    Wonderful game, even for someone like me who isn't big fan of Batman, or even comics overall. The gameplay is interesting (play on gamepad), map is small-ish and restricted but it's enough for the premise of the game. I was absolutely blown by the voice-over and style of the Joker.

    Начну я свой обзор с того что купил игру на скидках, так как не возлагал больших надежд на данную игру. А прошёл я данную игру буквально сегодня. И могу сказать, что сюжет в этой игре хороший, конечно не без минусов или изъян, но хороший. А вот то, что самое главное в этой игре, для чего я и многие другие купили эту игру, это захватывающие битвы между    Одна из лучших игр про супергероев.

    Начну я свой обзор с того что купил игру на скидках, так как не возлагал больших надежд на данную игру. А прошёл я данную игру буквально сегодня. И могу сказать, что сюжет в этой игре хороший, конечно не без минусов или изъян, но хороший. А вот то, что самое главное в этой игре, для чего я и многие другие купили эту игру, это захватывающие битвы между Бэтменом и Джокером, а также другими злодеями. Раз мы остановились на битвах, я расскажу о минусах:

    Минусы:
    1.Блокирование – С начала игры и практически до её конца игры я не видел, никакой нормальной блокировки, как это было в Arkham City. В нескольких шагах от Бэтмена стоит бандит, и он его не может заблокировать. А вот если он стоит в конце карты, то мы его конечно заблочим!
    2.Битвы с боссами – Всего здесь их три. Первая с Бичем. Вторая с Ядовитым плющом. Третия с Джокером. Битч – легкий. Плющ - легкий. Джокер – легкий. Тут и говорить нечего.
    3.Последний минус это мелкие косяки по типу ног Бэтмена проходящих через голову бандитов, с озвучкой Харли Квин на русском (она мне очень потрепала нервишки) и так далее. Но их можно простить игре 2009 года.

    И, конечно же, плюсы данной игры. К слову их довольно много, поэтому я пробегу по ним быстро:

    Плюсы:
    1.Джокер – ОН АФИГЕНЫЙ ПЕРСОНАЖ. По суть он тащит всю игру на себе.
    2.Лечебница Архем – Проработан каждый дюйм этой лечебницы. Гуляй, где хочешь и делай что хочешь.
    3.Много гаджетов – Название о себе и говорит. Бери в руки бэткоготь и перемешайся из вышки в вышку или же бери в руки бэтеранг и круши врагов.
    4.Биографии персонажей – За это огромное спасибо Rocksteay Studio. Очень много узнал о любимых персонажей и не только.

    Great game. The combat is smooth and fun to play. For 2009, The graphics are great and perfect. However after some time the repetitive play become stale and a little bit boring

    Amazing story, great boss fights, controls are really easy to use and allow you to pull of some really fun and satisfying puzzles. The storyline is also really good, and each fight can be approached in many different ways. The only problem I have with this game are the Riddler trophies, which can be a pain to collect, especially when you have already completed the main story.

    Günümüzden bakınca biraz eskimiş dursa da özellikle dövüş mekaniği kendisinden sonra gelen bütün oyunlara öncü olmuştur. Tam bir klasik.

    Amazing game. Every part of the game is amazing except the combat it is way too simple but is still fluid and fun. Overall Fantastic game

    The start of a beautiful game franchise. Slightly marred by the release of Arkham Knight on pc but we wont talk about that. This game is very well put together with each part of the map having a reason for being there. One of the benefits of it being a relatively small map.

