Not even close to the length or quality you would expect for a game of this price. Feels like a free demo for a game that would be mediocre even if full length with more fleshed out mechanics. Shooting and melee is weightless and the grapnel hook seemed freeform in the trailers, but is actually only used at a few scripted points. Could be a 6/10 if sold for a lower price (5 instead of 15)Not even close to the length or quality you would expect for a game of this price. This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. I finished the game on the second-highest difficulty of the game (since the hardest difficulty cannot be selected on the first playthrough), and honestly the game was disappointing

The only things I can consider as a positive point is the gameplay and the graphics, other than that it has a weak, confusing and short story. Bosses are basically bullet sponges, and the game honestly is not really complicated and is completely linear (only with small collectibles scattered around the small map area)

Fortunately I received this game ''for free'' because I had bought the previous version of the game more than a year ago, which honestly despite being shorter than this game (which lasts 15-25 minutes to give an idea), ended up being more fun than this now, the first brought even more interesting ideas, such as a small demonstration that puzzles could be something present in the game, something that was totally discarded in this one

It would be better to wait another 3 years (or even longer), to have a more polished and complete game
I even find it ridiculous that in the release state of the game, they still decide to create separate DLC's, even if they are purely cosmetic

A very generic run of the mil FPS game with sword game-play, nothing new.. we had this with Shadow Warrior 2.

Essentially also the person who made this just added rain and wintery effects which aesthetically pleases due to contrasting colours and reflections and sprinkled RTX features on top. It is highly generic and nothing creatively new. 2 hours long with spongy enemies. Boring,

A full playthrough takes about two hours, which is weird, considering that Infinite is advertised as a full game. Still, these two hours are good, so hopefully, next time the developer will get a bigger budget and will finally deliver a full-length game. [Issue#259, p.55]

Forget the utterly nonsensical story, the unbalanced combat mechanics, the aggravating insta-deaths, the glitches, bugs, translation errors, and so on. Bright Memories: Infinite's biggest issue is that it's not a complete package. It's a two-hour tech demo, and not even an impressive one. The general idea behind it is great (one-woman army who is both a gunfighter, a ninja, and a high-tech wizard), but the execution is subpar to say the least.

Bright Memory: Infinite is appealing and technically impressive shooter, that sadly a bit too short and lacks interesting plot or boss fights.
