    You can't buy any benefits at the moment (beta) so the balance is there and I hope it stays that way.

    Almost this is the most enjoyable online game I have been playing. Most online games today have become very boring and it is rare now to find an online game that you can enjoy.

    Awesome game!at start i was like what the hell is this then after sometime it felt really interesting!amazing 2d visuals and great controls and game-play!only thing is if we play this too much i felt it little less good!although a good game!

    At first, it was hard to like, you know no combos, no tutorial. But after learning how to play the game. It has grown to my 4 most played steam game and more beloved than smash bros. The crossovers are pretty good, especially the new Po. Once you learn combos you enjoy the game. I just wish there was a way to discourage sig (heavy attack) spamming.

    Really fun game. Wasn't interested when it came out, but now my friend showed me it I found a really good game. I recommend using a controller because PC controls aren't the best for this game. Cosmetics aren't really great, so I recommend just not buying any of it with real money. Otherwise, good game!

    Very good platform fighter. Servers are 10,000 times better than Smash Bros. Have about 500 hours in the game and spent 40 bucks on it. I don't regret a single thing.

    Brawlhalla is a refreshing 2D fighter that satiates my appetite for smash bros on ps4. the controls are responsive and intuitive and the art style is beautiful. The ranked multiplayer adds a level of depth in the fights as well where every move counts against skilled players. The only real gripe I have with the game is the lack of true character diversity.     This game is a crap load of fun after you can know how to combo. Just learn how to combo before you review for yourself. This game requires some practice yes, but no more than 8 hours of practice.

    The crossovers are cool, and all of the animations look great. Learning combos will go a long way, and kids, don't heavy attack spam.

Now when a game is free to play most of the stuff is either unlocked with a lot of time or money, or in this case both. After around 30hrs of gameplay I have unlocked a lot of characters but if I play the same character 2 games in a row it feels as if the character is different. This causes the game to feel less fun and more rage inducing. I score it a solid 6/10 for the lack of consistency and skill with many easy to spam attacks.… Expand

    A fun game contained in less than 300mb, if you're stressed and want to ease off a bit on a very casual keyboard game, Brawlhalla is a candidate. It's price though and some overpowered legends are few of the major issues that cannot easily be overlooked

    An okay game that's really unbalanced with OP weapons and spamming players. Aside from that, the graphics are nice and the game is fun to play if you can get away from the spammers and the bad players. Controls are good but you can easily forget the controls. Easily. The fact that you have to pay to get exclusive stuff and the somewhat bad updates keep me from giving this a good score.

    great game and for free it needs little to run or need a video card.
    the servers do not have problems several types of games and ways to play a ranked 2v2. It's a great game.

    Bright, exciting, fast. You can have a good and fun evening with friends. In this game there is a donut, but only visual and it does not affect the gameplay. I play it on the gamepad. Recomend for everybody

Legends like Hattori, and ESPECIALLY Ada (the bane of my existence) are EXTREMELY spammy and unbalanced. Queen Adi (or whatever her name his) has a high-damage spamable attack that strikes in a 180 degree radius around her instantly.There's a reason i score it badly. it's a great option for people who don't own a wii or anything to play smash, buut there's a problem... unbalanced as hell. Seems to be a case of lazyness - different weapons make you run differently but the hit circle stays in the same place (yes it's just one large circle) meaning some characters circle appears to be behind them.

    Balance is a joke - in the most recent tournament the last 8 players all used the same weapon and only 10/30 characters where even used.

    Dodge mechanics is like a movement dash in one direction during which you are invulnerable. The result of this is that everyone plays passively waiting for the enemy to attack so they can dodge and attack. Players who are losing will just sit on the edge of the map (yeah you can wall grab) waiting for the timer to run out so it becomes even again (sudden death).

    Ultimately it is a smash clone that runs poorly (fps lag on a 2d game - result of using flash) and annoys you more than anything else. Devs don't know what they are doing.    … Expand

    One of the worst games I've encountered. The only notable aspect of the game is the ranked system which allows users to be paired up against random opponents based on region. With the lack of diversity in maps, it gets stale very quickly.
    The weapons are very limited and it usually comes down to who has the least amount of lag what with their very frequent lag spikes. As for the game    One of the worst games I've encountered.     There is for some odd reason the ability to talk to the opponent after the battle which only gives those with pent-up rage a medium to flame the other user or tell them that they're garbage at the game.
    So to sum up, lack of diverse gameplay, horrible servers, toxic community - a recipe doomed to leave a bad taste.    … Expand

    In Ranked: Generally the same issue. The more you die, the higher your rank. Broken. Enough said.
    Custom: as you can guess, functions the same way.