    This game was incredible in 2009. The graphics are cool. Atmosphere of the DC universe is great and perfect. A lot of collectibles that help us to understand lore. To be honest, I am not a big fan of Batman and DC, but it was a great pleasure for me to play this game. We got something interesting mechanics and a perfect beat`em`up system.
    So why is it not 10? Because we got some boring    This game was incredible in 2009. The graphics are cool. Atmosphere of the DC universe is great and perfect. A lot of collectibles that help us to understand lore. To be honest, I am not a big fan of Batman and DC, but it was a great pleasure for me to play this game. We got something interesting mechanics and a perfect beat`em`up system.
    So why is it not 10? Because we got some boring levels like Croc`s lair and Scarecrow`s nightmare. Also, problems with animations and stealth levels are disgusting

    Si te gusta mucho batman jugalo tiene combates con el espantapájaros y mecánicas de hack and slash, y cosas de plataformas y aventuras aun así se siente un poco quedado en ese sentido, al principio es muy lento después el juego te pone eufórico pero después no puede sostenerse así hasta el final, los escenarios son muy oscuros, el modo detective es agotador, para encontrar los secretosSi te gusta mucho batman jugalo tiene combates con el espantapájaros y mecánicas de hack and slash, y cosas de plataformas y aventuras aun así se siente un poco quedado en ese sentido, al principio es muy lento después el juego te pone eufórico pero después no puede sostenerse así hasta el final, los escenarios son muy oscuros, el modo detective es agotador, para encontrar los secretos que deja el acertijo, ver que enemigos usan armas de fuego, ayuda al sigilo, pero a veces te ves obligado a pasar gran parte del juego en modo detective y eso es cansador. poca variedad de tonalidades.     Баги в игре полностью выпилены.
    Боевая система солидно смотрится даже в 2020, не говоря уже и о 2009. Графика в игре на должном уровне.     Sempre gostei do Batman, mas depois desse jogo passei a esperar mais de todas as outras mídias quando o assunto é Batman.

    Meu computador é uma torradeira e consegui me divertir demais. Com certeza esse jogou criou um padrão para jogos de heróis, tentam copiar isso até hoje em outras obras.

    One of the best games i've ever played, the history is great and in my opinion has no flaws, the gameplay is very good, great figths and great levels, but why a 9?, well i feel it a ilttle short, thats all. I totally recomend this game, even if it was released 10+ ago.

    Признаться, я никогда не просто не был фанатом, но и вовсе не играл в игры жанра "стелс" (ну или почти не играл, если не считать некоторые инди-проекты). Даже сейчас, в 2020 году, спустя столько лет после    8.4/10
    Продолжая впервые проходить знаковые игры десятилетней давности, я не мог обойти стороной серию Batman: Arkham, которую до момента карантина я активно игнорировал, и очень зря.
    Признаться, я никогда не просто не был фанатом, но и вовсе не играл в игры жанра "стелс" (ну или почти не играл, если не считать некоторые инди-проекты). Даже сейчас, в 2020 году, спустя столько лет после релиза игры, я был удивлён, насколько много в этой игре именно стелс-элементов, так как в памяти моей из 2009 года отложилось разве что "бессмысленное мочилово тупых мускулистых мужиков". Как ни странно, на файтинг (не такой уж и бессмысленный) в этой игре уделено, мне кажется, не больше 15% от общего времени, которое я провёл в игре, если не меньше. И при всём при этом игра оказалась невероятно насыщенной на те или иные геймплейные элементы, она просто-таки напичкана ими, что и не удивительно, ведь в Arkham Asylum нет открытого мира, или даже "условного открытого мира", как было в Assassin's Creed II, который я прошёл за пару дней до прохождения симулятора человека-летучей мыши. Кстати это абсолютная правда, ведь огромное количество времени ты ощущаешь себя именно что в шкуре Бэтмана, ползаешь по пещерам, пробираешься к злодеям через окольные пути в виде вентиляционных шахт. Именно этой атмосферы зачастую не хватает от фильмов по данному персонажу, и именно тут ты вспоминаешь, что олицетворяет наш герой в плаще именно что летучую мышь.
    О злодеях и других персонажах, которые занимают львиную долю основного сюжета игры, можно говорить много и все уже всё о них сказали - они прекрасны, диалоги с ними интересны и ожидаемы, битвы с ними запоминаются, и так далее. Эта игра, сочетающая в себе интересный геймплей и не менее интересный сюжет с массой интересных персонажей без различных статистов (снова мне вспоминаются бессмысленные и забытые всеми персонажи в первой части Assassin's Creed), действительно прекрасна и заслуживает внимания каждого любителя впечатляющих и интересных трипл-эй проектов.    … Expand

Класна картинка, класні рівні, колоритні персонажі (Світ Бетмена взагалі самий обширний та продуманий серед усіх коміксів). 8 - тому що далі нам покажуть, що можна ще краще.Перша дійсно ААА - гра про супергероя, класний сюжет, бойова система, яку згодом будуть копіювати усі. Класна картинка, класні рівні, колоритні персонажі (Світ Бетмена взагалі самий обширний та продуманий серед усіх коміксів). 8 - тому що далі нам покажуть, що можна ще краще.

