    People in this future have no ability to think critically; instead they’re just further reacting to their childish culture of self-obsessive aesthetics, social status, mass-consumption, chemical abuse, rapacity, de-evolution & poverty. That’s not the future. That is this current limited society – From an American perspective - as always. Euro-Dollars is the height of CDPR’s imagination, & apart from purloining everlasting clichés from the last century, it really has nothing new. This will sit well with all the middle aged wage slaves who are bombarded with nostalgia every 3 minutes.

    Yeh we get it. You miss your childhood & don’t know how to move on. Never mind the fact that it is trite, stale & offers nothing original, innovative, experimental, or inspiring. Nostalgia is a little like celebrating the ability to keep your brain the same size.

    The game mechanics are all there as usual. Don’t expect to be blown away by anything other than headshots, customization, & lacklustre upgrades. A tired old formula. Made by geriatrics who are obviously still reminiscing over 80’s Science Fiction which was never taken that seriously in the first place.

    The human population feels very hopeless right now. Late-Stage Capitalism has failed all but 2%, we’ve had no social progress trapped inside the Industrial Revolution, Bio-Diversity is in the gutter, Eco-systems are collapsing, and the Climate Emergency currently threatens us with the 6th great extinction as our natural resources are squandered on military posturing. But CD Project Red utterly ignores ALL of that. Because this is about going Back, not forward.
    This is the slow crawl out of what has become a stale formulaic generation for gaming. They haven’t realized yet that if you give humans the ability to create a better world, they shall. Instead, CDPR want to make money by pandering to their mental afflictions by building the world they want you to see, full of social-economic decay – priming you all to expect the very worst from the future their generation have arrogated from you in real life.    … Expand

    I am sorry to say this as a huge fan of the witcher three who has 6 playthroughs. This just disappoints at every turn. The bugs are to the point of complety unplayable at this point. Not to mention how this funs on base ps4 which is just pathetic. This was a rush product and it shows with every inch.     I was madly waiting for this game. This was the only project that interested me in a long time. And it is really excellent, only now it is completely broken and crooked. This game cannot be sold at full price and must be released in beta status. I recommend returning to it in a year

    The game is not finished: tons of bugs from crashes to broken animations. The world is not finished either (no AI for NPCs or cars, the world is clearly hacked together around the story). The story is good so far (6 hours in), but this game needs another year or more in development.

    The game is very boring and unoptimized. I deleted it after 2 hours of play.
    I give three points just because I liked Jackie and the concept of the game, but the implementation of that concept sucks.
    Developers had to spend money not on advertisements in vended media, but on improving game performance.

    Great game a few technical glitches at launch but these will be fixed by patches. Story is great gameplay is fun and the different skill trees offers a variety of options for play styles. The game has high replayability and I can't wait to start my second playthrough once I finish my current one.

    Less than half of the game we were promised, this score is even lower because of misleading/dishonest advertising and deception by the developer. Buggy and poorly optimized on every system it released on, even after 4 delays. The roleplaying is nonexistent and the world is barebones after exploring for more than a few hours. Very shallow exploration of the Cyberpunk universe, terrible AI, terrible character creator, merely serviceable combat, huge install size that is 40% uncompressed audio, bad performance, pop-in and texture streaming issues, the problems and unmet expectations in this game are something you could go on about for hours. If CDPR want to compete with Rockstar, they have a lot of work to do. Hundreds of millions of dollars and thousands of employees can't make up for poor game design.… Expand

    This game has distinct story moments of enjoyment. The second you return to your own roaming, the game shows all of its issues. On PC, I was unable to toggle off the game to say a web browser, because when I returned to the game, I could no longer use some buttons on my controller, such as moving left and right.     Biggest disappointment in gaming history ... Witcher 3 is my favorite game of all time, i trusted them. They lied to us all along, Advertising it like a revolutionary open world rpg, instead we got a below average game that looks 10 years old ... completely broken and bugged out that run at 50 fps on low on a 3000$ setup. Will never trust or buy from cdprojekt again.

    don't recommend this unless you have a really high-performance pc... the minimun requeriments are not real unless you like to play a 10 fps game. A game for the next-game generation because it's is unplayable in actual one.

    After 2,5 years it's still a poor beta. Game started crashing in some menus for no obvious reason. I disabled both Steam and Nvidia overlays, reinstalled the game, changed settings several times, installed new drivers - nothing helps. Unplayable

    The game is not playable, constant crashes after 20-30 minutes, seems like a huge memory leak. Constant FPS dips from 60 to 40-45 with no obvious reason why, lowering graphical settings also does nothing in such occasions. Game looks good though, but it's a refund for now.

