    Biggest **** game ever. 90 % of content cut. World is absolutely empty. No AI, no customization, gunplay is bad, nothing to do, just waste iof time.... DONT BUY THIS GAME.

    Long story short: if there would be no bugs the game would be at least 7/10 (so far I am like 15 hrs into the game)
    I am playing on old GTX 970, so far no crashes.     But let's be honest, it is not Witcher 3. The main problem is that game doesnt excel at anything - shooting is good but not great, driving around is good but not great, visuals are good but not great, story line is good but not great, characters are good but not great. On top of this you have some bugs (even if not that many in my case, but I guess there are systems which are more buggy).

    I must say I am disappointed, I am CDPR fan, was waiting for this game, preordered (first time ever, as a gratitude token for W3) and this happened. I can understand how people are annoyed    … Expand

    I wanted to like it. I really did. But it is so bugged it's ridiculous. Every other quest is broken. Wanna catch runaway AI cars? Sorry, the script does not activate. I can say without a shadow of a doubt, Cyberpunk 2077 is the worst, most broken game since ET. Not even close. I tried playing the game on my Xbox One, and it is unplayable. I took it back to the store and returned it. CD Project Red KNEW the game was broken onIve gamed since the day of Atari. So if they had come clean about it, thousands would have cancelled their preorders. They would have lost millions of dollars. Instead, they covered it up, restricted reviews to ONLY the PC version which runs pretty well, and left all the rest in the dark. They literally pulled the wool over our eyes, lied to us, and took our money anyway. How stupid are we to keep forking over our money to these thieves in corporate suits. Not me anymore.     This is a great game. It has a interesting main story, heaps of side missions, the travel interface is easy to use with heaps of great weapons. I have found very few bugs. Combat is fun and challenging. I can't put the game down.

    This game is the best and final reason never to preorder a game. Also, an unfortunate example of the gamers' trust abused by developers. It is not finished at this moment and should not have been released in its current state.

    it's been almost a year and they haven't done anything at all. It's the same dead world that you can't interact with. The three stories of the character do not affect anything, the gangs are meaningless, the NPCs see themselves as if they are from the games of the 90s.

    You protect this company, believe in it and support it, and they continue to lie to you. Don't be surprised when another company releases a bad game. The reason for this will be you and your support for this lie. Еhe information before the release of the game that the game had to be postponed for at least another 2 years turned out to be true

    UPD - you misunderstood me. If they were selling the game as a shooter (like a DOOM) then the game is great. But they advertised the game as an RPG with an open living world. Like Skyrim in the cyberpunk world. All this is a lie and moreover, they promised to fix everything twice after they took the money and asked not to not make a refund! And deceived again!     CD Projekt RED не смогут исправить то, чего никогда не было. Если они действительно хотят сделать NPC интересным (или вообще живым), им нужно будет записывать новые строки, а они явно не будут этого делать. В этой игре так много неправильного, что я не думаю, что какие-либо «исправления ошибок» действительно помогут. Если только они не начнут добавлять кучу всего, что на мой взгляд, ужеCD Projekt RED не смогут исправить то, чего никогда не было.     The game runs at lower than 20fps at times and some cutscenes feel like I’m playing an indie game. Everything vanishes from screen and the game is tearing like crazy... please fix it.

    At least it looks colorful and good fun.

No, are you serious? to break the doors by force, you made an animation and then could not, well, let me tear the door and throw the driver out of the car, it would somehow explain why i need force when stealing a car, but the animation of the usual opening of the car door is.... well, so-so solution.
    8. creating items, you are in the witcher and it is better done there at least a blacksmith is needed, here i can disassemble any gun for spare parts. And sitting in a field with collect epic fluff … i'm not saying that the creation of weapons in the game is not necessary at all, only pumping cult.

    The story is good, for an action game.
    Because this Is NOT an RPG. Other than the story and side mission, there is nothing else to do in CyberPunk 2077.

    The game has a lot of flaws .firstly the shooting is awkward ,especially when scoping .
    Secondly the stupid so called puzzles have no guide nothing whatsoever and many puzzles randomly change .
    After playing witcher 3 I was expecting great game but sadly this is not .

    It's so disappointing that a AAA game was released with so many bugs, on top of that the game is so fkn slow, it's unplayable in medium or low end hardware, and in recommended specs it's slow or bad quality. I take my refund and I'll buy it later when all that thrash get fixed.

    I was hoping for a 10/10, but to be honest it is a 7, only because it is so broken that it's fun to see what I can get away with.