    Its an amazing game with the visuals and combat is a lot of fun. Its great game for fans of batman and it has everything batman story should have. Sadly the final boss is bad and the end of story as well.

    What can I say ? Almost masterpiece :) Great in every aspect with one small annoying thing on the end - Joker Strong Man fight :) for charakter like Joker its a stupid idea to make him like this...

    Imagine a good batman game thats absolutely amazing well here you go, combat is the most dissapointing part of this game but the story stealth and gadgets make all that up this game is defintely an esssential.

    I'm not exactly sure what the story was really about and to be quite frank, I found it completely illogical that batman can't detain Joker whenever he got the chance to. I did rather enjoyed playing the game and the graphics were good and it ran well. It was an interesting metroid-like experience.

    So, I think the story wasn't very good. Some of the character designs were bad imho.     So, I think the story wasn't very good. Some of the character designs were bad imho. Too many repeated enemies like the bug tank bosses. Like, what's up with that and why? Did imagination on the project end at 2 enemies? Like, a boss became an enemy and that's really bad. And, there was a lot of repeated levels to possibly lengthen out the game.

    I also felt the voice acting wasn't very good on batmans part. Maybe the batman voice actor has gotten too old. He said his lines in most boring way like he has been doing batman for so many years and he's just tired of it but he's voice acting in this game just for the money. It was really bad...I wish they would have just hired another person for the part. Just try someone new, please...The joker was fine but maybe his voice actor should be changed as well. He was in to it for the most part but I felt that he didn't really fit the joker role in this game. For the cartoon he fit it perfectly, though. I also found the ending to be really bad and it abruptly ended. I was dissapointed.

    Anyways, 68% and the game is completed. It's good that there's more modes to play in the game other than the story but I'm not going to waste my time playing it and you shouldn't either. This game was a mediocre experience that I thought would get better but it never did. It was just okay and that's fine. This game is alright.    … Expand

    Truly, this is a great game. I love the setting, love the collectathon aspect, love the connection to the comics, and I think I have never seen a game that loves its source material as much.

    However, as I am not big on comics, I feel like a lot of references and plot points fly over my head.     You never felt like Batman more than in this game. You can feel the fear of your enemies and you can investigate like the best detective ever thanks to your wits and advanced tech. The atmosphere of the deserted asylum in this semi-open world is really well executed.

It is almost like a 3D Metroidvania game, where you unlock new abilities just backtrack to the old area to get to the place that was previously inaccessible. And this gives an opportunity to hide a lot of collectibles. They are plenty of them but it was a joy to find them all.
    But this is the combat system that gave this game so much appreciation and I have to admit that it is well deserved. The combat is fluid and satisfying.
    This game is just a warm-up for the next games where the world really opens for the player, but I have to admit that this one has the best atmosphere out of all three games thanks to its closed structure.    … Expand

    Really enjoyable slick cinematic movie-esque Batman experience and all-round fun adventure for the worlds greatest detective. Really impressed with the production value and bug free play through. It all totally worked as in the story, trash mobs, bosses, fun gadgets, upgrades and ending. My only nagging thought was this would be even more cool in open world.

The freeflow combat system, originated from the AC series, is already perfected in this first game. You also get some gadgets for personalised fighting styles. Scripted stealth events and investigations are more emphasised in the first game during which you have to use the Detective Mode for clues, but the Mode is so powerful (you can see through all obstacles, find all the thugs in the room and the clues are highlighted) that I think all players spend most of time in it. As much as I love this game, I have to give this game 9 instead of 10 because of this flaw. Fortunately it is tuned down in the sequel. Graphics and controls are very nicely optimised for PC.

