    Худший хоррор который я прошел на данный момент. Клишированный сюжет, плохая оптимизация, баги. Но, самым главным минусом является то, что после 30 минут игры у меня начинали болеть глаза. Не знаю как вы добились такого. 2

    Средний по качеству ужастик с ожидаемой концовкой. В целом проходится на одном дыхании, приятная графика, пёс вносит свою атмосферу в игру.     This game is riddled with frustration and drags on and on. This game feels like nothing but padding for time. The actual game is nothing like the advertisements. I was lucky enough to have not paid money for this, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

    A visually stunning, slightly above average horror that actually takes time to build atmosphere.
    The first half of the game is a gem [although with no replayability [more on that later]], with high tensions and fear of the unknown pervading you as you explore the woodland.

    The second half, lacking significatly to the first, throwing away tension for consecutively cheap jumpscares. And like a sneeze that won't go away, they just keep coming and coming and coming.

    The main antagonist could have been more of a threat throughout and they could have explored some more insidious and uncomfortable feelings with the player by doing this, however they dont explore that side of the antagonist. As a result they never felt like an actual threat.

    I encountered a few glitches, predominantly a certain entity getting stuck inside a house and being forced to despawn, but nothing game breaking.

    As a whole on the story I found it good but only because the VA was exceptional for the protag. There were so many themes crammed in at random intervals that it became hard to track what was going on or why. if it wasnt for my useless ability to remember an off-handed comments from conversations and quote lines to remind myself I'd have wondered what was going on and been completely lost.

    Replayability [as previously mentioned] was lacking as there were two outcomes ultimately and there appeared to be very little nuance to the player agency throughout the game, regardless of what you may have tried.

    As for collectables there is an overabundance and I have to wonder - why? You can pick up knick knacks as you continue your investigation and I dont believe they served a purpose at all. On top of the dog tags and pictures you have to collect in this densely pact forest it's a little concerning how much they expect you to be able to pick out.

    This is a: Complete once for fun and second for 100% kind of deal, where the second run through is supported by a walkthrough and painstakingly heading to every single location, nook and cranny.
    This is hurt even more so by the lacking player reward for agency at the end-game as it means that you'd have to play [what took me first run through] 5 hours of content to beat, just to make an alternative choice.

    To conclude;
    It's a good game with flaws and imperfections that weigh it down more than it helps. The visuals, and especially the sound design are stellar and really lend to inviting immersion. However, this is marred by clunky mechanics such alternating enemy tactics throughout the course of the game without disclosing that to the player. Excessive themes and micro narratives that derail the meta one.

    Having said that i still enjoyed myself, i understand the flaws and still had a good time.
    It achieves what your average horror game is trying to very effectively early on, but loses it's grip on that magic halfway through and stumbles over itself in the second half.    … Expand

Tutto quanto impacchettato in un videogioco dalla longevità non molto elevata, 5-8 ore.     Juegas como Ellis, y a primera vista, no se nos da mucha información sobre el personaje. Ellis tiene su perro de compañía, Bullet, que descubrimos bastante rápidamente es un perro de policía que te dieron en un punto antes del juego, pero más allá de eso, nos queda preguntarnos quién es Ellis realmente. Tu tarea: Encontrar a Peter, un    ¿Por dónde puedo empezar? Me encantó este juego...

    Juegas como Ellis, y a primera vista, no se nos da mucha información sobre el personaje. Ellis tiene su perro de compañía, Bullet, que descubrimos bastante rápidamente es un perro de policía que te dieron en un punto antes del juego, pero más allá de eso, nos queda preguntarnos quién es Ellis realmente. Tu tarea: Encontrar a Peter, un niño que está perdido en el bosque. Con su práctico perro policía, usted buscará pistas sobre el paradero del niño, con suerte conduciendo a su descubrimiento y aparentemente redimir a Ellis por una razón que aún no sabemos.

    Jugar a través de el es bastante sencillo al principio, y definitivamente se siente como un simulador de caminar. Eventualmente, te encontrarás con tu primer rompecabezas real, y aquí es donde comienza el juego real. Usted encontrará rompecabezas a lo largo del juego, y en mi opinión, estos serán las partes más difíciles del juego, muchas veces lo que debes de hacer prestar suficiente atención a tus alrededores, ya que si no estarás perdiento el tiempo corriendo en círculos y te dejará frustrado. Si prestas mucha ateción en el alrededor pronto te darás cuenta como resolver el puzzle, no es imposible resolver los puzzles si usas tu cabeza.

    Dicho todo eso, mientras jugaba a lo largo de las primeras 4 horas, me sentí intrigado, pero un poco aburrido. El elemento de terror no estaba realmente allí, ¿El juego era atmosférico? Sí, ¿Fue mucho de mi pensar que el juego se centraba en el terror? No. Para mi deleite, este "fracaso" cambia drásticamente en las últimas 3 horas del juego. El juego se vuelve extremadamente difícil de jugar en las horas finales, e incluso me atrevería a decir que era, a veces, casi insoportable. El factor psicológico se intensifica hasta los extremos en los capítulos finales, y me quedé muy sorprendido. A veces, no estaba seguro de si podía completar mi misión para terminar el juego esta noche. Honestamente se me metió tanto en la cabeza la sensación de miedo es extrema en los últimos capítulos.