Может черед годик-полтора, когда выйдут дополнения и будут исправлены баги, оценка вытянется до 8. Зря разработчики столько вышек добавили.     Another AAA studio rips off fans by releasing an Unfinished game. Graphical bugs everywhere.
    The Street Rat first quest was written by a 5-year-old. Shockingly bad characters and nonsensical plot that just drags you by the nose.

    Huge letdown.

    Poor optimization, buggy as hell like fallout 76 level of **** bad ai. They can't even did right cyberpunk theme and we wait this game like 7 years. I'm so angry right now. CDPR if you can't do something right you don't do it. Just make Witcher again you can't done fps open world cyberpunk rpg right.

    VERY weak story, extremly generic open world and 70% of the gameplay is you skipping conversations cause they are dull and you don't care for any of the characters anyway.

    Open world elements are non-existent. You can't even order a drink outside scripted side missions. The story is good but that's where the positives end. You can't do anything in this game aside from play the campaign and side missions. If CDPR was honest and advertised the game as an interactive linear story with basic shooting mechanics, I would have rated the game a 7. But instead they decided to deceive their fanbase and leave us to believe the game is a rich and deep cyberpunk experience when it's a far cry from that.    … Expand

I mean it's unending diarrhea of "conversation" that we supposed to care from first seconds... no, you can't skip the conversation, you'll press the skip button for the text displayed right now on the screen, which seem to work similar to microsoft text to speechFortunately I didn't get to the part with bugs, unfortunately I was bored in less than 30 minutes with opening "conversations". Jeśli jeden NPC zostanie zaatakowany, każdy inny NPC w dużym kręgu wokół gracza będzie kucał na    Szkoda że gra jest sztuczna.

На что разработчикиПосле сталкера самое гениальное нае*алово 21 века. Контента нет (если считаете побочки в духе "сходи убей/укради/спаси цель" контентом в якобы прорывной игре десятилетия, да к тому же интересным - проверьтесь у психолога, вас срочно надо изолировать от общества), сам город уныл и неинтересен, ты в него просто не веришь, что это город будущего, что это киберпанк. На что разработчики потратили все деньги? На покупку Киану Ривза? На лицензирование музыки беляша в трейлере? Что делалось все эти 8 лет? Игра уровня 12 года, на худой конец 14го и графикой, и геймплеем. Сюжет банален и предсказуем, если у вас IQ выше сотни и вы начитанный человек, познавший не один сюжет, пересмотревший сотню фильмов (хотя если вы читаете только современную литературу, фанат марвел/дс, то да, для вас этот сюжет гениален, затягивающий и интересный). Сюжет кстати в игре один на все три фракции, и к чему тогда его проходить трижды я не совсем понимаю, если учесть что из разного у всех трёх фракций лишь начало, которые плюс-минус полчаса идёт (учитывая что поляки всё показали в своих трансляциях, то ничего нового для себя там не откроешь). Баланс не завезли, экономика в дерьме - зачем покупать ЛЕГЕНДАРНОЕ оружие за 60к+, если буквально за поворотом можете нафармить с врагов оружие помощнее (да, и это не легендарка будет, а обычного качества). Можно конечно тратиться на машины и импланты, но во-первых как я писал город неинтересный, ездить тоже никакого удовольствия, так что всё перемещение по карте только за счёт точек фасттревела, а во-вторых на первых двух сложностях импланты просто не нужны (если конечно вам нравится ставить себе челенджи, то играйте на харде, ваше право). И на что тогда тратить деньги? На шмотки, которые ты даже перед покупкой посмотреть не можешь? Я так купился - приобрёл куртку якобы неплохую, а как оказалось она выглядит как старый дедушкин свитер в котором он ходит в свинарник. Из плюсов выделю разве что прокачку, стало в разы приятней качаться чем в дерьмаке 3, где вся игра сводилась к фарму очков опыта, ведь без него тебя любой цыплёнок разнесёт в щепки, здесь же опыт капает за всё практически. В принципе неплохая стрельба уровня систем шока, деус экса или рэйджа. Внутренний дизайн машин доставляет, с видом от первого лица ездить приятно (но из-за окружающих пейзажей катаюсь мало). Вердикт: не игра года, смиритесь фонатики cdpr, этой игре не помогли бы те бесконечные переносы.… Expand

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. After 30 hours in the game, I can say it was a frustrating and disappointing experience due to the innumerable technical issues with the game in terms of performance and bugs. TL;DR this game had no business being released on PC.