    This game might not be as polished as its sequel Arkham City, but it is ultimately a better game IMO. The way I see it, Asylum is made for hardcore Batman fans while City is made for mainstream gamers. You get a bunch of references of the Arkham Asylum comic. The attention to detail is amazing, like the art style and animations of the characters, which are very faithful to the original work. The game is dark and is designed to make you feel isolated and helpless in a locked down Asylum. City doesn't have the same atmosphere. Also, Asylum's level design is better than City's, which is a great example why open world doesn't work as well as closed world IN MOST CASES (read, I said "in most cases". Biggest doesn't always mean better. Only in a few limited cases open world works out, which sadly only consists of a tiny percentage of the number of open world games.). In the end though, both are great games so you should play them both. Paul Dini did a great job on the script of both games.    … Expand

    One of the best super hero games ever. The history is so good, but, the last boss fight is terrible. On the other hand, the rest of the boss fights are exciting, the combat mechanic is excellent, detective mode is a great functionality, bat equipments are so cool. You must play the first game of Arkham series.

    Trying to be as unbiased as possible, this is a solid open-world, action / stealth game. And if you happen to be fan of Batman, the story, writing, abilities, characters, EVERYTHING, is a true joy to experience. One of the only negative things I can think of is I wish there was more game! Off to the next in the series, Batman: Arkham City.

    An extremely well crafted title from start to finish. It does everything right. The combat in this game never gets old. Incredibly satisfying, fluid, natural, intuitive and cool as **** While the combat is its flagship it shines in other areas as well such as great storytelling, amazing grim atmosphere, fun exploration and the chance to feel cool as **** while you play as the Batman.

    Pretty good game, awesome combat and environment. Boss fights were also brilliant, but I didn't like the story.

    An excellent game in all aspects. My favourite of the Rocksteady Batman trilogy and in my opinion the best superhero game ever made. Will be exciting to see if the new Spiderman game will be better than this one. We NEED a Superman game developed by Rocksteady tho. That would be the dream.

    A great game on many levels, possibly even better than Arkham City, which I always considered to be the best in the series. Arkham Asylum is a game that features almost flawless combat and stealth mechanics, brilliant atmosphere, writing, voice acting, story, and graphics. Definitely worth buying. An incredible game that certainly deserves the GOTY award of 2009.

    If DC can't make movies, they sure can license the right people to deliver on games of their universe. Batman: Arkham Asylum is one of those games!!!     - Incredible theme and atmosphere. The Scarecrow fight(s) are a highlight. One of the best interpretations of Batman I have ever experienced. I don't know if I've played a licensed game that made you feel so much like the character itself. This is by far the most impressive part of the game and propelled it to much greater heights for me. Given, if you are not a big Batman fan, this will not be nearly as important of a point.
    - Very well thought out encounters, particularly in the stealth parts
    - Combat is simple but does its job - could've been a greater focus in the game though

    Cons:
    - Very low enemy variety can make some of the encounters pretty boring later in the game. There are only really 6 different mobs in the game (with one of these being just a straight up reskin) and the game could've really improved on this front.
    - Boss fights are great thematically - but actually playing them out can be underwhelming. A huge number of them are essentially just remixes
    - Some of the environments can get a bit too samey - although this is of course a product of the setting, it doesn't make it any more interesting to look at
    - Poor facial animations
    - Technically was a bit strange due to the janky PhysX implementation
    - Context controls are a bit iffy - especially when coming back to these game from a decade after release. Batman too often does not do what you would expect him to do.
    - The upgrades are fine as best. While some of them do make a large impact, few are actually exciting or fun to play with

    Final Word:
    Batman: Arkham Asylum manages to intricately recreate the world of the Dark Knight through its atmosphere and world building - however it falls a bit short when it comes to combat and its age definitely shows on the technical side.

    It's hard to give a review for Arkham Asylum because Arkham City is far superior in every possible way. At the time this came out, it was about 8/10 and worth paying full price. In 2017, I would say you should buy this game if it's on sale for $10 or less.