    No voy a publicar ningún spoilers aquí, pero voy a decir que creo que debes de darle a este juego una oportunidad. Creeme que jugarlo hasta el final vale la pena. Aparentemente hay más de un final basado en al menos una opción en el juego, y tengo la intención de jugar de nuevo, haciendo la horrible elección de ver lo que le ocurrirá al final del juego. Pero no lo espero con ansias. La principal elección que tienes que hacer es algo que parece extremadamente inhumano si vas lo que yo consideraría que es la ruta "mala".

    Gráficos

    Los gráficos son exactamente lo que esperaría de un juego más reciente (2019) Si bien no son perfectos, estaba contento con lo que se presentó, y nunca sentí que el juego carecía en este departamento, presenta el terror graficamente de manera perfecta. Blair Witch es impresionante, no se puede negar eso. Todo el aura del bosque de Black Hills puede determinarse por la cantidad de luz y color del cielo. La transición es casi perfecta y profundiza la inmersión de los jugadores en la historia. Los enemigos son deliberadamente borrosos y a veces me preguntaba si realmente existían o eran sólo un producto de la imaginación de Ellis. Este desenfoque entre la realidad y la imaginación parece ser lo que los desarrolladores estaban apuntando y con los excelentes y hermosos gráficos, este objetivo se logró definitivamente.

    Sonido

    La actuación de voz es decente, pero encontré que el verdadero éxito destacado era la voz de las brujas en los capítulos finales. El tono psicótico era escalofriante, y sentí que me rodeaba, lentamente encándome y tomando el control de Ellis.

    *Este juego se siente como un cruce EXTREME entre Alan Wake y Outlast con el nivel de terror siendo más hacia Alan Wake. Me encantaron los dos juegos, así que este juego fue fácil como para mí.

    Mencionado todo lo anterior, este juego vale la pena para cualquier amante del terror. Me quedo con la parte final del juego es insoportablemente difícil de jugar, y gana en todos los niveles en este punto, como representan la casa abandona y los niveles dentro de la misma es perfecto y difícil de pasar.     Perfect word you can use to describe this game is **** The only problem I have with it is its optimization because for some reason my graphics card is twice as loud when I'm playing this game compared to apex legends.

    Even though the Blair Witch movies don't directly tie into this game, if you're a fan of said movies you will probably enjoy this game. I say that because you're going to be walking around in the woods for a good part of the game. Like a lot. So if you're looking for something fast paced this probably isn't the game for you. I personally really enjoyed my time with it but I'm also a fan of the movies and am okay with the slow pace at times. If you're on the fence about it you can watch my video below, it's only the first 30 minutes so it will show you what you can expect without spoiling too much. But if you rather go in blind by all means don't watch it. Either way, if you're a fan of horror games give it a try. But if you're a fan of the movies, well you know. You'll probably really like it.

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Well designed for an indie game. Lost in some places, couldn't find the objective or what the game wanted me to do. Maybe the scenario was written like that, but waiting or searching for "something that you don't" know is pretty annoying. "Am I missing something, or should I just mess around a bit more for the hint to come". If the game was giving thrills in each moment you mess around the map, that would be better for a horror game. But the moments of the monsters were defined, and in other moments there was no reason to be afraid of anything. You just had to find your way through.

I liked the environment very much, it was rich in detail and the dog was awesome. Without the dog, I would be given three points to the game. The ending was disappointing. I hated the second part of the house. Just running in circles without any clue. In retrospective i have seen numerous movies who did the same twist on the end. It is nothing original, nothing new, nothing creative. And you took the dog away from me in the end.     Отвратительная оптимизация, в игре ужасная графика но все равно игра не выдает больше 60 кадров еще и с просадками до 20. Сюжет такой себе. Бумер вроде тупой а вроде нет не понятно.

Сюжет любопытен: позволяет строить догадки о происходящем, в том числе (местами в основном) через чтение побочных записей, находимых в различных схронах при прохождении. Расстраивает, что в конце концов никто не разжевал, как было на самом деле, так что догадки остались догадками, возможно, кому-то покажется, что так даже интереснее.
    Геймплей довольно прост - не подойдёт для тех, кто хотел бы пострелять, или побить монстров в очередной игре - исключительно сюжетная бродилка с решением простых задачек.
    По уровню страха и нагнетания на 2/5, наверное.
    Время неспешного прохождения около 6-8 часов. Концовка затянута, наверное, на час.    … Expand

Either we're all spoiled with OG Silent HIlls, Alien Isolation, etc, making it hard to try to enjoy new horror games, or the bar for the horror type didn't really evolve that much in current days and unfortunately I think it's the second choice...     оптимизация у игры нормальная,умудрился на 1650 получить 48-50 фпс на ультро настройках.разочаровала тем ,что можно заблудится на ровном месте и то ,что если случится баг надо будет перепроходить игру заново.

