like they started working a year ago. Were they Procrastinating? Did they have to change the whole game because of Keanu Reeves joining, basically build the game around him?
    Ubisoft launches every 2 year a new AC title, which in my opinion is a far better product than CP (At this point of time). I am not sure what really went wrong but honestly, i lost my trust in this company. After spending almost 200h on The Witcher 3, combined with the promotion and marketing and the promises of CD RED regarding CP 2077, i maybe did expect a little bit too much but maybe not though. i don't know, but this could have been THE BEST GAME ever and not a downgrade. But it is just another Anthem, No Mans Sky, and so on..

    PS: I have spent around 150h in CP, i do absolutely not complain about the good work of the designers/programmers/audio-engineers/and so on, they really did a great job, but it is clear even this guys cannot change what only the management can do.    … Expand

The game is horrible both in terms of graphics and in terms of playability. The shooting looks 20 years old, AI is incredibly stupid and the driving of the vehicles is very woody. It was supposed to be the game that would revolutionize the world of gaming instead it's just one of the many games of the generation. Bad.… Expand

They had such a strong marketing over this that they forgot to actually develop a good game, I found the story to be extremely generic, with dialog choices that doesn't seem to matter as the characters I'm talking to seems to ignore what I chose and say a default line. They made such a strong advertisement and used Keanu but the graphics are awful, the game is very buggy, the city is not alive, AI is very stupid, the game is very boring. Shame, Lame, and Loser CDPRS. This game won't be 2021 GOTY. It's still crashing on PS5 after the latest update.

    Открытым миром тут не пахнет, не особо большая территория на которой действуют банальные разворачивалки на границах, даже когда хочешь к точке добраться из пустошей, срезав по горам - тебя просто разворачивает, то есть карта ограничена даже не периметром    Совершенно не оправдала ожиданий.     Все квесты однотипные, враги тоже, наполнение мира полностью никакое.
    Добавим сюда кучи багов, завышенные требования, отсутствие мультиплеера.

    The product is Garbage ! The problem is not only in performance, or unpolished product, this I guess will fix after several years. But all this +18 content is too intrusive. I want to play a game ! (at least at current level of performance - I try to play...)

    Stupid npcs and enemies, strange physics, low graphics quality with high hardware requirements, but this is nothing in comparison to bugs.

    Sad to see that Cyberpunk was just another overhyped and underdelivered title.
    You just couldn't resist that sweet holiday release window, eh, CDPR? After ¬2 hours I've decided to give up this game entirely and not struggle any further.

    I played on ps4 and it’s buggy and looks like goldeneye on the n64 a huge disappointment and the npc’s are worse than in oblivion and the details are also **** like you shoot a tire and it just disappears instantly instead of deflating **** this game all my homies hate cyberpunk 2077

    Not to mention the game is a mess regardless of your hardware. Full of graphical glitches and bugs. There is no way this was being polished since April. It looks like an EA release. After how many years in the making?

    Lastly I want to say this : the only people who are happy right now are the people with very good pc hardware because it runs good enough for them. This is true but they need to realise something. They were lied to as well. They just happened to not be affected as much as the rest of us.

    Dont let them get away with this people. They will just do it again. And other developers will follow suit    … Expand

Por otro lado, el juego no es más que "bueno", no es destacable, no es ni de cerca lo que prometieron, le faltan muchas cosas, la historia es muy corta, las misiones secundarias son mejores que las principales, el mundo está vacío,Lo peor de este juego ha sido lo que más me ha gustado, gracias a la innumerable cantidad de bugs que tiene siempre he tenido algo divertido que ver en YouTube.     Disappointing to see that CD Projekt lied and spend 7 years to make that **** it fails in every aspect, its not imersive at all, npcs are like stones, every building is locked like a ps3 game, all the dialogs option don't change nothing to a linear boring **** Game is unplayable, buggy and does not deserve the fanboys defending this company only because they liked one previous game..

    Absolute trash, the game is full of horrible bugs, who call this first person shotter a Rpg game. Terrible story, crafting is useless, the world is lifeless and empty, music is terrible. Just avoid this game of you can couldn’t live to the hype.

    No podéis sacar un juego prácticamente en 2021 con esos gráficos en las consolas base, tenemos el ejemplo de red dead, que tenía algunos Bugs de salida sí, pero la calidad gráfica era INCREÍBLE, muy decepcionado porque parece que no se lo han tomado en serio.

There was no PS5 or 3090, not even as a project. 8 years later I find this dismal quality of a sloppy game running on a console that moves TLOU2. Even GTA5 (a game from 2 generations ago) has more pampering and care in its guts than CP2077. It's a shame what CDP has done with this game on consoles. But I have decided to give it a 0 (ZERO) due to the deliberate deception that CDP has made by hiding these versions from the consumer and by denying access to these versions to the specialized press so that they could not make the respective analyzes, in addition, forcing the use of images controlled by CDP.     Game doesn't even start for me, even after following troubleshooting guidance and reinstalling my os. I normally would wait for a patch to fix bugs before writing a review, but considering this game launch was delayed numerous times -to fix things- I have to say I am disappointed.

    Unplayable on the PS4. My expectations were at least that it could run, but that it does barely: dips to 15fps in the city, frequent crashes, and well, I don't think I need to get started on the immersion breaking bugs.
    So I've decided to wait, until the game is fixed, to play it through completely.

    Shockingly terrible, like I said before this game has more crashes than the aviation industry over the past 10 years. THERE IS LITERALLY NO AI IN THIS GAME. The cars follow a scripted path and the police spawn right behind you when you commit a crime. GTA 3 HAD BETTER AI. This game deserves to be burned and thrown into a landfill.

    Nigh city feels like a beautiful painting, not a lived-in, interactable place. NPCs path, react and behave unnaturally, 99% of places are closed off and many that are not are empty of player interactions. Gunplay and driving control is poor, and the hacking gameplay, while initially interesting, is surface level and lackluster compared to what was promised (a trend in all aspects of this game).
    Here's hoping that the revitalization of this game will be as comparable to No Man's Sky as its launch as been.    … Expand

They also cut out quite a few features from the game. You can't even interact with NPCs. Red Dead Redemption 2 did that better and actually felt more realistic than this game. Хотелось чтобы это было что то новое, после ведьмака 3 хотелось чего то нового по факту это смесь гта фар края и вотч догс. Ничего нового или вау эффекта не произошло. 8 фпс ребят. Не вынуждение ли это пойти на облачный шеймин я не знаю. Но явно это не та игру которую мы ждали с 2012 года. При всем при этом обещали вариативность выбора. По факту настроен тела там с гулькин нос. Не рекомендую не покупайте. Ждите когда пройдет год и разработчики пофиксят все баги которых ну очень много… Expand

    The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