    Update: I have lowered this to a 2 because the game is broken. Unfortunately due to a bug in a final mission I am unable to finish the main story and the game, even after the latest patches.

    Если у вас пк меньше чем за 2000 баксов, играть в это «чудо» невозможно, да и в принципе не понятно, что они делали 8 лет, даже с учетом того, что техническую часть поправят, реализация идей в киберпанке на 7 баллов максимум

    Hard to express just how big of a disappointment this game is. It gets a 3 for being basically functional on PC and technically having "things to do." Aside from the performance issues, the game is empty, lifeless, and nothing like what they described. It's like a store-brand GTA clone that's not anywhere near as good as GTA, missing KEY FEATURES that come standard in literally every otherHard to express just how big of a disappointment this game is. It gets a 3 for being basically functional on PC and technically having "things to do." Aside from the performance issues, the game is empty, lifeless, and nothing like what they described. It's like a store-brand GTA clone that's not anywhere near as good as GTA, missing KEY FEATURES that come standard in literally every other open-world game in 2020. The one saving grace could be the main story, and story oriented side missions, which can be quite fun and engaging *at times* but they are mostly sad, boring conversations with depressing people about how things never work out the way you'd like.     I tried so hard to ignore the massive motitude of bugs, but those are not the main problem of this game. This is a bare bones RPG, with a beautiful but empty city. The AI is ridicolous and lifeless, the cop system is a joke and there are no activities other than copy paste contracts. The main and secondary quests are really well written, but the interactivity is    A forgettable experience.

The AI is ridicolous and lifeless, the cop system is a joke and there are no activities other than copy paste contracts. The main and secondary quests are really well written, but the interactivity is just fake. There are meaningless decisions, you just choose which quote to hear that points to the same outcome. So on the paper, this is just a story driven game with multiple endings, not a real RPG.
    The world is not impacted at all, regardless what you do in the quests, except that the completion of one of those leads to an additional slighly different ending.
    What about the character building? Pointless. There are so many situations with poor level design, that led my character with no constitution to frustrating scripted ambushes, meaning one hit death.
    I was forced to cheat a mission to avoid constantly dying without any other possibility.
    It's also pointless to present a crafting system when you constantly drop higher level gear from enemies, and you cannot just pretend that they're not on the floor, since the UI is so oppressive and you can't neither disable it through the so limited options menu.
    Nice marketing, but at what cost? You lost all my trust CDPR.    … Expand

Es verdad que tiene fallos y cosas que prometieron que tendría y no trajo consigo, pero de verdad es un juego opacado por el lanzamiento apresurado causado por sus accionistas.     Bugs and optimization aside, this game is truly mediocre. I think spending so many years in development is what put Cyberpunk 2077 so many years behind the curve in terms of its approach to gameplay and storytelling. It feels dated. It is dated. The silver lining is that these qualities weren't evident until the game was released, long after it had become a financial and critical success.

Corridors in buildings/doors look like corridors and doors in Dying Light (2015). Dying Light and Dead Island both are made by Polish video game company. Connecting the dots already?     What a pure dissapointment. This game needed 10 more years to be what they promised and advertised. The only customization left is ur character but u can’t see that because they removed third person cutscenes. In the opening they say u can live the rich live, yet u will always keep living in the slums because they removed appartments. So much got cut...this game isn’t worth 1% of the hype.

    This review came from me playing 20 hours into the game and progressing through middle of the story. Let's start with what's good since there's so little. The soundtrack is top-notch, sometimes make me want to sit in the car and just listen to radio. The other thing that shines brighter is the interaction they put for Johnny Sillverhand.     Now that there's good, what are the bad things? Everything else surprisingly. The AI in the game is the worst I have ever seen. For example, there's no driving AI, every car is going from spawn point to end point. That's all, no variations. Enemy AI are also bad in combat, all they do is hide and shoot from time to time, which makes the gunplay unrewarding when you kill someone except for several cyberpsychos. Cops AI are also none existent. No cops will chase you because there's no driving AI, so you can just run easily even if you have 5 star crime. Do you know if you do a crime, the cops spawn out of literal thin air behind you, so there's no way to escape from cop by winning the gun fight. The more you shoot at them, the more spawn behind. ENDLESSLY!

    On top of that, there's glitches, a lot of glitches, even in main storyline. The driving mechanics is also really bad especially noticeable at turns, you will almost always hit something on turns. This also make quest you have to chase someone insanely difficult to do.