    The game is good, but it does not reach the masterpiece (as all authoritative publications screamed about it), a primitive combat system and monotony, in general, it came to an end with difficulty. But if you are a fan of Batman, the trilogy of Arkham is obligatory for passage.

    + Though older now, Arkham Asylum still looks great (Unreal 3). And, being older, it’s fairly easy to crank up the fancy settings.
    + Great voice-acting. Many major characters from Batman: The Animated Series are here, headlined by Hamill and Conroy, and includes Arleen Sorkin’s only appearance in the Batman games as Harley Quinn (Sorkin was replaced by Tara Strong for Arkham City and later installments).
    + Great soundtrack. Not as heroic as Arkham City’s, but darker and more moody.
    + Great atmosphere. Reeks of macabre gloom.
    + A large gallery of rogues in spite of being the smallest Arkham game (Poison Ivy, Scarecrow, Bane, Joker, Zsasz and others).
    + The first iteration of the rhythmic Arkham combat is very satisfying, though with fewer gadgets and special moves compared to later games.
    + Packed with trivia and collectibles. Be sure to randomly scan with X-ray vision every now and then; you never know what you might discover. Refreshing to have some that are NOT Riddler-related.

    +/- Decent story. Once the Joker takes over, the momentum doesn’t slow until the end of the game. A few things might not make sense if you think about them too much, though.
    +/- Many narrow corridors make some levels feel very restricted.
    +/- Can be confusing to navigate. Sometimes you’re supposed to turn around and backtrack, but nothing tells you to do so.
    +/- Challenge maps are indeed challenging, but there aren’t as many as in later games. Still great for practicing the combat.

    - Backtracking. There is a lot of it. Clear an area, proceed on, get a new gadget, go back and – whoops, there are new thugs in the room, time to clear it again.
    - In what becomes a recurring theme in the Arkham games (except Origins, which was created by a different studio), boss battles are lack-luster. Usually they involve a horde-mode of some kind; others require spamming batarangs and dodging.
    - The final boss fight happens from a locked camera perspective. Not sure who thought that was a good idea.

    Arkham Asylum is easily the game that will be remembered for redefining Batman in the genre. While later games in the franchise scale great heights of impossible heroism, it’s Arkham Asylum that remains the preferred choice if you just want to “chill with Batman” without the fate of all of Gotham (and perhaps the world) hanging in the balance.    … Expand

    On a whole this game is excellent. It gets you into the story and keeps you there until the game ends. I loved the controls even though I used an Xbox 360 controller on my PC. I would recommend this highly to anyone who wants a good single player action game.

    This game is a amazing 3rd person combat game playing as Batman! All of the different bosses such as Harley Quinn, The Joker, The scarecrow and Killer croc! But the main part of the game is to get face to face with Joker. (Obviously) You also have a bunch of classic Batman tools! This game is very fun and it is very hard to beat!

The game has tons of minigamers to enjoy, including riddler challenges and extra fight content as well as other stuff. Now for my small criticisms and why the game doesnt deserve a 10. One, the use of the detective skill is somewhat demeaning. They arent mysteries, more like follow this here, take picture, move on, Batman thinks through the rest. My 2nd qualm is the xray type vision you get. This is the single most exploitative and useful piece of equipment in the game. I love it and I hate it. It makes those beautiful takedowns too easy and I am always aware of everyone else's presence in a room. This really diminishes from the feectiveness of the challenge. Most people would say "Wlel just dont use it", but its there. I dont agree with the assessment on the voice acting as the cold comments made by Batman and the great liners made by Joker and Harley were amusing. As well, I must defend this game from the idea of no-multiplayer. What doyou want, Joker fighting Batman in 1v1? Team plays? A multiplayer for this game would have been no more then a cheesy gimmick. My only other qualm was that the storyline was somewhat short. However, this isnt the fallback of the game, its more the experience of the gamer. People new to games or whom like to take this time could easily rack up 6-12 hours of gameplay while the traditional and experienced gamer could probably navigate the game in one sitting of 4-5 hours. However, thats only a minor drawback but it would have been fun to see more content. I hope that the sequel will be of as good quality.… Expand

    Me la pasé muy bien juntando todos los colectibles del Riddler, no así con las sgtes entregas que lo encuentro más tedioso, quizás lo intente con el Arkham City. veremos...

