MikeKApr 26, 2010Very disappointing from bad company one .. i find number 2 way over rated..,restricted maps, the plus side is frostbite engine ..very nice graphics .. but there's more better games out there then this steer clear.

LucasApr 13, 2010This is definitely the best FPS I've played since BF2. The only thing I can complain about so far is the missing ability to lay down (you can only crouch)... That's why it gets 8 instead of 9 out of 10. Hopefully EA will add that feature... Other than that, its a really entertaining game, and not as expensive as MW2 was.

JasonZApr 7, 2010This game is the best FPS for PC for 2010 so far. It is far more better than Modern Warfare 2. Lots of action and campaign is good. I use a C521 which is not really A good computer and run this game smoothly. DICE did an amazing job with this game.

ErnestMar 23, 2010Brilliant game. Great squad based multiplayer, lack of lag and the SP is solid. As for Trevor's comment, he has a low end computer. The minimum requirements are a 8800GT with a 3.0GHz dual core. I have this and it runs at 1440x900 at low settings fine. Still looks great though.

AdamCMar 23, 2010Bad Company 2 is an amazing game. A reboot of Battlefield 2, if you will, the multiplayer component is spectacular and absolutely will make a battlefield Veteran happy. @ Trevor who gave this game a 1.... Having a computer that can't run the game properly is no reason to give it a 1. For anyone looking for a comparison, I run the game maxed out with a Q9550, 4 gb ram, and a GTX 275.

The new single-player mode isn’t that interesting, but the multi-player part is fantastic. With new destructable environments and new game modes Bad Company 2 is the best Battlefield game so far.
-
Do you like first-person shooters? If the answer is yes, buy Battlefield: Bad Company 2. If there's a weakness it lies in the slightly brief single-player campaign, but the brilliant, potentially Modern Warfare 2 beating multiplayer more than picks up the slack.
-
Though it occasionally stumbles, there's one thing that Bad Company 2 clearly demonstrates: DICE has graduated from the, "can only do a multiplayer FPS" class, and is perfectly capable of making a great all-around game.
