    Вообщем игру сейчас можно спокойно брать и проходить, оптимизон подтянули, от чего у игры и повысился рейтинг и это радует. Лично у меня на ноуте (i7 4510u + geforce 840m) играется всё плавно и приятно, при этом я, не натыкался на баги и вылеты за всё прохождение (кои судя по обзорам были на релизе).

    Главное быть осторожным с русификатором, он создавал проблемы как с оригиналом, так скорее всего и тут. Я же проходил без русика (ибо ру версию проходил минимум 4 раза в оригинальном биошоке) и ни в коем случае не ставьте его, не запустив саму игру, установка русификатора на голую игру - это главная ошибка всех игроков которая ломает её.

    Главное достоинство ремастера - это даже не обновлённые текстуры (а они действительно радуют глаз и выглядят хорошо), а скорее снятый лок фпс на физику, от которой страдали обе части игры, хоть лок можно легко снять и в оригинальной игре (в руководстве сообщества можно найти гайд), но в ремастере это сделано всё - же плавнее, от чего играть удобнее и приятнее. Вообщем рекомендую, да и за покупку ремастера, вам дают сразу оригинальную игру, поэтому вы ничего не теряете.    … Expand

    Looks great, runs great except crashes during certain fights (even with latest patches). Too bad they didn't fix the old bugs and the gameplay feels a bit boring nowadays.

    I really want to love this remastered version. But the game just keeps on crashing whenever I press ESC to save the game manually. Did 2K Games have a QA department at all? Without this frustrating experience I would have given this game 9/10.
    2K Games, you need someone to actually test the game before release. Do you understand that you need someone to actually test the game before release?

    I ordered the Original Game a while back and now got the Remastered one for free from the Developers thank you for that!

    Let me start off with I had no problems with this game as in crashing or anything like that, infact my game run very well on my pc. The only thing I saw as a Problem was that the Mouse was still as badly as it was in the original game. The only thing I saw as a Problem was that the Mouse was still as badly as it was in the original game. I figured Number 2 for the sensitvity is the best setting to get used to. Also I noticed that you can't turn the Bloom off but you will get once again used to that very quickly.

    Otherwise I am honestly very happy with this Game. It has an amazing Story with 3 different Endings, so it does make a difference on how you play the Game, which also gives the Game replayabiltiy. I finished the Main Story in 11.9 hours and it was a gorgeous game with lovely Characters and nice Voice Acting.

    Unlike the Original Game, the Remastered Version is uncut in Germany, which made to me a huge difference. I have played the cut version before and noticed after playing this game they have been cutting out alot of the Story. I am glad this Version however is uncut and I get to play the full BioShock experience.

    As I mentioned before the Mouse Controls took me a while to get used to but once I got used to it, I could enjoy one of the best Games made in Singleplayer History.

    I expect that this Game will get a few updates that will fix for other people the crashes.

    Which is why I do recommend this game to you, however if you would like to wait until most of the bugs are fixed (just incase you are one of the unlucky ones or got an older pc/laptop) then just get this game later on, when its on Sale.

    20€ also does seem to me as a fair price since you can play the Games 3x over to get all the other Endings but its ofcourse never a Mistake to wait until it goes on Sale.

    May I also mention this game has a FOV Slider and Trading Cards, which is to me a huge plus.    … Expand

    It's a port of the original xbox 360 game, which was then sent to Xbox one and then that version was ported to PC. The result is a game that is almost identical to the original and it still has the same bugs. This is not a remastered game but more of a buggy update.

    Terrible "Remaster"

    How can you keep the old bugs from the original? introduce new problems such as stuttering audio & FPS? Ask 2K.

    The original game has many problems, so I hoped that it will be fixed in Remastered version. Guess what? It wasn't. They just changed textures a bit to milk it without some effort.

    Bioshock Remastered isn’t a bad game but that is mostly because it is a remaster of a fantastic game. I don’t attribute any of the great game play; story; or anything like that to the remaster but to the original. The remaster’s main goal and job is to improve the graphics and in many ways it fails it’s goal. There are times where the textures are blurry and will go back to being normalBioshock Remastered isn’t a bad game but that is mostly because it is a remaster of a fantastic game. The remaster’s main goal and job is to improve the graphics and in many ways it fails it’s goal. There are times where the textures are blurry and will go back to being normal and back to blurry often. This is an issue that has been around since the release of the remaster and persists even now over five years after it’s initial release. When the textures aren’t blurry they aren’t a gigantic difference to the original in my opinion. The original can still be played at 1080P (I’m not sure about higher resolution support) and is passable still. In fact I am more impressed with how well the original looks for a game from 2007 than I am of the remastered edition being a game from 2016. On the off chance you haven’t played the original Bioshock then I will say that the remastered edition will be worth it for you. The enemies are varied as are the plasmids and upgrades you can go for. The story and characters are fantastic and still are more enjoyable than many games these days. The remastered edition does offer other perks such as director’s commentary and challenge rooms, neither of which are available in the original, but I don’t really care about either myself. There are several things that could have been improved but aren’t. For instance you still can’t hold onto food in your inventory like med kits, you have to consume then on the spot. There is also a slight issue when you have to find components to craft a bomb and unlike most other goals you have the locations aren’t listed on the map. Also once you place proxy mines there is no way to pick them up if you want to.

