Sep 10, 20212d shooter with action roguelite elements with lots of weapons, character unlocks, upgrades and good replay value makes Colt Canyon a pretty fun and brutal Wild West game.

Aug 31, 2020In the end, Colt Canyon is a solid roguelike shooter. The tight mechanics and various characters give most players enough to keep their interest, while the high difficulty and adherence to restarting from scratch on each run makes it appealing to those who are more experienced in the genre. The presentation might be hit-and-miss depending on what you're into, but there's no doubt that it contains a magic that'll keep you coming back after you fail another run for the umpteenth time. Colt Canyon is well worth checking out.

Jun 19, 2020Most fun of all is when you find a pan. You can repeatedly lob it at enemies for one-hit kills, until, tragically, it breaks. It’s also splendidly gory, blood spattering messily across the screen as bullets fly in all directions. Just like grandma used to love.

Jun 17, 2020Colt Canyon is a different kind of Western video game. There's no time to take in the scenery or contemplation of "right or wrong." Quick-thinking and fast-shooting are the only way to survive. It won't be easy, and it sure as hell won't be boring.
