Akıcı bi sistem olmuş, baymıyor fazla. Oyunda ek zorluk seviyeleri olmasını isterdim. At arabası kullanabiliyoruz, hızlı ulaşım açısından iyi olmuş. Expand

Assassin's Creed: Syndicate took me by surprise, especially after my mixed feelings about Assassin's Creed: Rogue and the ups and downs of Assassin's Creed: Unity. I must say, I absolutely love Assassin's Creed: Syndicate.

One of the standout features of Syndicate is the introduction of two main characters: the Frye brothers, Evie and Jacob. The freedom to switch between them during roaming, except for most story missions, is a brilliant idea. Evie, the more serious and focused sibling, feels like the perfect assassin, while Jacob, with his not-so-serious personality, takes some time to get used to, but he grows on you. I must admit that Evie is my favorite of the two, and her presence was a breath of fresh air after the last two main protagonists in the series.

The story is captivating and set in a unique period, the industrial revolution. The English atmosphere and the dark side of the era, including child labor, adds depth to the narrative. London is beautifully designed, with grand buildings waiting to be scaled. The grappling hook, a new addition, fits seamlessly with the vast cityscape. Although it makes combat and escape a bit too easy, I found it to be a perfect fit for this setting.

However, parkour in Syndicate feels somewhat scripted and restricted compared to the previous titles, taking away some of the freedom we once had. This may not be a major issue for me, but I understand it can be a significant concern for others. On the animation front, Syndicate outshines its predecessors, offering more realistic movements.

Yet, there are some elements that stray from the traditional Assassin's Creed style. The GTA-like aspects, such as stealing carriages from random people on the street, don't feel quite right for the franchise. Additionally, the focus on gangs, while fun gameplay-wise, might not align perfectly with the essence of being an assassin.

Nonetheless, the stealth and assassination mechanics are outstanding, surpassing even Unity's excellence. The combat has also undergone significant changes, making it feel fresh and enjoyable. While this combat style may not be suitable for a medieval AC game, it fits perfectly in the Syndicate setting.

Regarding the present time story, while better than Unity and Rogue, it doesn't match the depth of previous entries. The shrinking importance of the present-day gameplay and story across the series is disheartening for those of us who loved that aspect of the games.

Lastly, the achievements remain a letdown, as they are not implemented on Steam. It's frustrating to work towards unlocking all 56 achievements, only to have no way for others to witness your accomplishments. Ubisoft Connect is currently the only place where you can view your achievements. Where only you can see them, having to way to share your progress with others.

To sum up, Assassin's Creed: Syndicate is a standout title in the series, offering a fresh perspective with two compelling main characters and an intriguing story set in the industrial revolution. The gameplay is fantastic, with excellent stealth, assassination, and combat mechanics. However, some elements may feel out of place for the franchise. Despite these minor setbacks, Syndicate remains a must-play for Assassin's Creed enthusiasts, delivering an entertaining and immersive experience in Victorian London.

This is not the most memorable entry in the series. It does have it's moments, and I did like the protagonists. One major issue this game suffers from is the lack of innovation in a series that released too similar titles too close together.

As for the graphics, I noticed a few improvements compared to Unity, the ambiance is still very good, incredible scenarios, very beautiful character design, but the same lack of variation from the usual NPCs.
The gameplay evolved abruptly, all the problems of lack of precision in the movements that I felt in the previous one disappeared leaving an incredible parkour and well done. The abseiling system helps a lot, as the buildings are immense. The only thing I didn't like very much was the battles, because maybe I didn't like the style of giving weapons, but it's not bad.
I didn't have any bugs related to the base game, but in the DLCS it was a tragedy. When there was only one crime left to solve, he restarted all of them as if none had passed. In the Ultimo Maraja DLC, I had to restart ALL missions at some point because of a bug that prevented me from proceeding. In the Jack Ripper DLC I had to restart several missions for the same reason. The pleasant surprise was in The Darkest Hour that there were no bugs.
The story of the base game pleased me a lot, it's not brilliant, but it's fun. Both the main, the secondary and gang fights.I even liked the stories of the other DLCs but the fact that there was a downgrade in items and skills after spending so much time, 70 hours in my case, to conquer in the base game was very disappointing and I almost didn't play.

I highly recommend buying the game these days, as it will have fun and deliver gameplay (at least in the base game) clean of bugs and problems.

