I LOVE this game. I have put over 16 hours in to it between myself and several friends.
The fact that you can use YOUR music and not just a basic list they have is awesome.
I can play pop, techno, pirate core metal, even marching band music(Band nerd here!) and it all works.

This is THEE VR game if you even so much have the sense of hearing.

I wasn't sure what to expect of this game at first and I hesitated for almost two weeks to purchase it. I finally did purchase it on Steam and OMG what a great decision! This game puts you in the action if your music! Sounds simple, maybe tedious and boring but its so much the opposite! The orbs come flying at you to the beat of whatever music you have in your library on your computer, orI wasn't sure what to expect of this game at first and I hesitated for almost two weeks to purchase it. I finally did purchase it on Steam and OMG what a great decision! This game puts you in the action if your music! Sounds simple, maybe tedious and boring but its so much the opposite! The orbs come flying at you to the beat of whatever music you have in your library on your computer, or you may chose music through Soundcloud. When I first played the game, I spent over two hours on many songs and didn't even realize it got dark outside and 2 hours flew by like it was just 30 minutes. Very fun and engrossing and this is a must have for HTC Vive owners! Expand

Beating the shit out of incoming musical notes has never been this much fun. [Issue#252, p.70]

If you're a fan of games like AudioSurf and own a Vive, you owe it to yourself to pick up Audioshield. It's an incredibly polished VR imagining of the generate-music-into-levels concept, and it was only let down by the physical realities of how gross VR gets after energetic use by multiple, sweaty people. In the end, the best thing about Audioshield is the ability to add any song from your personal music library to interact with in an all-encompassing environment, making every other rhythm game obsolete.