    I used an EVGA GTX 1080ti SC2, an i7-6700k, an SSD, and 16 GB of DDR4 RAM at 2400 MHz.

    Here are the most memorable bugs I experienced (light spoilers, although I will not mention story elements by name)

    -Characters stuck in weird poses
    -dialogue not playing
    -Pressing c sometimes freezes the game until you press escape
    -explosion sounds and visual effects from a cutscene continue when you start playing again
    -Player will die for no reason on flat surfaces while stationary due to physics bugs causing massive fall damage
    -player will move at ludicrous speeds even though they are supposed to just walk, sometimes leading to death
    -certain items (like the Black Unicorn) can be upgraded a seemingly infinite number of times
    -dropping bodies down will fling them at high speed, causing detection
    -enemies can detect player character through hard cover like vehicles or walls
    -smart weapons often do not function when shooting at targets even with a Legendary Smart Link and confirmation of lockon, with the bullets flying around in random directions. They switch between working and not working in the same battle.
    -The "scan for a switch" objective in one of the main quests to unlock a safe will stay on if you scan it before the objective appears
    -game will freeze randomly (too many to counts; > 20)
    -game will crash randomly (three I can remember)

    This is in addition to performance issues with my 1080Ti/6700K combo on 1080p. Everything was turned off or at low settings, and my GPU and CPU utilization were both low. Despite this, driving around had an average FPS in the high 20s-low 30s with constant freezes and high frame times. It was almost as bad just walking around, with an average FPS in the mid-to-high 40s while the stuttering, freezes, and low teens FPS caused even more frustration. During combat, having frame rates in the low teens was quite common, with combat usually leading to high 30s to low 40s being the norm.

    I wasn't even able to hit frame rates above 65 in the menu. Again, this is with a 6700K, 1080Ti, 16 GB of 2400 MHz DDR4 RAM, and an SSD. I shudder to think about the bad experiences of users with less capable hardware.    … Expand

    A total disaster and a disappointment as an AAA project; a spit in the face of the gaming community.
    It has next to none features that's been promised, which makes its PR company just a huge load of lies. The developers should be sued for this mess that actually plays worse than games from 2000s; at this point, GTA San Andreas has MUCH more immersive and alive world than this game.

    -Gunplay is very okay, not good or bad. just okay
    -The World doesn't feel alive.
    -Lack of customization, you can't even change your hair after creating your character.
    -Stupid and lifeless NPC, which contributes to the lifeless night city.
    -absolutely terrible physics.
    -terrible driving control.

I was one of the lucky ones that got a 3080 and I had 2 other people next to me when I launched the game and everyone thought we needed glasses, it was so blurry. Mind you, you can customize certain body parts..... yet no haircuts. Nothing so Cyberpunk as aI never believed the hype over the years but finally, a few months ago I told myself it would be an OK game. Boy was I wrong. I was one of the lucky ones that got a 3080 and I had 2 other people next to me when I launched the game and everyone thought we needed glasses, it was so blurry. Mind you, you can customize certain body parts..... yet no haircuts. Nothing so Cyberpunk as a corporation making a half baked game, making you pay $60 to they can enrich themselves while people do their PR for them because they made ONE good game.… Expand

    Es un juego con una base jugable excelente pero con un desempeño gráfico catastrófico.     4 out 10. I feel cheated, scammed. I don't understand how people think this OK to release a game this broken and be happy to wait years for it to be fixed. They knew this game was broken that's why they hid the flaws from us, they lied, cheated, and scammed us. They have been working on this game for 8 years so the Covid excuse doesn't fly with me. Dicka za bardzo poszli w świat Williama Gibsona i ta amerykańska "trashowość" wylewa się z gry na każdym kroku. Dialogi iOlbrzymi zawód. Gra jest przeznaczona chyba dla amerykańskich turbomacho. La conducción de los vehículos la ha creado alguien que no ha jugado un videojuego de coches en su vida, porque es lo peor que he visto en muchos años. Hasta el Sega Rally de 1995 tiene una mejor sensación conducción.

    Por no decir que el rendimiento es pésimo. Nos han vendido una alpha y lo saben. Han recaudado incluso más del coste del desarrollo y márketing, así que espero que lo arreglen y nos den el juego que prometieron.

