    Я прошел Carmageddon Reincarnation на 100%. И начав игру в Carmageddon: Max Damage первое что бросилось в глаза это то что завезли ФИЗИКУ!!! Стало интересней гонять и разбиваться! Новые режимы игры, трассы и машины! Мультиплеер стал стабильней! Вот такой должна была быть в идеале Carmageddon Reincarnation! Но лучше поздно чем никогда!

    I can't stop playing this game. It's just stupid, silly fun. No logic, no story, just smashing cars, running over pedestrians and witnessing one crazy situation after the other. Max Damage has a lot of new content which is a welcome addition over the Reincarnation release. This game is like Reincarnation on steroids. Everything is buffed up!

    Could you argue it's the same game? Well,    I can't stop playing this game. It's just stupid, silly fun. Max Damage has a lot of new content which is a welcome addition over the Reincarnation release. This game is like Reincarnation on steroids. Everything is buffed up!

    Could you argue it's the same game? Well, only the same way Left4Dead 1 and 2 is. Reincarnation sortof got everything in line at the end, but with Max Damage they got it all right from the get go and then some.

    It runs like butter, it has new peds, new cars, new maps, and a nice polish aswell! But if you don't like this type of game, stay the hell away from it. This is not for everyone, and DEFINITELY not your everyday driving game.

    So basically, if you aren't easily offended and just want to sit back and let the carnage unfold, this is for you.    … Expand

    Impressive to realize that Stainless Games have been able to improve their own formula almost twenty years after the original! Modern technology ofcourse does a lot to enhance the fun-by-chaos sandbox concept but it is still up to the player to invest him/herself in the game and generate the mayhem. This is where Carmageddon: Max Damage goes further and brings many new mechanics on theImpressive to realize that Stainless Games have been able to improve their own formula almost twenty years after the original! Modern technology ofcourse does a lot to enhance the fun-by-chaos sandbox concept but it is still up to the player to invest him/herself in the game and generate the mayhem. This is where Carmageddon: Max Damage goes further and brings many new mechanics on the table for the player to use and abuse, especially in the form of new powerups.

    Give this game a few hours to let yourself grasp its ways, then you'll be amazed by the havoc taking place before your eyes.    … Expand

    Carmageddon: Max Damage offers better optimized, more polished, content extended redux version of Carmageddon Reincarnation. So no It is not brand new game. BUt it definetly seems to be complete game, perhaps even what new carmageddon should have been in the first place. Now keep in mind that it is small indie    It is massive step up since the kicstarted Carmageddon Reincarnation.

    So no It is not brand new game. BUt it definetly seems to be complete game, perhaps even what new carmageddon should have been in the first place.

    Now keep in mind that it is small indie team of developers which some of them are the very founding fathers of Carmageddon brand - the original people.

    So they are ultimately the only people who have monopol on what is and what is not Carmageddon despite all the bitter hatered some people direct it's way.

    The team managed to fine tune lots of small details that make the game more fun that reincarnation was and for some they even reported having fun UNLIKE in reincarnation.

    Yes this time we have little shorter view distance and little more popins, however the game now runs solid 60fps on best quality on my i7 6700K 4GHz, 16GB ram GT970 4GBVram Win10 64x.And all that action and chaos at smooth 60fps+ is really joy to behold.

    Sure It is not perfect but it is no doubt carmageddon and seeing with the latest newest content the increse in quality as the team feels more and more at home with what they are doing. From car models to maps, I am hopeful that the next Carmageddon gonna be EPIC

    Now, I liked Reincarnation but it had a couple flaws, and this release pretty much fixes all of them - and adds new content (maps, vehicles, power ups, pedestrians!) on the way. Runs very well on my system at 1080p (i7 6700K, GTX 970), never dropped below 65fps so far, and looks great.    Carmageddon: Max Damage is what Carmageddon: Reincarnation should have been from the start.

    Carmageddon: Max Damage improves many aspects of previous titles in the series, but fails in a very important one: car handling. Cars drift uncontrollably on almost every turn and hitting moving opponents can be really hard to do. At the same time, starting cars are very slow and can't deal damage on collisions consistantly. It makes first few hours of gameplay utterly terrible, but afterCarmageddon: Max Damage improves many aspects of previous titles in the series, but fails in a very important one: car handling. Cars drift uncontrollably on almost every turn and hitting moving opponents can be really hard to do. At the same time, starting cars are very slow and can't deal damage on collisions consistantly. It makes first few hours of gameplay utterly terrible, but after that it actually gets better.

    After acquiring mid-game+ cars, installing all the damage and speed upgrades and getting a bit used to handling, the game really starts to shine. After all, it does capture the essence of the series in many ways improving it. Extremely complex car destruction model, a lot of new peds and crazy power-ups, main campaign with no annoying race-only missions. New game modes are not as good as classic Carma, but can be very entertaining too and they are optional after all.

    Overall Max damage is a must-play for any fan of the series.    … Expand

    best game of my childhood re modern. gameplay has not been ruined. same old carmageddon. i thank devs 1000 times. wish i could do more than just buy a copy in steam

    Great game! Like old "Destruction Derby" - without a story, without logic, no sense, with full of fun. Tons of new abilities of destruction, very nice maps and cars. Relatively low hardware requirements. Must play!

    This game could be the best version but it has two problems... LONG LOADING and PHASES THAT ARE RELEASED ONLY WITH POINTS

    Вообще не то. Как фанат старого доброго кармагеддона заявляю - это шляпа полная.
    Управление - плохое, отзывчивости нет.

    Carmageddon: Max Damage is unique, hilarious, a little long in the tooth, and a comedy Charles B. Griffith would be proud to have inspired.
