    Great combat moves, decant graphics, arcade characteristic commands and action. Story is lame and action is flat and linear. Could have been a great game if devs separated console version from PC. Nevertheless, I can see teenagers enthusiasm about. Bottom line: this should not ever come to PC release.

    -Game's progession becomes tedious and a chore
    -Poor PC configuration, does not work properly on Modern systems
    -Voice overs get cut off at the end
    -You have to modify the exe to get the resolution you want
    -Error message occurs when starting the game (though there is a guide on how to fix this, it was never successful for me)    … Expand

    I love Vampires and have heard only good things about this Game.

    However the Game is broken/unplayble on PC / Steam. They added Trading Cards but didn't release a simple patch to fix the game. This Game in general is apparently a very good game and trying it out on PS2, I can see what people are talking about. Sadly the PC Port is very disappointing and hardly functions at all, it    I love Vampires and have heard only good things about this Game.

    However the Game is broken/unplayble on PC / Steam.

    You play as vampire which sounds cool. Story presentation is really bad though. Characters just stand there and only move their mouths. It feels robotic and soulless.

    As for gameplay you avoid water, go somewhere and kill enemies there. Pacing feels slow, melee fighting is basic and gunplay is bad.     With the bump mapping, dynamic shadows and water reflections swtiched on, it's a step beyond console well worth investigating. [Nov 2003, p.94]

    A decent action-adventure that should provide players with some fun moments, albeit without any background or meaning to it. I had fun with it, but not as much fun as I could've had if the story and voice acting were even half-decent.

    It has its problems -- some technical shortcomings here and there, some camera oversights and the occasional level layout difficulty, but I have to admit that I enjoyed playing through the 3D action title.
