Sep 24, 2015This is a fun game. I like playing a western themed game, the narration and story were spot on. The graphics are well done and sine in 4k. It reminds me of playing the first red dead game. It was made by developers that seemed like they were wanting to make a game they wanted to play themselves.

May 25, 2013Finished this game on Hard difficulty. I must say that console mechanics ruined this game. Duels are frustrating, as well as quick time events. Nice, still predictable story. Fun to play, but only first half of the game, because gameplay is repetitive.

Aug 19, 2017A good western and a good action movie, no more and no less. True, "good" does not mean "outstanding" - like many other good fighters, Gunslinger is rather brief, does not disdain obvious self-repetitions, and scripts in it are not always in place.

Aug 13, 2014The game while in a great setting and solid mechanics fails to use this potential. After a strong start while fresh the game quickly becomes highly repetitive and a chore to finish.
That being said it is still quite fun but it fails to keep those levels up. -

Aug 7, 2013Returning to it's roots, Call of Juarez: Gunslinger does it's precursors good after a series of "corporate farts" for lack of a better descriptive phrase. Gunplay is solid, gameplay is fun, characters~well... lets just leave it at the gameplay is fun.

Dec 20, 2022Short and peppy shooter for a couple of evenings. Very cool style and good storytelling. The graph for the game 9 years ago looks quite nice. You should not expect much from this game, but it is quite possible to run through it.

Jun 23, 2014A very humorous and entertaining western story. Although this game is relatively short about 6-7 hours long it is of high quality id give it 7.5 definitely worth playing even if your not really into western type games.

Jul 30, 2013The Call of Juarez series has had its ups and downs over the years, but Gunslinger stands proud—not only against its own checkered past, but against the FPS genre as a whole. It may not be a subtle or particularly nuanced experience, but it's certainly a cracking good time delivered with a style and confidence that's rarely seen in a full-priced title, let alone a $15 download.

LEVEL (Czech Republic)Jul 9, 2013Call of Juarez returns to western genre, and that is fine. A pity though, it imitates itself, even its competition. However, this story is worth it even without a happy-ending. [Issue#231]

Jul 5, 2013Don’t mistake price for quality – this is a top-notch shooter, limited in resources but not in heart.
