Cute Girls is a tech demo in which you watch three poorly animated girls dance in bikinis. That’s it. No story, no goal, no purpose, just watch for ten minutes and close the game.
Of course, you need to go through the painful hassle of searching for a certain patch online that removes certain pieces of clothing to redeem some fun with the game, but even then, it feels just as pointless.
There is a mode in which you can earn new stages by pressing a set of buttons quick enough, but even then, it is the same crap over and over again, just with different backgrounds. At the end, there is no reward, no satisfaction, nothing.
You can play about with the camera in free mode, zoom in and pan underneath to see a certain, badly animated organ, but, yet again, it feels so unnecessary and hollow.
The graphics are ugly. The racks of the girls are glued on their stiff and pointy bodies and the facial details are just bad. The dance animations are somewhat nice, but when I see a bunch of polygons dance, I do not get necessarily in the mood or anything.
The music and sound is all right, but considering the very poor quality of this “game”, it does not add anything.
Cute Girls is one of those examples in which smart “Indie developers”, who are solo programmers in many cases, use Steam as a dumping ground for their vile sh!t. They create something with **** and a snitch, make it dance and publish it. Pathetic idiots like me buy the game in search for some pixelated glory, experience the dreadful emptiness of their bought tech demo and cry in defeat and shame afterwards.
Maybe it is a little less dramatic than that, but the principle holds firm. This is not a game made out of love or to add something to your gaming history, it is made for one specific category of people and even when they sell a hundred copies, it is a hundred bucks that they did not have before.
Above would imply that this game is only one dollar or euro, but no, they have the balls to ask you three euros and twenty cents for it. This still does not sound like much, but for a piece of crap like this, it is as if you bought a bag full of stinking trash for five euros from a random stranger on the streets and then realize you just bought something completely pointless, and it stinks too.
This game is one of the reasons that I plea for some quality control at Steam, instead of just letting it exist.
If it was not clear by now, Cute Girls does offer nothing, looks ugly and is simply a waste of time and money.
