    Good-
    The game feels very high-stakes and intense. The choice and consequences are mechanic is well thought out.
    Bad- Bugs. Lots and lots of bugs. Dialogue is so bland and has no soul. Gameplay design is so tedious and just not fun Thoughts- Beholder 3 takes all that worked in Alawar’s previous Beholder games, and coalesces them into a neat little package that doesn’t shy from    Good-

    Thoughts-
    Beholder 3 takes all that worked in Alawar’s previous Beholder games, and coalesces them into a neat little package that doesn’t shy from going into dark spaces with its political drama and depiction of a totalitarian state. Its choice and consequence mechanics work really well in tandem with its constantly high-stakes gameplay. However, many of these ideas get dragged down by bland design and dialogue, and loads of technical inefficiencies. Beholder 3 might not appeal to everyone, but the bottom line is this – if you liked Beholder and Beholder 2, you will probably end up liking this one as well.    … Expand

    Поиграл полчаса. Эта простенькая инди игра с обильным числом багов нагрела мою видюху почти до 90 градусов по цельсии, хотя в ней даже толком нет настроек графики. Ну хватит о техническом состоянии. Игра мне показалась скучной и бессмысленной. Также я не понял как проходить одно задание, долго думал и в итоге, game over, начинай всё с самого начала.Поиграл полчаса.     Taking over the series development reins, Paintbucket Games chose a path of imitation by rehashing elements of the first two games without adding anything new. Diligently copying rules, gameplay mechanics and visual attributes, the developers missed the whole raison d'etre of the game — making tough decisions under pressure, because Beholder 3 is incapable of driving you into a corner.

    A pretty cool dystopian experience filled with blackmail, intimidation, and gross human rights violations. The dark themes make it a bit of a heavy hitter.

    On paper Beholder 3 had it all. Taking the best of its predecessors, it promised us richer gameplay, even more dilemmas and the return of this very special atmosphere that had once hit the mark. But in practice, things are more complicated. Wanting too much to draw inspiration from its elders, Beholder 3 is struggling to find its own identity. And even if that were the case, the lack of finish is enough to leave many players on the floor. The concept and the atmosphere are certainly interesting, but unfortunately they are not enough to impose this opus as the Great Leader of the Beholders. Note all the same that if you have never got your hands on a Beholder, you can add a good point on this note.