    Like I said download if you want a great time playing a brawler game with people next to you.
    Don't bother if you want to play with people online.

    I'll stll play only because my daughter enjoys playing with me vs AI which is the only fun aspect of this game right now.

    Also for me and this type of game, its requires you to be able to play online "properly" so because of that I can't recommend it.

    Obviously if the game is fixed then it will change my reccommendation.    … Expand

    This game is good, however, the game has a LOT of spammers. With the recent addition of the battle pass it is a real challenge trying to ascend up the tiers of the pass. Every once in a while there are people who are several tiers higher than me, which is fine, but the spamming is the real thing that gets on my nerves.

At first I thought it wasn't as good as Smash Bros which is also one of my favorite multiplayer games of all time, but now I realize I like it better because of different reasons. It's so fun to play with a partner. It's also one of the most balanced games I've ever played and a true test of skill. (Although, sometimes it seems like it isn't and a character seems OP, after practice, persistence, and experience you can learn how to counter it). There is always something new to learn in the game and that's why I always come back to it even if I feel I hit a ceiling. I'm Platinum right now and working towards Diamond rank. It's also satisfying to learn different characters. They all have different stats and play styles. It's a game you can play a little each day to unwind. Also, its great they have other unranked modes. I hope they someday make those modes ranked also though. It could be fun if they added more items also.… Expand

    The hitboxes are very, very bad
    Almost all characters are the same. Same weapons, same taunts etc.
    I'll be honest, it is fun to play the snowball with friends, but the rest is just not fun
    This is basically Super Smash Bros, but terrible.

    The game is getting better every season. They fixed multiple bugs, and they still working on making some little things better. The mechanics are amazing, the game is REALLY REALLY fun to play and they have a Ranking system. The best and most played fighting game on PC

    Esse jogo é simplesmente ótimo divertidíssimo de jogar com os amigos, tem personagens visualmente legais e partidas dinâmicas, o problema é só que os personagens não possuem habilidades especiais sem as armas o que tira um pouco o individualidade deles (na minha opinião), mas no geral o jogo é incrível

    Um game que lembra muito o legendario Super Smash Bros, sua gameplay e variedade de personagens são exelentes, um game bem leve, que qualquer PC consegue rodar, mas, muitos player com personagens bons, acabam tirando vantagens com ataques fortes, e acaba perdendo a diversão do FreeForAll e principalmente de jogar partidas Ranqueadas

    Sidescroller melee with button pounding action. Mix it up online or solo, or have a couch party. Some cool buffs and outfit options. Think: If Street Fighter and Super Mario Smash Brothers had a baby.

    Good game with amazing weapons choices even in beta. You can easily play with friends and it is very enjoyable. I will maybe even put it above CS:GO as a main game but I'll see. It's AMAZING!

    A cheap version of Super Smash Bros. Which had enough marketing from Twitch.tv to be somewhat relevant. Back in the days, games like this would have been made fun of for being a cheap steam game, and a easy target for Jim Sterling.

    However, if this game just got WAY more polish! I can see myself liking it. And we can see a future contender that could compete with SSB. Which will make    A cheap version of Super Smash Bros. Which had enough marketing from Twitch.tv to be somewhat relevant. Back in the days, games like this would have been made fun of for being a cheap steam game, and a easy target for Jim Sterling.

    It's fun but it relies on weapons way too much, so in the end, every character plays the same, only the animations are different. Not only that, but it doesn't have many gamemodes, there's no variety, making the game very repetitive.

    What happens when you take Smash Bros and remove all the aspects that make it a good, competitive game? You get Brawlhalla. Items spawning at random, advanced techs missing (the devs actually REMOVED DI from the game!), clunky movement, and an emphasis on teams make this an absolutely terrible experience. Even Rivals of Aether and Icons are better than this garbage fire.

Вам может попасться человек, который по его скилуИгра очень неплохая. Если хотите полностью научится в неё играть, то вам придётся постараться. Игра одновременно сложная, и простая. Есть комбо, причём не мало, но они не сложные. Как для бесплатного файтинга, очень весело и достойно, но есть в игре один огромный минус, за который я смело сниму 2 балла - полное отсутствие баланса игроков. Вам может попасться человек, который по его скилу почему то ещё не в киберспорте, а играет с вами, или же, вам может попасться спамер, который с вероятностью в 80% вас нагнёт.     A cartoonish clone of Super Smash Bros but I like it. Brawlhalla also has crossovers which make it more diverse.