    Even quality of life feature such as being able to change appearance anytime you want (considering the whole theme of the game is that people can have any body they want), is missing, there's no key mapping for inventories, and maps. The insanely annoying dodge mechanic that you have to edit the config file yourself. It feels like they didn't put any effort at all.

    Verdict : The whole game need to be remade from ground up.    … Expand

    Wanna drive a car? Just say no. It's absolutely horrible. If you're speeding and crash into the rear of the car in front of you, the car will go right above you as if you slid under it causing little to no damage and letting you carry on driving like nothing happened. For crying out loud, it's not a tank, is it! The cops magically spawning behind you despite there not being enough room (say, you're hiding in the corner).

    The city is dead, definitely not bustling with life. There is nothing to do. The dialogues such - no matter which option you pick, it'll always come down to having only one choice.
    How are they going to fix all that? Build the game from scratch?

I can understand the people having fun with it, but for me it sure isn't a city where I can be anyone. I had really high hopes for this game for 7 years, since 8th grade. Refunded after just under 20 hours. Made me want to pull out my dusty Cyberpunk 2020 rulebook though.… Expand

    For some reason CD PROJEKT RED don't listen to their fans from Ukraine, we signed more than one petition asking to add the Ukrainian language to the game. Disappointment in everything, ignoring the community, bugs, and many other problems. Great graphics BUT again a lie in the recommendations to run the game, 1060 is not enough to play COMFORTABLY !!

I stumbled across multiple bugs and glitches and I said "it's fine, not gamebreaking, i still want to enjoy the game if i can". But now I am stuck on when I need to enter Lizzie's bar for the main quest. It says to be there between 6pm and 6 am, and the clock is 11:23 pm. I am at the door and nothing happens. II love how the world looks, and I wanted to enjoy the experience, but I can't.     Well I can tell you it is none of these things. It is a worse RPG than Fallout 4 and it's a much worse open-world game than either Far Cry or Watch Dogs. It fails in every category. Even the storytelling is horrible since it's clear they cut so much content at the beginning of the game when the "origin paths" are just 15-minute sequences all followed by the same cookie-cutter montage that is supposed to replace several weeks of actual exposition.

    The combat is subpar, the AI is **** laughable, there is literally no driving AI (the cars are on rails), there is extremely limited player choice, whatever RPG systems are there are not good (such as looting and clothing), the player progression system is poorly balanced, and worst of all, the world is extremely shallow and, in my opinion, not immersive whatsoever. NPCs share many of the same exact animations and lines and don't have much variation in how they react to you (as a threat or otherwise), police spawn behind you when you commit a crime regardless of where you're standing, the list goes on and on.

    And yet, you'll still see people defending this game and saying things like "it's just not for you". **** that. CDPR misrepresented the absolute living **** out of this game and somehow the general gaming population either doesn't know or doesn't care. They got away with murder on this one. All I can say is that gaming is in a sad state of affairs because it's dominated by the average gamer, and the average gamer is not very discerning.    … Expand

    Artistic aspects of the game are really great (night city, models, music!), story is ok, yeah it has many many bugs, which eventually can be fixed (altough it matters, I spent 60$ to have a working game now, not in 3 months... anyway...), but the things they advertised that are now missing, the lack of any AI whatsoever... it's just unforgivable

    1. RPG.

    Here I can even say personally to CDPR, you have a mistake in the name of the game. Not CyberPUNK, but CyberBUG!     4. LANGUAGES.
    I will take my language - Russian as an example. The voice acting has claims to it, and these are claims that in some places it is not voiced. But here there are already few moments, even very few. And now I will start talking about SUBTITLES as well as the TEXT that has been translated! To say that everything is BAD is to say nothing at all! In some places it is not translated, in some places there are spelling errors, and I still don’t take punctuation. Do you understand what I mean? OK, I'll write a text that everyone knows but will intentionally make mistakes so that you understand how it hurts the eye, there will be the word "warcraft": wcaarft.

I just want to ask, what should load more? What kind of small texture or action shootout? I have better shots for a shootout than I will look at a separate part of it.
    6. The plot.
    Jackie and V friendship was shown just by flashbacks, only for these flashbacks I throw off a lot of this game! Spoilers that showed CDPR, Jackie's death ... I'm disappointed with CDPR.

