    Artistic and action-packed throughout. It diverges from the original Bioshock formula, but still makes it somewhat familiar. Couple that with an amazing story. What else do you want?

    As good as it is, it really distances itself from the other two games making a more linear experience at the same time it does a messier plot. A must play either way, and one of the best FPS I've ever played.

    A game with high quality and an intriguing story. However, the changed systems from the previous installment are slightly disappointing, and while the steampunk atmosphere is appealing, the lack of details prevents me from truly falling in love with the in-game world.

    Bioshock Infinite tried something new in regards to setting and it really did succeed there. For many, Columbia still can't compete with the atmosphere of Rapture from Bioshock and Bioshock 2. The story is interesting, but not as good as the previous titles. The gunplay is decent, but the combat doesn't feel as organic as enemies flood into open rooms to fight you.     Um dos melhores jogos de primeira pessoa shooter, com uma historia incrível e complexa de deixar a mente em colapso de tanto pensar nela, com um mundo tão belo quanto pintar com LuxColor, você tem que jogar esse jogo, que é o melhor dos BioShock.

    A very good game, the plot in the middle of the game was a little bit annoying but in the end game everything become absolute crazy and very interesting. The difficulty in normal mode is a little hard i've died many times, whenever Elizabeth screams "HANDYMAN" I already knew that i will meet Death, but is a Very Good game. Worthy of GOTY!

    Люблю эту игру за то как хорошо написана история и связанан с прошлыми частями (есть конечно пара мелочей, но это не влияет на историю). Так же нме очень понравилась Колумбия из-за открытости города, по сравнению с тёмным и закрытым Восторгом. Самая большая проблема игры это то, что в ней очень-очень много перестрелок, что может очень быстро надоедать и иногда хочется пройти всё тихо иЛюблю эту игру за то как хорошо написана история и связанан с прошлыми частями (есть конечно пара мелочей, но это не влияет на историю).     Final entry of the bioshock saga with the best story so far, the gunplay and the vigors are also pretty good in this game but not as good as in the other bioshocks. Elizabeth is also an amazing character and the Lutece are funny as hell. And the burial at sea dlcs are very good dlcs.

    This game gave me the best moments of my life. An unforgettable story in a completely different world after the first two games. I wish I could lose my memory and play again. I wish the story was much more understandable, but we interpret some things ourselves. I think it's good about that.

    Esse pessoal da 2K consegue abrir a mente e criar mundo espetaculares, dessa vez no céu onde deixa o game mais interessante ainda, oque peca um pouco seria um pouco dos gráficos que na minha opinião na época de lançamento saíram defasados, tinha que caprichar mais.
    Porém mesmo assim tem todo o conteúdo dos anteriores e tem qualidade recomendo.

    Come tutta la saga di Bioshock anche questo è un capolavoro. Trama stellare , ambientazione e atmosfere uniche, questo gioco è Arte così come tutta la saga . Non credete a chi dice che ci sono buchi di trama . Semplicemente è un gioco che per essere capito appieno deve essere giocato più volte poiché la trama è un po' complicata è tipo un thriller ( per me questo è un pregio , basta conCome tutta la saga di Bioshock anche questo è un capolavoro. Trama stellare , ambientazione e atmosfere uniche, questo gioco è Arte così come tutta la saga . Non credete a chi dice che ci sono buchi di trama . Semplicemente è un gioco che per essere capito appieno deve essere giocato più volte poiché la trama è un po' complicata è tipo un thriller ( per me questo è un pregio , basta con ste trame semplici, lineari e scontate alla the last of us 1) e una volta compreso ogni piccolo dettaglio e il significato di ogni piccola parola o dello scenario rappresentato nello schermo tutto tornerà chiarissimo. La parola capolavoro ultimamente viene usata spesso senza senso ( The last of us 1? Posso capire il 2 più originale ma il 1 scontatissimo oltre che sà di già visto) ma questo è uno di quei pochi titoli che ne rientra pienamente. Stupendo!.… Expand

    Bioshock Infinite takes a leap in self-awareness in a way few stories can do good. Booker DeWitt is written very well. The whole game made me question and ponder the inter-conflicts of every character. This game capitalized on Bioshock's potential and has me looking forward to the next

    BioShock Infinite is gorgeous, it has some of the best world-building in any videogame, and a very unique artstyle that makes it look special and timeless.
    The story's premise is very interesting, although the story does feel a little bit absent in the middle, it picks up later on and surprises the player with some huge twists and a phenomenal ending. The two    To Infinity and Beyond...
    BioShock Infinite is gorgeous, it has some of the best world-building in any videogame, and a very unique artstyle that makes it look special and timeless.

    The story's premise is very interesting, although the story does feel a little bit absent in the middle, it picks up later on and surprises the player with some huge twists and a phenomenal ending.

    The two main characters of the game have a fantastic chemistry together, they both have likeable personalities and nice backstories.