    I dont like that like that the only thing that changes of the legends is the weapons and sigs why dont they atleast put something that only they have like smash does that almos every charater is unic.

    Brawlhalla is a fun game to play with friends, brothers, or mates... If you want to play with the game community it becomes a massive **** you should avoid... Players always insult you and some weapons are not balanced, so if you want to rank up in competitive, you will have many troubles against katars, bow, axe and cannon that are completely broken as **** and developers never get them balanced

    Litteraly the **** game ever. FIrst of all only online, and there a are a lot of **** hackers that dont get banned, even tho u report them. The co op mode is pretty simple **** mods, **** u ubisoft i hope u ****ing die

    Brawlhalla is extremely limited in matter of mechanics and lacks variety, as the characters are only reskinned and tweaked to represent their stats and a set of 3 special signature moves are assigned to them, the rest is literally the same.
    I only play it once in a while with a friend, doing 2vs2s but it’s only a matter of time before we both quit, disappointed with both the game and the extremely toxic community.
    Tip for new players: leave this trash where it belongs and get yourself a copy of smash bros, if you can.    … Expand

    It might be a rip off of smash but its free and has faster movement. Some of the weapons are kinda useless though and there's not a lot of character variety like in smash.

    Brawlhalla, for every character has the same moveset, even the weapons are the same. I feel that the lack of uniqueness makes the game bad. Plus everyone is op since they have the same framedata and can spam their combo with no endlag. This is something that makes the game sometime unplayable and makes it lame. The upgrading system, this upgrading system it's based on the level of your charater, these upgrades can go from a new skin to an upgrade of your stats wich makes, again, the game super unfair and uncompetitive, since the match making is not equal in anyway. This means that you can be a noob and figth against an upgraded character wich is playaed by a toxic spamer. Let's not forget about the fact that you don't unlock new characters like in others fighting games, you have to pay for them to be unlocked.    … Expand

    As someone who is not particularly savvy with fighting games, seeing a smash bros clone like this gain an identity of its own certainly piqued my interest. I found the limitation of move-sets down to unarmed and two universal weapons was both a blessing and a curse, while it certainly makes most characters seem samey, it also does wonders for game balancing by standardizing a lot ofAs someone who is not particularly savvy with fighting games, seeing a smash bros clone like this gain an identity of its own certainly piqued my interest. I found the limitation of move-sets down to unarmed and two universal weapons was both a blessing and a curse, while it certainly makes most characters seem samey, it also does wonders for game balancing by standardizing a lot of movesets. However, the gameplay of this game is highly inconsistent and unfun depending on the patch - this game, like all multiplayer games, has a multitude of balancing and hitbox issues that have made the game near uplayable in my experience in the past, and its gameplay philosophy encourages spamming and boring styles of play. This game is certainly one you get more out of when you invest the time into mastering it mechanics, it's just that I believe what it offers doesn't warrant such effort.

    Can be fun with friends but it is and feels so unbalanced. Low amount of maps and a bad server connection, sometimes it feels like you are fighting in a dream in slow motion where you cannot hit anybody, I haven't had this issue in any other MP game.

Доджи тоже можно нажимать в различных направлениях, чтобыНеплохой 2D платформенный файтинг с множеством оружий, на которых можно делать огромное количество различных комбо, так же есть возможность доджить удары раз в несколько секунд.     Das spiel ist sehr gut und macht spaß. Aber man braucht freunde, alleine hat man nicht viel vergnügen an der Sache. Aber ich finde es nicht gut, dass es keine Tuotrials gibt wo man zum Beispiel Combos lernen kann.

    Brawlhalla is a game that really needs speed and precise timing to be able to win matches, even though I don't really like competitive games that require me to compete with other players, for some reason I quite enjoy the gameplay of Brawlhalla.

    Very balanced game, no bugs or OP legends. Cleverly designed and made I must say. I have so many hours and I'm platinum rank. Not a masterpiece, but better than Super **** Bros.

    It must be a good game since I've played it for 4000+ hours. Brawlhalla is the best platform game with its unique action and gameplay style. It's great to have 14 different weapons you can use and the chance to play unarmed. This game must be among the top 200 most popular games.