The environment especially was no where near as exciting and felt confining. Story was ok and the voice acting spotty but sometimes good. The mechanics of Batman weren't as polished either.     Batman Arkham Asylum is a really excellent game. The story and the game play are also good.
    Be the Batman is awesome. Worth to buy the Game of the year edition.

    This is the one that star it all. In this game you feel like the Batman. Some said that Arkham City is better for being an open game and I do love that, but there is something special in being in the asylum hunting the Joker. One of the greatest games ever!

    So, I’m not a batman fan. I’ve seen maybe 2 of the movies and never played any of the games before this. I must say that this was a fantastic introduction to the franchise. Every aspect of the game feels well thought out - the story is excellent, controls are easy to pick up, even the graphics have held up after 5 years. It doesn’t matter if you’re going stealth or full combat, glidingSo, I’m not a batman fan. I’ve seen maybe 2 of the movies and never played any of the games before this.     You are the caped crusader who is playing tango with your ultimate nemesis, the Joker. With a good handful of other villains added into the story, all well connected oh how and why. You can find so many hidden gems playing through Arkham Asylum that explore the story of other not so popular villains and characters in the Batman universe. Game is very linear but    Justice. Fists. Batman.

You can find so many hidden gems playing through Arkham Asylum that explore the story of other not so popular villains and characters in the Batman universe. Game is very linear but that is not a bad thing, the story is well thought out and plays out much like a comic book or several comic books. Roughly 10 hours of gameplay if you work on the story and some of the riddles around Arkham, I ended with about 75% completion on the first go through on hard difficulty.
    Only negative thing I would point out is some of the dialogue in non cut scenes between Batman and characters is bland and dull with very little emotion or effort put fourth. Dry.    … Expand

    Good story that i liked while i was playing.I recommend this game to everyone.İf you have a hesitation to buy game, dont believe the hesitation.Buy and enjoy :)

    The more I play this game, the more I love it. It's really well done, combat mechanism is a blast, graphics are awesome, game-play and controls are top notch and overall, it's extremely well polished. What else can you ask for? One of my favourite games of all time.

    The game is a joke. I cant agree more with all the other negative reviews. a 91 seriously? its a cheesy, non-engaging, hand-holding children's game. I never did really trust Metacritic's reviews. Im sure the producers fattened their wallets happily. POS game

    Great graphics, Great story, Amazing animation and physics, and it was amazing start for the batman Arkham series.

    The game play is one of the best fighting action games I have ever seen.Its simple attack,combo and dodge. Thats what makes it good, its simple yet incredibly satisfying to punch a thug in the face the fly kick him across the room.You can get upgrades to upgrade certain moves you can do.Like combos and an move called an inverted take down where you can take down a thug from above them.

    The graphics are great,they have a very dark,dirty tone to them.Which sets the mood for Arkham Asylum.The character designs are brilliant-Batman has a bad ass suit.The joker looks like joker but more realistic and dark than ever.And everything just looks great.

    Overall I think Batman Arkham Asylum is a really good game.I thoroughly enjoyed it,I give it a solid 9/10    … Expand

    Ok... Este juego me sorprendió... No para bien si me lo preguntan. Simplemente no llego a ver el GOTY que todos dicen... Empecemos.

    Para empezar el juego se divide en 3 secciones que usaras constantemente, el combate, el sigilo, y el modo detective. El combate es extremadamente simple, intenso, fluido y algo relajante. Es un combate para raza de los casuales, de eso no ahí duda. Por lo    Ok... Este juego me sorprendió... No para bien si me lo preguntan. Simplemente no llego a ver el GOTY que todos dicen... Empecemos.

