    Juegazo, como lo ha sido uno y cada uno de los juegos de esta saga que, para mí, es una de las mejores trilogías de los últimos años. Yo lo he jugado después del Batman Arkham City y el Batman Arkham Origins respectivamente, por lo que me ha chocado un poco la "pobre" jugabilidad que tiene respecto a las demás entregas en todas las facetas: en el combate, en el sigilo, en la variedad deJuegazo, como lo ha sido uno y cada uno de los juegos de esta saga que, para mí, es una de las mejores trilogías de los últimos años. Yo lo he jugado después del Batman Arkham City y el Batman Arkham Origins respectivamente, por lo que me ha chocado un poco la "pobre" jugabilidad que tiene respecto a las demás entregas en todas las facetas: en el combate, en el sigilo, en la variedad de "juguetes", etc...aún así para los nuevos que se inicien en la saga con esta primera entrega fliparéis jugándolo. Incluso para los que han jugado ya algún título posterior de la saga es totalmente recomendable, porque la historia principal sigue siendo BRUTAL, es como leerte un CÓMIC VIRTUAL. Da igual que seas fan o no del hombre-murciélago que disfrutaréis igualmente de su excelente guión, incluso los que no sois fans podéis convertiros en uno después de jugar a este título o algún otro de la saga (lo digo desde la experiencia XD).

    This game was incredible in 2009. The graphics are cool. Atmosphere of the DC universe is great and perfect. A lot of collectibles that help us to understand lore. To be honest, I am not a big fan of Batman and DC, but it was a great pleasure for me to play this game. We got something interesting mechanics and a perfect beat`em`up system.
    So why is it not 10? Because we got some boring    This game was incredible in 2009. The graphics are cool. Atmosphere of the DC universe is great and perfect. A lot of collectibles that help us to understand lore. To be honest, I am not a big fan of Batman and DC, but it was a great pleasure for me to play this game.     So why is it not 10? Because we got some boring levels like Croc`s lair and Scarecrow`s nightmare. Also, problems with animations and stealth levels are disgusting

    Groundbreaking combat system , top tier voice acting , good story and atmosphere , metroidvania level design.
    Combat system has inspired a lot of games after it .

    One of the games I have re-played multiple times. Fighting, graphics, general feeling of being a Batman. Great story.

    Emotions are too unrealistic.I dont know did u notice but you re doin same thing in some levels.without these game is awesome.Mark Hamill and Kevin made a great job

    Um excelente jogo, muito bom mesmo, graficos muito bons mesmo com um jogo de 10 anos atras, a jogabilidade falha em alguns aspectos de combate, a historia e boa. Enfim o jogo e muito bom.

    First game in trilogy which brings hope for future Batman games.
    What can I say ? Almost masterpiece :) Great in every aspect with one small annoying thing on the end - Joker Strong Man fight :) for charakter like Joker its a stupid idea to make him like this...

    One of the favourite games of all time. Unexpected, very cool graphics. New style of gameplay, very good combat, interesting story and badass stereotypic boss fights.

In addition, it is perfectly depicted here and, in my opinion, is one of the best Jokers, whether from games or movies. Batman is also perfect with luxury dubbing. Batman does not have his typical rough voice here, which we may know, for example, from the film trilogy by Christopher Nolan. In short, it's a slightly different voice and a little better for me. But we will move on from the characters, even if they form a crucial role here. For example, I will not mention Harley Quinn or others, because it would be a long time to describe how much I like their processing here. So let's move on to an amazing environment. The Joker's madhouse has its charm. You go through this whole institute and solve various puzzles or ways to get somewhere else with the help of Batman toys, such as explosive gel or others. Of course, what kind of Batman would it be if we didn't have the opportunity to really beat up a few bastards doing trouble to others. Our dark bat hero has a lot of delicious combos here, thanks to which you will give one poem a blow to the enemas. In addition to all this, you can improve Batman with the progress of the acquired XP, so that gradually the battles are even better. The story is amazing and I don't want to spoiler it for you. I will just mention that there is also Scarecrow, which is one of my very favorite characters from the DC world. The passages with him in this game are absolutely luxurious and I swallowed with pleasure. Subsequently, we will see some couple of boss fights, which are also not wrong. In fact, the only mistake of the game is the already mentioned institute in which the game is located. Although I praised him and he is amazing, he is quite small and you will go through it quite quickly. In other words, if you are not interested in the story and you just want to run around the game so freely, you have no option where to go. Otherwise, this is an amazing game, which I recommend, logically mainly to fans of Batman, but I think that even the biggest fans of Batman can enjoy the game.… Expand

    The start of a beautiful game franchise. Slightly marred by the release of Arkham Knight on pc but we wont talk about that. This game is very well put together with each part of the map having a reason for being there. One of the benefits of it being a relatively small map.

    Invented a genre basically with its combat system, great atmosphere. After Nolan's films Batman deserved a great gaming franchise and this started it.

    Amazing story, great boss fights, controls are really easy to use and allow you to pull of some really fun and satisfying puzzles. The storyline is also really good, and each fight can be approached in many different ways. The only problem I have with this game are the Riddler trophies, which can be a pain to collect, especially when you have already completed the main story.

    Wonderful game, even for someone like me who isn't big fan of Batman, or even comics overall. The gameplay is interesting (play on gamepad), map is small-ish and restricted but it's enough for the premise of the game. I was absolutely blown by the voice-over and style of the Joker.

    The creepy and horrific Atmosphere and Level Design reinforce the Immersion. The Combat System is very fun and diversified. Every Boss Fight requires a specific and unique strategy to win. The Scarecrow Nightmares were so memorable and well made. The Audio Tapes are very useful to know more about the Character's Lores. It really feels like your a Comic's Super    The Good Stuff +

    An underwhelming Finale.
    Sometimes it loses the track of the enemy, so it kills the smoothness of the Fight.

    this game is one of the best superhero games ever made and out of every single Batman Arkham game this one has the best Atmosphere and despite coming out in 2009 it has aged incredibly well

    it crashed twice but i turned off V-Sync and it never crashed again

    Batman Arkham Asylum is the best Batman game reboot after many failed games. Its an absolutely amazing game. You truly feel like the vigilante Batman and his caped crusade against the criminal of Gotham. The villain line up is amazing. The game is semi open world but it is dark and grim, like how you would expect an asylum filled with all the greatest criminals to be. Gone are the days when enemies take turns to punch or shoot you. The takedown and free-flow combat is the best thing this game has to offer to the gaming world. The goons often have funny conversations. This Batman while true to his no-killing rule, does not shy away from crippling the criminals and leaves them to ponder that the sweet release of death would have been better than being crippled for life.… Expand

    I first played this game back in 2011 when I first started playing video games, this game will always be in my heart as the first video game I have every played in my life. The game is amazing in almost everyway, from Story and Characters, to Gameplay Mechanics.     A very good game, I love canon Batman, showed in this game. Best in the series! I'm played City and Origins, but this is best! Only in the end of the game: battle with Titan Joker is little cringe, but what ever. Play one more time next year!

    I can say with confidence and cannot stress enough, Batman: Arkham Asylum is, without a doubt, the best Batman game ever created. It does more than give you the Batman game you want, it gives you a video game that you could play repeatedly, even if it didn't have the caped and cowled Dark Knight in it.