    It is a great game if you judge it as a piece of art. It has good plot, living open world. It has strong and interesting roleplay system. But its technical performance is terrible. Even if you have a system with 2080ti and core i7 you need to reduce your settings or turn off RTX, or increase level of DLSS optimisation to high performance, not to quality.     If you bought this game on console, you got your money stolen. If you have a base model PS4 or XBOX One you're screwed, as the game can dip to 15 fps. It's unplayable, and it's just unbelievable that it happened this way knowing CD PR. I feel betrayed.

    My heart broke when I saw the situation this game is in. From the staggering amount of bugs and glitches to general lack of polish.

    The game also severely lacks any meaningful features in gameplay, gun fighting is always the main focus and other methods of play come second.

    A lot of this game's features are just meaningless fluff, crafting is useless and armors makes not sense.

WTF is that all about? After a few tries I killed him with grenades and with the help of police, looted his shirt and couldn't equip it because you need to be a lvl 28 to equip the shirt ha ha I mean, what am I a re*ard so I don't know how to wear a shirt? BS, huge BS. This leveling system is completely breaking the immersion. I get it, they wanted to go down that RPG style, but this is just plain bad game design. And so much wasted time for developing it...

    Graphics are OK, AC: Valhalla did it better. Melee combat is somewhere in the middle, many other games did it much better. So many empty NPCs around, doesn't even feel like CDPR made this game.. It's more like "GTA Night City with terrible combat and wannabe leveling system".

    On the other side, it is an RPG with some story telling, but far away from being the best game out there, not even one of the better games.

    Sorry, this game has terrible game desing around leveling system, terrible combat (can't see anything when aiming with rifles), the most terrible game mechanic for vehicle driving ever in the history of games and it keeps on going.
    What it does good is story-telling and creating the atmosphere through visuals, but that's it... Again, another hyped game turned out to be a bad game...    … Expand

Its problems go far beyond being a buggy mess: the game mechanics are outdated, the A.I. is laughably bad and the "open world" is not even close to what GTAV or any other open world AAA game of the last 7 years, and it becomes even worse when you compareMarvel’s Avengers is a better fleshed out game than Cyberpunk 2077 will ever be, even if CDPR gets to make the game at least playable.     Combat is basically Fallout without VATS, not very interesting, no new mechanics, just clunkily hack and slash. They did try to improve on Fallout's stealth and it's alright at times, but the AI needs an upgrade to make it challenging.

    You can customize your characters genitals, which is completely unnecessary. This just feels like an incomplete game released too soon (as is the industry standard these days...) with bought reviewers giving it corrupt scores (also an industry standard). There was just way too much Witcher 3 goodwill on this and it was completely squandered with a rushed, blade runner-esque fallout clone.

    Don't buy it, yet. After all, if "No Man's Sky" could be fixed, maybe this will be a good game in a year or two if the devs care to make the effort. Right now, it's not worth it.    … Expand

    I forced myself to play for about 10hours, of which every next one was more annoying than previous. I played soooo many similar games, the overwhelming feeling of duplicity followed me on every step. Perhaps something fresh was what i lacked the most

    Прокачка. Поломанная до безобразия. Куча бесполезных навыков, складывается впечатление, что было добавлено куча механик, но реализовать их просто не успели, тем самым испортив абсолютно весь геймплей. Бесполезные ножи, бесполезные клинки, эти вещи в придачу с анимациями боя не доставляют никакого удовольствия, на это даже противно смотреть. Зачем нужно было ограничивать перки характеристикой если перки абсолютно не сочетаются друг с другом и меня игра просто ограничивает в выборе тех самых перков.
    Мир - декорация. Абсолютно пустой мир до той самой поры, пока не берешь нужную миссию. Куча объектов придумано просто чтобы было. Реализация хваленой вертикальности ничем не отличается от аналогичных объектов. Её больше рекламировали, чем реализовали в игре.
    Подводя итог, хочу отметить такую вещь. Игра хорошая, квесты просто бомба, сюжет, все отлично. Но погружению мешает все вышеперечисленное. Игра пытается быть открытым миром, но все факты линейности на лицо. Ограничения во всем и везде. Я 3 раза удалял все сохранения и начинал игру заново, потому что игра приводила меня в тупик. Я не понимал, как мне её нужно исследовать, что качать.
    Игра требует немедленных фиксов, иначе это будет полный провал.

