    Честно говоря история хозяина дома мне понравилась гораздо больше чем история бюрократа. к тому же по-моему в ней стало меньше вариативности.     This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Единственная игра, в которой изменилась концепция серии, но это пошло только на пользу. Мои главные претензии в том, что на положительность концовки не влияют твои действия при прохождении, а влияет сколько сейфов ты нашел, то есть нет смысла всем помогать, ведь дальнейшей судьбы хоть кого-то мы никогда не узнаем (а я ради нескольких квестов заново этажи проходил!!!). Еще беда в том, что это сиквел и он противоречит положительной концовке предыдущей части.… Expand

    There have been improvements when compared to the first Beholder game, but I liked the first Beholder game more than this one. 3hrs on record.

    Довольно интересный симулятор СССР. Есть вариативность концовок. Но первая часть мне понравилась больше.

    This game is radically diferent from the 1st. game. In this game have changed mechanics, story, target. But developers of the game save the most important from 1ts. game - atmosphere. Lots of missions, riddles, endings. But in this game VERY boring and some times idiotic job whitout any logic(especially on the 2 floor). I am understand that developers want to show this period of time, butThis game is radically diferent from the 1st. game. In this game have changed mechanics, story, target.     Beholder 2 is an entertaining title with high replay values due to having several endings, and if you didn’t get a chance to try it on PC or Switch before, now is the best time to go for it on either PS4 or XBOX1. Be warned though, that the endings that are expecting you are gonna be some of the most dramatic ones you have ever experienced.

    Just like in the original game, Beholder 2 offers an impressive variety of options. You decide the best way to climb up the totalitarian ladder, whether by using dirty tricks or honesty. It's a pity that the sequel lacks the urgency and rarely forces you to cut corners or suffer for your kindness.

    In the end, Beholder 2 might not be able to compete with the big AAA titles out there in the visual and depth departments, but it is a solid sequel to the original. Kudos to the developers for listening to criticism and addressing a lot of the shortcomings of the original Beholder. Beholder 2 is a pretty fun experience that gives you lots to do and look at, all while simulating the horror of a totalitarian existence with a nice balance of humor and seriousness. Could it look better? Sure – but as they say, beauty is in the eye of the … something something …