    As for the gameplay, it's pretty good, the shooting feels heavy and responsive, and the vigors add some depth to it, all in all I'm satisfied.

    Unfortunately though, the mission structure is quite repetitive, and combined with the questionable pacing, it drags down some parts of the game, also the late game difficulty spike was unnecessary and tedious.

    This is a very solid game overall, and for its time, it's probably one of the most fascinating First Person Shooters I've played.

    Irrational studios has done it again: epic game.

    After Bioshock 2, I was kind of done with the Rapture theme. Although I can play the first two Bioshock games over and over again without it ever boring me, if there was ever to be a new game, I wanted some fresh new ideas. My wish had been granted when Bioshock Infinite hit the shelves. Instead of playing on the bottom of the world,    Irrational studios has done it again: epic game.

    After Bioshock 2, I was kind of done with the Rapture theme. Although I can play the first two Bioshock games over and over again without it ever boring me, if there was ever to be a new game, I wanted some fresh new ideas. My wish had been granted when Bioshock Infinite hit the shelves.

    Instead of playing on the bottom of the world, you are now playing high in the sky, almost touching space. Bioshock Infinite takes places in a new city Columbia. It floats high in the air by massive fans and, just like Rapture, keeps hidden from existence. You play as Booker DeWitt, a new character and a good one I might add. Just like Jack from the first Bioshock, you immediately feel some sort of connection with him because of his excellent dialogue, expression and overall interaction.

    Irrational studios has done it again. They produced another excellent game with another excellent story. It is what the Bioshock games are known for and they did not disappoint with this game. Because of this reason, I will not review any part of the story in this review, this is something that you need to experience for yourself, especially in combination with the two DLC episodes “Burial at Sea”.

    The mechanics of the game work very similar to the first games. You got a selection of new different weapons and instead of using Plasmids, like the previous games, you use Vigors and Salts. The Vigors have the same idea as the Plasmids but are still completely unique. You can shoot a horde of murderous crows at your enemies, posses them so they attack other enemies and then shoot a bullet trough their brains or splash them away with water and tentacles.

    For money, you collect the national currency of Columbia, the Silver Dollar.

    The new enemies in the game are also very well created and a lot of thought did go into them. You got your standard police officers and other human enemies, but then, out of the blue, you got attacked by a big, mechanical patriot doll, complete in the style of George Washington. And if that is not enough, you got the Handymans, humans in a big exoskeletons with their hearts outside of their bodies, encased in the middle of their suits. The only thing they do is Hulk Smash so they are predictable, but when they hit you, you just bought yourself a one way ticket back to earth.

    I like the combat, besides shooting and bewitch enemies, you can also knock them off Columbia. If there is a ledge and you have your trusty Broncho Vigor selected, let them fly!

    Speaking of flying, the new rail mechanic, in which you can use kilometers of metal railing to quickly travel to other places, or giving you the advantage in a fight, is really cool. You collect some sort of grappling hook early in the game and can attach it to the railing whenever you want. You even got a nice attack when disengaging from the rail and jumping towards an enemy.

    The controls in the game work flawless and the new mechanics, Vigors and rail sliding is easy to understand and master. You just feel like you are in control.
    The graphics in Bioshock Infinite are beautiful and the environments and attention to detail is just stunning. The lighting is also very well done and gives objects, enemies and scenery a nice finishing touch.

    I must say that the ambient music and fight tracks when sh!t hits the fan, are a little disappointing from what I was used to from the previous games. They are just generic and “all right” .However, this did impact my positive experience with the game.

    I really don’t have any complaints or minor issues with Bioshock Infinite, it is just another game in the series that impressed me just as much as the previous installments.

    If you cannot tell, I really liked the game and would recommend it to everyone. Even for the players that did not particularly liked the first games, because the action and combat is this game, is spot on.    … Expand

    One of the most remarkable games I have ever played. It is a magnificient piece of art. In contrast to Bioshock's Rapture which is set in sea and is dark, Infinite's Columbia is set in the bright sky and is a thing of beauty though as dystopian as Rapture. A great steampunk gaming experience with no parallel.

    Again you have an interesting world with values, that went too far. This time there are conservative values and they wrote them detailed and convincing. The story is also great and detailed. In addition the game is playing in 1912, so it is a little history lesson, how people behaved then.

    The graphics is top, even today. The sound and music are great and fit into the time.
    Gameplay? It is not just a shooter. You have many parts, where you are not shooting, but exploring the city. In addition you need to develop your character in his weapons, powers and equipments. So why, I cant give 10 points? The save point system is so annoying: you cant save freely, but have an auto save system from the consoles and they didnt patch it, there is no mod for that.