    Extremely overhyped average video game that was in development over 7 years. Open world is empty and lifeless, not recommending. This not this "true next-gen experience" that they literally lied about in final trailer. It's just extremely buggy average open world and nothing else.

Система стрельбы с отлетающими цифорками полная параша. На высокой сложности, чтобы убить обычного бомжа тебе надо попасть ему раз 10 в голову, да и само оружие не чувствуется.

    Ии в этой игре поям безумно тупые. На улицах они ведут себя не реальнестично, в перестрелка тоже. Кароч полный шлак.
    Физика машин уровня ватч догс. На них просто не приятно ездить и у миникарты слишком большое приближение так что когда ты ездишь можешь на изи пропустить поворот. В гта 5 машины были сделаны намного лучше и ездить на них в разы приятнее.
    Редактор персонажа хуже чем в дарк соулсе. Ни выбора ширины плечь, ни выбора телосложение . Зато можно настроить член.
    Русская озвучка очень плохая. Куча мата который просто ни к месту. Он во многих ситуациях просто не нужен. Как будто слушаешь первоклассников которые матерятся просто чтоб матерится.
    Кароч мне игра вообще не понравилась и покупать по крайней мере сейчас(из-за кучи багов) я не советую.    … Expand

    Disadvantages:
    - A huge number of bugs. Most bugs don't affect the passage of the game in any way. For example: appearing NPCs, graphical bugs, bugs in dialogs. But such bugs appeared three times, after which it was impossible to continue the game further. You try not to notice them because of the great plot, but at some point they become too annoying.
    - Open world. I didn't had no hopes on the game that the open world would be like in GTA5 or RDR2. But what I saw plunged me into despair. NPCs don't react in any way to your actions. You can literally walk through them and nothing will happen.
    - Combat system. It sucks. Especially close combat, from which you do not feel any impact.
    - The game is very beautiful graphically. But you can’t appreciate it as you drive through narrow streets and crash into half of the cars.

    Perhaps after 72 patches the game will be normal. But such a raw product was not worth producing.    … Expand

    The game is over-hyped. Music is a strong point and then nothing for a long time. The expectations from the game The Witcher 3 were much higher. Unfortunately, I was disappointed.

    Some people actually expected it to be good? When i watched this final trailer and they said that it will be "Next Generation of Open World Games" i already knew it's **** Nothing in these trailers looked extremely new or never done before.

    With AI police worse than morrowind who are unable to chase in police cars like Grand Theft Auto 1. This game falls flat on it's face. A viral marketing campaign selling millions of copies in advance. Hiding the vacuous and empty world beneath the veneer of shiny scripted events. Buried under glitches, lag and crashes for anyone's hardware or console of choice.

    I've seen it all. We're talking t-posing, floor-clipping, bugged animations, critical npcs getting softlocked out of nowhere, accidental nudity, accidental non-nudity, textures dissapearing, textures not appearing at all,    the game's ok, nothing groundbreaking but it's nice and i had fun.     Hell, Keanu Reeves' sunglasses despawned at the beginning of act 2 and I haven't seen them since.

    I'm not gonna give this game a 1/10 because I truly believe that there's a good game hidden under this layer of **** but it needs a lot of work. Any other game studio would've been crucified for releasing a game in this state.    … Expand

The AI is non-existent (can't interact with anyone or anything, vehicle AI doesn't react, stuff like when you save someone from an assault they cower and are scared of you then just disappear), people and objects are copy and pasted so poorly for example there might be 6 shopkeepers within 20 feet that are identical that tell you to "get lost"It is a good looking game but that's about it. The AI is non-existent (can't interact with anyone or anything, vehicle AI doesn't react, stuff like when you save someone from an assault they cower and are scared of you then just disappear), people and objects are copy and pasted so poorly for example there might be 6 shopkeepers within 20 feet that are identical that tell you to "get lost" if you talk with them???, if you shoot your gun 40 people will just crouch down scared and not move at the exact same time, the looting system is meaningless, there are zero character customization options, the only cool action scenes like car chases are scripted so no matter how much you shoot your gun, the other guy will only die when he is "supposed to", cops appear 3 feet behind you in a closed apartment when you shoot someone, then you walk into the next room and crouch and they cant find you, cops cannot drive cars, insanely zoomed in minimap so you cant see where youre going, stealth is pointless.... i could go on and on and on. This game was over hyped and over marketed and overall it is just completely empty of true engagement and open world fun. Scammy developers to be sure.… Expand

    The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