    I played Bioshock Remastered on Linux using Valve’s Proton. It did require the launch command “PROTON_NO_FSYNC=1 PROTON_NO_ESYNC=1 %command%" otherwise the hacking mini game would take a few minutes to load as well as saving would take forever as well. There are 5 AF settings; an AA toggle; a V-Sync toggle; 3 other graphics settings as well as an FOV slider that goes from 75-130. Alt-Tab works. You can save the game whenever you please and there didn’t appear to be a limit on save slots. There is also an auto save feature for those who prefer that. You can change the difficulty any time you want to. The performance was fantastic and never dipped below 95 FPS for me.

    If you don’t own the original Bioshock then I do recommend this game. It is fantastic and still fun. If you already own the original then it is hard to justify spending $21.99 CAD on a graphical upgrade that isn’t much of an upgrade. I got it for free for owning the original. I finished the game on the hardest difficulty in 17 hours and 15 minutes.

    Me lo he terminado con el final bueno y al principio de salir la remasterización tenía problemas y tuvieron que sacar parches del día 1 pero ya están solucionados ya que muchos reportabamos problemas para empezar a jugar pero ya se han solucionado y alguno de los errores de sonido que tenía la versión original ya está solucionado.

    Playing through it for the fourth time now, 2021. Games this good is not made nowadays. Damn its good. Gameplay, Setting (Rapture) & World. Together with TW3, Bioshock 1 & 2 is still the best game purchases I´ve ever made.

O jogo original é o melhor jogo de tiro em primeira pessoa com poder que já joguei, o cenário é muito bonito e a história, a reviravolta na trama é incrível. Mas, esse remaster, deveria melhorar muito os gráficos, os cenários, o design, a inteligência dos NPC, deveria melhorarSe você não jogou o original, então o jogo é 9/10, mas se você jogou o original, então esse remaster é 5/10. O jogo original é o melhor jogo de tiro em primeira pessoa com poder que já joguei, o cenário é muito bonito e a história, a reviravolta na trama é incrível. Mas, esse remaster, deveria melhorar muito os gráficos, os cenários, o design, a inteligência dos NPC, deveria melhorar muito tudo isso, ele foi lançado em 2016 e não faz nada no nível dos jogos da época no aspécto técnico como deveria ser para um remaster.

    Played in 2021. It was everything the legend said it would be. It's a masterful refinement of the game mechanics from System Shock 1 and 2, and the art, sound, and music are beautiful. It is an important game and a fun game.

    Although the game is old, the gameplay and graphics is still very pretty and holds up to this day. I heard that the game was ported from a console version, so the default controls and settings are not really suitable for PC gamers.     Compared with the original version, they added a New Game+ mode, which in a sense gives you the possibility to experience the whole game with every single upgrades available for you.

    Although there weren't any crash for me, but I did experience a glitch when playing in New Game+ due to the fact that my character holds a certain crafting materials which were not supposed to be accessible in the game yet up to that point when playing in a fresh new game. The game glitch can be resolved by travelling to the next story checkpoint (where you will have to know where to go by yourself without having the in-game assist telling you where to go).    … Expand

    Для своего времени это была великолепная игра и даже сейчас сюжетная и шутерная составляющая выглядит хорошо.

    Как человек, не игравший в оригинальный проект, могу заявить, что игра вышла очень добротной, правда я один раз забросил игру (видимо это из-за того, что мне плохо заходят старые проекты (ну это из-за того, что ремастер основан на довольно старой игре)), но где-то в последней трети игры сюжет начал развиваться интересным образом, поэтому ставлю 8/10Как человек, не игравший в оригинальный проект, могу заявить, что игра вышла очень добротной, правда я один раз забросил игру (видимо это из-за того, что мне плохо заходят старые проекты (ну это из-за того, что ремастер основан на довольно старой игре)), но где-то в последней трети игры сюжет начал развиваться интересным образом, поэтому ставлю 8/10

    Красивая графика, хорошая оптимизация, приятная музыка. В конце кончились все патроны и приходилось 2 часа (не преувеличение) дубасить противников палкой, это крайне испортило оценку игре. Стандартная игрушка.

    The gunplay is worse than even CoD, the story is given through dialogues and fricking audiologs, even the atlas is just a voice behind the scene which you wont anyhow interact with, 90% of enemies are boring splicers, big daddies are copypasted to each level, thegame overall feels like something like....doom but bad?

    I didn't play the original Bioshock, this remaster was my introduction to the series. I loved the story and gameplay, just like I expected to - and while the remaster didn't do much to modernize the graphics, I still found the atmosphere and setting immersive and compelling.

    The gameplay is good, but I thought it lacked whim to create more enemy models and refine the weapons a little more. I finished the game with the clear impression that the shotgun was more accurate than the machine gun.

    Never play in original game, only remastered. Boring shooting, easy weapon upgrade system, atmospheric locations and good story telling.

    Beautiful story and how you can customize your character tough plasmids is fun. The only thing I don't like about this game is the final boss fight, played it in hard difficulty but still felt it was an easy fight.
