    The ARK project begins!

    Its mission is to carry the last remaining humans to space to seek out planets that might sustain life and colonize them. You are the captain of the ARK, your duties are to locate planets and scan them for what elements they have that might be useful to you. If the planet can sustain life, it'll be your decision to establish a colony there and to monitor and nurture its development..

    In your travels, you will encounter alien life and you will have several options - work with them to collect resources, trade, maybe even co-exist - or work against them to establish control of the planet and take their resources by force, if necessary.