    Zaman çizgisinin kaydığı oyunlara bayırılım. Etkileşimli bir sinema filmi gibi. Üstelik gerilimi de beni korkutmaya hayli hayli yetti. Sizden ricam oyunun başlarında ona bir şans vermeniz. Çünkü o zaman oyun size daha fazlası olduğunu kanıtlayacak. Ayrıca oyuna çok güzel yedirilmiş bir kamera mekaniği de mevcut.

    (8.5/10) I prefer this to the movie as i am on the edge of my seat every single second of the game. This is a very underrated game that i think everyone should play.

    Game's awesome. I played the entire thing and it's just so scary. But not the common scary type of game. It's all about its atmosphere and the situation you're put in. Trying to understand the main character's feelings as weel as unraveling the secrets behind those woods feels kinda like Silent Hill to me. I don't think this game deserves the score it gets. They gave you an amazing horrorGame's awesome. I played the entire thing and it's just so scary. But not the common scary type of game. It's all about its atmosphere and the situation you're put in. Trying to understand the main character's feelings as weel as unraveling the secrets behind those woods feels kinda like Silent Hill to me. I don't think this game deserves the score it gets. They gave you an amazing horror game, and unless you dive yourself into it and let go a little of criticism, you won't enjoy the full experience of it. If you're looking for horror like gore, blood and this kind of stuff, look elsewhere. But this game, enven without that, worths every cent.… Expand

Optimize that like enemy are very weak, and moment when I was going on path and the game doing loop. The end of the game gets monotonous. The game tells us that we have a influence on story and that dog alive, but for me they have done very wrong with this. There is no obvious choices, and generally we don't have any chances for good ending (according to the creators, a good ending). Summary Blair Witch is a strong game with story, but gameplay spoils immersion. I'm happy I played in that game.

    I can't say the story is bad. The ending shouldn't have been that long. I expect the most to interact with the environment from a single-player horror game. Blair witch fell short in this. It's called a horror game, most of it is not scary, it just suffocates you with its atmosphere.

    I don't think they can show much of the strengthening of his bond with his dog, Bullet, and the pain he went through when he lost him.
    I can say that I would have enjoyed this game more if the horror elements were reduced, the atmosphere and music were more intense, our most important goal was to find the child, and if it was a game based on research, not fear in general. I don't want to give the ending of the game as a spoiler, but it really didn't satisfy. When the game was over, I was happy that it was finally over. You know that the end of the game is approaching and you want it to end, but when it is not over, the torture it inflicts on you increases.    … Expand

    Графон такой себе, игра состоит из одних коридоров. Моя видеокарта (3060) потянула игру с норм ФПСом только на средних настройках графики. Ужасная оптимизация. Геймплей очень скучен, хоть это и хоррор.

    Es un gran juego de terror, buena atmosfera que te mete en el personaje principal. Me encanta la musica es bastante espeluznante y los escenarios son bastantes tetricos y sombrios. Me encanto la funcion de la camara, al aparecer distintos objetos y puertas que se abren o escenarios que se mueven , fue un gran acierto diria yo.
    Hay cosas que hace referencia a la primera pelicula de Blair    Es un gran juego de terror, buena atmosfera que te mete en el personaje principal. Me encanta la musica es bastante espeluznante y los escenarios son bastantes tetricos y sombrios.     I don’t understand why there are so many bad ratings. This is a fantastic mystery and exploration game that successfully does what it was meant to do - scare you! The vibe, fear and tension this game creates is great and lore from the movie is utilized really well. It isn’t an FPS, but a survival game, and it’s a fantastic one at that with a likeable protagonist and a decent enough combatI don’t understand why there are so many bad ratings. This is a fantastic mystery and exploration game that successfully does what it was meant to do - scare you! The vibe, fear and tension this game creates is great and lore from the movie is utilized really well. It isn’t an FPS, but a survival game, and it’s a fantastic one at that with a likeable protagonist and a decent enough combat system. The point is the story and the exploration and both are done perfectly, with the story unfolding superbly over time. It keeps you engaged consistently and keeps you wanting to learn more about what exactly is going on, like a solid survival game should. If you like exploring in a realistic setting, dogs, mystery, horror and puzzle solving, this is the game for you. You can tell this team put a lot of love into this game while trying to create something fresh and special. Highly recommend for any horror or survival fans. I personally loved Outlast, Outlast II, the Amnesia games, etc. and I believe this to be up there but looked over for some reason amongst horror fans.… Expand

    The game adaptation of the 20-year-old “found footage” phenomenon could have turned out very badly. But thanks to previous experiences of Bloober Team, the finished product is more than a pleasant surprise. The game has its issues, especially in graphic design or in the puzzle section, but the result is excellent. [Issue#298]
