Oct 27, 2016Delivering its most robust, fast-paced episode in the series yet, Telltale will leave you with a nasty cliffhanger and a smile of satisfaction.
-
Oct 26, 2016Episode 3 has been my favorite so far, to the point that I'm somewhat doubtful that Telltale can top it with either of the remaining installments. The bar has been set high this time around, with a perfectly paced plot and just the right balance between action and narrative. My only real complaint concerns a reveal that comes right at the end of the episode.

Oct 27, 2016If you thought the previous episode left you feeling that Bruce Wayne couldn’t get any lower or that Batman was on a path of destruction… just wait till you see the end of Episode 3… I won’t ruin anything but man does it set things up for an interesting Episode 4.
-
Oct 25, 2016New World order was an enlightening episode with one hell of a latter half. The highs were huge and while a few of the quieter moments lacked quite the impact players may expect, were certainly providing a platform for the finale to spring from.
-
Oct 25, 2016Those that enjoy the more action-packed moments may find themselves a little bored with this episode. but if you’re interested in the politics and enjoy complicated relationship building, you’ll likely find New World Order more satisfactory.
-
Oct 31, 2016The game continues to look and sound great – technical glitches aside.
-
Oct 25, 2016It’s a tribute to Telltale that the intricate, multi-layered plot and diverse cast of intertwined villains and madmen makes episode three’s lack of consequence and gameplay shortcomings excusable.
-
Oct 27, 2016Bruce Wayne stills the real main character in this Telltale Series. And this is one of the best features in it's adventure. Great moments and cliffhanger at the end of the chapter, but too simple in terms of gameplay.
-
Oct 25, 2016Episode Three provides some fantastic moments, but it’s such a shame it takes so long to introduce them.
-
Oct 26, 2016The narrative picks up the slack, and despite a slow start, it builds into a nice crescendo and naturally, a cliffhanger.
-
Oct 25, 2016Overall, Episode 3 feels like a middle episode. The story had some wonderful beats, with a beautiful middle section that blends Batman and Bruce’s problems together nicely, but it ends with a hard cut that practically begs for the next episode to start rather than providing a break in the action.
-
Oct 25, 2016Batman: The Telltale Series - Episode 3 "New World Order" is a weaker episode, but with a series this strong that isn't saying too much. Technical issues are still a problem, but the storytelling and acting more than make up for it. The episode could have used more punch and less of a cliffhanger ending, but it serves its purpose well in transitioning us from the explosive second episode and toward the apparent endgame of the final two entries.
-
Oct 26, 2016The cliffhanger left us waiting for the last two episodes, but didn't make us forget how slow this episode was and how little our decisions mattered.
-
Nov 3, 2016Telltale's Batman series has passed the halfway point--and, unfortunately, Episode 3 fails to raise the stakes, present a fresh take on Bruce Wayne, or take the narrative in an interesting new direction.
-
Oct 27, 2016Episode 3 of Telltale’s Batman series is another solid entry, and continues to lay plenty of groundwork for later down the line. A bit more of anything when it comes to actually being The Dark Knight would be nice, mind.
-
Oct 31, 2016A low point for the series, both in gameplay and narrative cohesion.
