On one side, beautiful graphics, superb notes, great handling and sexually arousing Group B driving. On the other, inconsistent obstacles, inauthentic modern cars, a confused brand and a small evolutionary step means that, to many, it quivers towards Yet Another Rally Game. [PC Gamer UK]
-
Thankfully the development team also reduced certain impractical elements from CMR 3 such as excessive spinning on tarmac and asphalt. It's no biggie, but it feels a bit more realistic and straightforward, that's all.
-
The PC version's equally excellent driving gameplay, better graphics, and added, competitive online mode make the game every bit worth purchasing.
-
Slick, with better handling but seen-it-all-before gameplay.
-
Once upon a time there was a boy called Colin who liked cars. He liked them so much that when he grew up he drove them at high speed under strict competition conditions. Perhaps driven by rage at his unfortunate choice of name, he drove so fast that he was crowned Champion of the World.
-
Graphical flair, addictive gameplay, and a variety of multiplayer modes that will attract a whole new group of gamers sees Colin McRae Rally 04 on the PC as one that we can all recommended with great pleasure.

May 19, 2023I played a lot in that game. It was my first race game. I like the fact that it was possible to choose between different cars like Yaguar or Citroen

Feb 17, 2021Very good and realistic game. I played it on Logitech Momo Racing Wheel back in the days and it was a lot of fun.