Но есть в этой игре и положительные моменты: главный сюжет хоть звезд с неба не хватает, но смотрится достойно; сама атмосфера киберпанка передана на хорошем уровне; режиссура миссий выполнена достойно; интересные дополнительные сюжетные линии, пускай и в малом количестве относительно ведьмака 3. Можно было бы превознести все эти плюсы над отвратительным состоянием игры, но мы хорошо помним гигантскую пиар-компанию и обещания издателей, что игра в великолепном состоянии на всех платформах. А что получили? Получили то, что на консолях старого поколения игра находится в неиграбельном состоянии, а на большинстве PC производительность оставляет желать лучшего. В итоге Я хочу сказать лишь одну главную вещь - CD Projekt RED стала в один ряд с такими "гигантами" игровой индустрии как: EA, Bethesda, Blizzard, и это действительно разочаровало меня больше всего.… Expand

    The gameplay is extremely slow. More like 70% story telling and 30% gameplay.
    I would recommend Saints Row The Third game if you want to enjoy a great game.

    Amazing visuals and absolutely fantastic world that CDPR has created, but other than that, the in game mechanics are horrible.

    i was on the hype train at release and payed near on $80 I was disappointment and after 8 hours i didn't open the game again till the other day, many of the same immersion breaking bugs and half baked mechanics are still in the game. save your money for when its %70 off or more

Sometimes they have 2 or even 3, but they either all lead to the exact same outcome, changing nothing but a single sentence, or are there just for lore purposes (as in "tell me more information, that will not effect anything at all anyway").
    The world itself is boring an not interesting to explore. Everything around is basically a cardboard background with barely any available interactions. Almost all side activities on the map are "get to the area, neutralize the bad guys, loot an item, leave" rinse and repeat a hundred times. "Crime and punishment" system looks like it was supposed to be similar to GTA, but at the same time devs didnt want to copypaste a GTA system, so it just doesnt work. For example: I've shot a guy (marked as a bounty, but the game wouldnt care about it) with a muzzled gun in an empty room with no witnesses, game still gave me a star, cops spawned out of thin air right next to the place i was in, were not able to get inside and see me and disappeared into thin air once again in a few seconds when the star wore off.

    To summarize: the game would have been good, if it released in 2014, but in december 2020 it looks like a joke. Every promise made by developers turned out to be a lie. Apparently all their budget was spent on Keanu Reeves and performers who made the music for the game, I just fail to see any other excuse for a game being such a terrible mess after 8 years of development. Even if they make a thousand patches and fix the technical part, nothing will help the dialogues and worldbuilding. So far cyberpunk 2077 loses any comparison I can think of - Deus Ex was a better cyberpunk genre RPG; GTA and RDR have a much better world; even the story in cyberpunk is pretty average compared to other story-driven games (meaning the main storyline of course, since side quests in cp2077 are basically fetch requests with barely any actual story).
    The only way for CDPR now is to announce Witcher 4 and milk what is left of that cow, they just cant make a brand new game good if it doesnt have a massive background written in 7 books.    … Expand

    I've played Cyberpunk 2077 and honestly, there are so many mistakes in it. I think they made the game like GTA V with some advanced technologies and most of the peoples like it and most of the peoples criticized it. I played it and it on my PC and my PC RAM almost dead and I have 32GB ram ddr4 there will be a bug I am sure because my friend played to and their pc run it smoothly.     The best metaphor for Cyberpunk 2077 is Johnny Silverhand himself. A messiah, a mix of Kurt Cobain and Che Guevara, a talented singer who loves to shape his own legend and has a charming personality but loses the struggle with his own demons. The same goes for the game. It tells a great story and forced me to ask myself difficult questions, but many of its gameplay mechanics do not evolve and its technical state upon release was abysmal. Cyberpunk’s true hero is not a person, but Night City – a vibrant, living creature of great diversity. The beauty of the metropolis is striking. [01/2021, p.22]

    Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the most disturbing and mind-blowing RPGs in history, where every decision has a deep impact on our trail. CD Projekt RED tosses us to the center of a city filled with disgusting delights where every character deserves our attention in an immersive experience and overall, very rewarding. From the sarcastic and shadowy tone imposed by the countless scenes in the game, to the flexibility we have on the choices to face every situation that is presented, Night City is truly memorable. It’s a shame that the countless bugs spoil or diminish the impact of some resounding moments, but we are without a question, in the presence of one of the best games in 2020.

    Measured against the extreme expectations, Cyberpunk 2077 can't fulfill any of them. But all in all, despite the countless small weaknesses and inconsistences, with interesting characters, great story and dialogues or the freedom concerning gameplay, CD Projekt delivers a unique and great RPG that every fan of the genre needs to play.