    Bioshock infinite is a great example of a good well balanced game with very minor flaws, its incredible story immerses the player into a world of conflict between morality, justice and inequality, where you play as Booker DeWitt, a hand for hire ex-Pinkerton man, who's on a mission to deliver a girl called Elizabeth to New York to wipe away his debt, the plot twist at the end of the gameBioshock infinite is a great example of a good well balanced game with very minor flaws, its incredible story immerses the player into a world of conflict between morality, justice and inequality, where you play as Booker DeWitt, a hand for hire ex-Pinkerton man, who's on a mission to deliver a girl called Elizabeth to New York to wipe away his debt, the plot twist at the end of the game honours the legacy of Plot twist endings in every other Bioshock game, the graphics are by no means photorealistic, but the art style is incredible and the colouring is well fitting the atmosphere of every level, emotion and ambience.
    The gameplay is very hard to love, but either way very hard to hate, would've loved if we could've known or been warned before switching vigors, or managed to carry many more guns like previous instalments, or had the ability to see our quests and where we're supposed to go, this in my opinion, was the only thing holding the game back of earning a 10/10 score.
    If you love great pacing, stellar story telling, and immersive environment and level design, do not look afar, Bioshock infinite is right up your alley.    … Expand

    Probably my favorite game ever made. Story is 10/10, execution and tackled topics are 10/10, gameplay is 10/10, visuals are 10/10. There is nothing bad I can say about it.
    Plus this game offends liberals and conservatives alike, so you know it is doing something right.

    Still a wonderful game in 2022. The graphics aged really well, the plot is really interesting and mechanics are really engaging. Really believe that we're looking at a classic, one of the best games of 2nd decade of 21st century.

    Probably the best bioshock game. It is not perfect but very close to it. The story and the gameplay are very entertaining until the end.

    Мне этот Bioshock понравился значительно больше чем первая часть. Сразу опишу плюсы:
    + Большие, открытые и красочные локации приятней, чем мрачные подводные тоннели Восторга. Там , конечно, был свой шарм, но под конец это уже надоедало. Здесь вам точно скучно не будет! + Более вменяемый сюжет (с завихрениями под конец, естественно, но все же). +    Всем любителям экшена - must have!

    Very warm and nostalgic locations also if you play first time, soft graphic, bad fight system and **** **** jolting when buggie man is jumping, the story on 10 with no critics. And game plays great on second wallground without boring.

    Una obra maestra imperdible, la trilogía no pudo haber terminado de otra manera, la historia, los niveles, la música, todo lo hace bien, definitivamente a pesar de haber salido hace casi 10 años sigue siendo uno de eso juegos que tienes que jugar de vez en cuando como una buena película, espero con ansias que anuncien la película y quizá pudiera regresar con una cuarta entrega.

    One of the best games I've ever played, great music, great characters and a SENSATIONAL story. just loved every moment with Elizabeth, the plot along the beautiful art style, the amazing criticism over religion, racism, xenophobia... It´s just something else.

    i played infinite before playing the other 2 BioShock games, and i will say, completing this makes me want to give them another try. Columbia is a beautiful setting filled with personality, the story confused the hell out of me but the characters were more than charming enough to keep me wanting more, and the end was immensely satisfying (no spoilers. the gameplay format is the only slighti played infinite before playing the other 2 BioShock games, and i will say, completing this makes me want to give them another try.     Great game but the plot is kinda overrated. When you start with the multiple realities stuff it's usually.. well for me atleast it speaks of lazy writing. I still enjoyed it, not as much as I did enjoy playing the first two.. even Bio 2 had better atmosphere in my opinion. And atmosphere is the biggesy thing that keeps me hooked.

    Play this game it's a must!

    While it's not as genre-changing as the original Bioshock, this game still delivers a unique narrative on a unique setting that I'm happy it's part of the franchise. The gameplay is fresh enough and the new powers are really fun to use. It's insane how what seems to be an escort mission isn't as tedious as they usually are. Play it.

    Like the original Bioshock, this game has an incredibly imaginative story and richly detailed environment, but this time it all takes place in the airborne city of Columbia in 1912.     A genuinely great, and oddly influential, shooter. My biggest gripe is more how this is basically a solid sci-fi shooter instead of an immersive sim. Still very great and well-done, might have been crushed due to the weight of ambition during development. Absolutely worth playing however!

    The story is mysterious and the end is a real surprise.
    The difficulty is not high, even on higher settings and your companion takes on a supportive role by delivering ammo and health if needed. If you want a challenge play the 1999 version that unlocks after one playthrough. It is also a good idea to explore the place because of riddles and goodies to find.    … Expand

    The best supporting character I have played is in this game.
    The atmosphere sometimes changes. The quality does not decrease. The atmosphere of the game was very good. You should definitely play this game.

    In many ways, I preferred this game to the originals, but can also see how it did not live up the expectations of fans upon its initial release, I hold no real loyalty to the Bioshock series as I didn't play it when it initially released, so all I can say is from an outsider's perspective this is as refined and perfected that Bioshock can get.