    Para empezar el juego se divide en 3 secciones que usaras constantemente, el combate, el sigilo, y el modo detective. El combate es extremadamente simple, intenso, fluido y algo relajante. Es un combate para raza de los casuales, de eso no ahí duda. Por lo que aun que seas un niño pequeño podrás entrar a este combate. Sin embargo tiene sus defectos, aveces los enemigos te darán golpes aunque sus golpes ni te rocen. Y las paredes son un problema, si te chocas con una pared en el combate, Batman se alterara y no dará golpes donde tu le indiques. Aun así al final es bueno. Sigue el sigilo, es simple y satisfactorio, solo tienes que caminar a espaldas de los enemigos y listo, también puedes usar gárgolas para ir por el techo, usar los juguetes de Batman para distraer o noquear, etc. Pero tiene un problema, solo funciona con enemigos que tengan armas de fuego, por lo que si entras a una sala con 20 personas sin armas no podrás usarlo, te verán de una forma in-humana, como Superman. El modo detective es detectar 1 prueba en una sala, ya esta, no tiene mas utilidad y casi podría ser un cinemática, pero se agradece que nos den el control en estas zonas. Otro problema es la historia, es extremadamente simple, y desaprovechada. Solo ves algunos de los muchos villanos de Batman, y solo peleas con 2 de ellos. Y las batallas de jefe son terribles, son enemigos grandotes con un patrón de ataque igual uno del otro. ahí unas 5 en todo el juego, y no cuento las del Espanta Pajaros por que es mas un escape que una pelea. Huyes hasta encontrar una luz y listo, siempre. El Cocodrilo Asesino tampoco cuenta por que es igual, escapar. Las que no son escape son simples y aburridas, Hiedra Venenosa y el Joker son las únicas diferentes, y de echo son peores que las de Bane y sus clones... Y hablando de el Joker... Es increíble, el actor de voz hace un trabajo increíble, y tiene muy buenos diálogos, aunque no me convence del todo... Aun así esta muy bien, y el juego esta en español, esta traducido con voces de actores y son muy buenas. Y las mejoras... Son muy útiles, cada una mejora a Batman, en especial las de combate. Yo pensaba que serían malas o cambiarían demasiado el combate que ya estaba, pero cuando entre a los retos del juego me costaba mucho, pero cuando decidí desbloquearlos y sutilmente todas las peleas se volvieron fáciles, las habilidades son útiles, hasta la ultima. El diseño de niveles esta... Mediocre. Algunas zonas de el asilo se sienten reales, y otras no tienen sentido, es muy raro. Pero el asilo esta lleno de coleccionables, todos son interesantes, tienes grabaciones de varios villanos de Batman, múltiples dibujos con historia y datos de varios personajes, este juego tiene calidad y contenido. Pero no me duro mucho... Yo suelo re-jugar un juego hasta obtener todos los logros y apenas me duro unas 40 horas para pasármelo con sus logros, mientras que otros juegos me duran el doble. Un hack and slash me dura mas. Y eso que son lineales a mas no poder. Seguro para ti es entretenimiento de sobra, así que al final... El increíble combate, el sigilo simple y divertido, el contenido extra a montones y varios desafíos que completar... Pero sale la patética historia, los problemas no refinados de el combate y sigilo, los mal aprovechados villanos con sus malas peleas de jefe, y un mapa algo complicado al mostrar objetivo... Al final no veo el GOTY, no lo veo, pero aun así es un buen juego que por 19.99 es entretenimiento de sobra, en especial por descuento como yo lo conseguí. Por su precio de 19.99 le doy un 08/10, es un buen juego que si consigues en promoción te hará feliz.    … Expand

    I tried it because of all the hype, but it's a letdown. The game is completely linear so far, so it's like you're just watching a movie and pressing a button at the right time. (Now press F to glide down and hit that guy...) Click over and over for punch, punch, fancy punch... etc. Bleh. Boring.

    I can say with confidence and cannot stress enough, Batman: Arkham Asylum is, without a doubt, the best Batman game ever created. It does more than give you the Batman game you want, it gives you a video game that you could play repeatedly, even if it didn't have the caped and cowled Dark Knight in it.