And I was honestly expecting this game to be weak after years of hearing a lot of hate focused at it. I wasn’t sure I was going to like some of the changes like the skill tree introduction at first, but it all worked well. I loved it being the most “modern” AC game. Loved the setting. The dual protagonist format worked well playing characters with different strengths and abilities. I liked seeing the real world events with Shaun and Rebecca. The story and characters were strong. The DLC was amazing. Stealth, fight and parkour mechanics were great. I really can’t say enough good things about this game. I really feel it’s the last true AC game. Everything afterwards did the ridiculous left turn into RPG and left narrative and established lore behind. This was the last game to follow the rules of the Animus reliving memories versus the chose your own adventure format of later games. Syndicate was overall a very strong game that suffered badly from following the disastrous buggy launch of Unity. I really wish Ubisoft got back to games like Syndicate that made the franchise great and followed the established rules of the universe that were laid out as a strong foundation from the beginning. The campaign is good as it shows how deep the corruption is that the Templars have a stronghold in every part of London from science, politics, finance to transportation. You kill the high profile templars but leave the position unfilled which just creates a vacuum of power. Assassin's Creed: Syndicate is the ninth installment in the popular stealth action adventure series Assassin's Creed. Given that prior to this game, there were already eight major episodes in the AC series and the settings of Victorian London had indeed intrigued me, I was quite confident about what to expect from this game. But from the very start of the game I have been confronted withAssassin's Creed: Syndicate is the ninth installment in the popular stealth action adventure series Assassin's Creed. Given that prior to this game, there were already eight major episodes in the AC series and the settings of Victorian London had indeed intrigued me, I was quite confident about what to expect from this game. But from the very start of the game I have been confronted with some changes that I could not have anticipated. But more about that later. As always I want to start on a positive note. One thing that did not surprise me was the quality of the infrastructure of London. The attention for detail is very good, and while it is not entirely historically accurate, it is quite close. I came to expect nothing less from an AC game and I was not let down in this regard. Also the controls seemed a little better, little less console like, with nice touches, like a designated button to enter a window. Sadly this is about it as far as my positives go. The first big change is that this time you play as two characters, assassin siblings. It was an interesting choice, I even somewhat liked it, but it had a couple of flaws in my eyes. First of all, the relationship between the two siblings is not very well written and feels a bit awkward and forced. Second flaw is that while it was suggested that the two characters have a different approach to carrying out their missions, in the end (specially when fully talented) they actually feel pretty much the same and switching between them is pretty much down to your personal preference. The second big change concerns the combat. Not the combat system as such, but rather the feel of the combat. Instead of the somewhat slow paced sword fighting combat of the previous installments, we have this very fast paced knife stabbing frenzy. It looks almost ridiculous, stabbing an already dead man over and over like a maniac. And speaking of knifes, there are no knifes in fact, just these ridiculous curved kukri, cane swords and brass knuckles. All these changes were very obviously done just for the sake of change, which is something that rarely works. A new addition to the series, horse drawn carriages, look pretty cool, but the driving is awfully arcade. AC games never were, not were meant to be, really challenging for experienced PC gamers. But this time, the difficulty is lowered by another level or two and frankly the game is just too easy. The legendary useless Ubisoft collectables are maybe a little bit more entertaining this time (beer bottles, pressed flowers). Microtransactions are back and more disgusting than ever before. I am already used to seeing all these short overpriced story DLCs and ridiculous 10 bucks horse armor kind of deals, but this time that is not all. We have the in-game Helix points currency, which can be purchased for real life dollars and is used to buy, among other things, talents. This is the cancer of gaming. And finally what can I say about the SJW in this game? It is ever-present. This time they updated their SJW loading screen, which says that "this game was designed, developed and produced by a multicultural team of various beliefs, sexual orientations and gender identities". At it shows! We have female gangsters, a little girl who runs a gang, the Ned Wynert character (WTF is that), we are helping poor Indian nobles to defeat the bad, bad imperialist, the in-game database is clearly written by a progressive proletarian, in a main quest we can see a wealthy businessman kick a beggar just because, we have an entire side quest chain dedicated to helping Karl Marx, who is portrayed as strictly non-violent caring humanitarian, the character of Queen Victoria is an outright mockery and on top of all that you get the end-game kiss. It was totally immersion breaking for me.

Assassin's Creed: Syndicate brings many changes to the series, most of which were not needed at all and at the same time, the aspects of the game that needed an overhaul the most, like the stale predictable story and repetitive gameplay were left mostly untouched. Final Verdict: 42%

Not as good as Unity, but still very enjoyable game, wish they would do more games with two characters. instead of choosing your character to be male or female, why not both, if you can't do one? Syndicate did it perfectly.

