I absolutely love this DLC! This is my favorite DLC in any Battlefield game to date. Although I've only played Battlefield 3 and 4, I definitely like Naval Strike more than any other DLC in another Battlefield game. I love the Carrier Assault game mode and the maps are awesome and beautiful. The only reason I rate it a 9 instead of a 10 is because the Levelution is barely even there.I absolutely love this DLC! Even when it is, it has no effect on the map like the Siege of Shanghai. All in all, the DLC is extremely well put together. Expand

You can point out various Battlefield’s shortcomings, but DICE is excellent when it comes to designing maps and Naval Strike once again proves that fact. [06/2014, p.71]

If you've avoided Premium so far, it's probably not worth purchasing now. [July 2014, p.97]

Battlefield 4's third DLC is far from perfect, but at least it manages to offer four highly enjoyable maps. The new game mode Carrier Assault looks great on paper, but fails to deliver a dynamic Battlefield experience. Naval Strike's lack of new surface combatants is really puzzling. Are small patrol boats really the best Battlefield 4 can do? [May 2014]
