    Metacritic has done a mistake with the title. It registers the game as a PC game when in reality most of us have clearly played it on mobile. Anyway I don't know about the PC game because I'm a console guy (I've read a couple of bad reviews but they seem to be a vocal minority) but the mobile game is alright. For anyone interested in downloading this I say go ahead. It's a fun little miniMetacritic has done a mistake with the title. I'm an older gamer and it saddens me greatly to see future generations hate on games that don't look like a AAA title. It looks like an arcade game but so what. Most indie games look like that but we should encourage them not shut them down. I'd rate it higher but I reserve that for games with more depth. Doesn't mean it's not good though.… Expand

    I prefer the mobile game but the PC version is good enough for its bellow $5 price.

    Sure why not? It's not God of War but it's a decent past-time for anyone playing offline to unwind

    It's easily the best game I've ever played on mobile. The PC version is a bit more arcade but overall it's a solid play

    I bought this game on Steam Summer Sale for $4.27 and it was a simple arcade style game. At first I didn't think much of it but eventually I found myself hooked. It's an addictive and seriously underrated game. 5/5

    It's a fun and relaxing game. Perfect for stress relief after work. My personal high score is 197 kills but I'm planning to make it a round 200. I would definitely recommend it for all casual gamers both for mobile and PC.

    It's a great game for mobile and an ok game for computers. I really enjoy the music and the entire pirate vibe it gives without being a ship simulator. It's a simple arena-survival roguelike game that captures the imagination and keeps you playing for hours. If you don't want to pay the 4 bucks just open your phone and downloaded there for free. They're doing it like Among Us (pc game isIt's a great game for mobile and an ok game for computers. I really enjoy the music and the entire pirate vibe it gives without being a ship simulator.     My son loved it! It's about a pirate that fights other pirates and you obtain a high score. The music and the fast pacing of the game makes it really worth it for all ages. I found myself playing it too while waiting for my doctor's appointment. It doesn't require an internet connection which is refreshing.

    Loved the soundtrack, encountered no bugs, stayed engaged, and liked the old arcade aesthetic. It's a 10/10 for a job well done. This isn't the game of the year because some games out there feel and look like Marvel movies but Captain Dodger does the whole arcade thing right.