Decent AC game set in London. Good playable characters, Twins with talent builds. If only they had polished it properly and got rid of the few annoying bugs, it would have been a great game.

    Story
    3.5/5

Mediocre start but likeable protagonists. Stereotypical antagonists and outstanding historical people.
Setting of the era and place is well chosen and one bonus era is also welcome but somehow underwhelming.
The dialogues are mostly filler but the voiceovers and some rare funny moments are really good.
Main protagonists evolve slightly which only shows in the late game.

    Gameplay
    3.5/5

All guns blazing in close combat with easy to counter attacks and combos or more tactical stealth options.
A few uninspiring missions repeat themselves too often.
Some interesting bonus objectives which promote an additional challenge.
Parkour and travelling across the city is easy and enjoyable but the combat can be abused very easily and assassinations can be over with quickly.
Some cool ideas with combat tools and upgrades.

    Replay value
    2.5/5

A lot of loot and experience make the game significantly easy in the end game and grinding is only required for a couple of hours at the start.
Two independent protagonists but their playstyle is almost identical.
We can't choose who to play as in main missions and we will also easily unlock all upgrades in the mid game.
We may play with a better knowledge of our opponents and mechanics in the second run and it would be a walk in the park, I don't see a real point in replaying it.
The game offers a sandbox after the end which I guess is in place because there are more missions and places to visit.

    Verdict
    6/10

I was very conflicted at the start and wanted this to be over quickly but in the end I started to like the protagonists more. The gameplay and missions won't blow anyone's mind. The world itself is quite nice when it opens up and options are ever present for exploration and a few unique moments in the story itself and some funny parts helped me get through thousands of mindless assassinations.

Assassin's Creed Syndicate is a 3rd person sci-fi hack and slash RPG set in the historical era of mid 19th century to early 20th London portraying real historical figures mixed with fictional stealthy assassins.

Two playable protagonists are conflicting with each other. And one of them later grows in character but initially the game doesn't start with a very good first impression.

Furthermore, the area we start is a tutorial one and the first borough of London we visit isn't impressively big or nice.

The gameplay doesn't offer much variety when it comes to two characters having their late game unique skill upgrades and that's the small problem.

Those skills aren't needed for the late game and even when they would matter I found myself playing for the second character because the game doesn't allow me to pick one for the main missions.

There are also two differences between the two characters. Evie has a cape while Jacob has a belt. They can wear their own sets of clothes and their personalities make more difference than the actual playstyles.

I've spent half of the game grinding and oblivious to understand that it wasn't even necessary to progress. I was vastly overpowered from mid to late game and I wasn't offered any real challenge, at least I made it a little more interesting by fulfilling the bonus objectives, like not killing policemen or staying undetected.

We receive experience for a lot of activities, destroying city lamps, multi kills, fancy kills, vanishing, etc. It's simple to gain a new level up and it is wise not to waste the points into something pointless at the start.

I've found a few upgrades to be pretty useful for both characters; auto looting enemies, unlocking doors, eagle vision 2 and health boosts. One line of upgrades in particular wasn't very useful; carriages.
There are seriously a lot of loot chests. They all contain money and materials, the golden ones gave me some special drafts for equipment. With eagle vision 2 it's even easier to find them, I was initially not playing with vision through walls which felt like a cheat against enemies but saved me a lot of frustration. Getting all upgrades is inevitable. The story of activities like taking over the boroughs isn't interesting at all but the encounters may sometimes be fun and funny, especially if you're like me and take the effort to achieve some extra experience for doing objectives. This aspect of the game felt very grindy and dragged my interest in the game less. On the contrary, the historical figures added some flavour to the otherwise tasteless world of assassinations. Almost all of them were eccentric but didn't always offer me the most interesting missions to fulfil, however taking into account all they offered, I enjoyed a small couple of them much more than the rest. My upgrades provider and my secret accomplice were quite fun.

Great game! It had a mediocre start, but later on got better. The parkour is definitely one of the best in the series but the combat is just inadequate. The setting was delightful even though London was not busy enough. Also it felt like the graphics dropped if we compare it to Unity, Rogue and even Black Flag. The game has its positives and negatives. I think it deserves a 7/10

After playing AC Unity, I had little hopes that AC will be any good in the new generation, but boy was I wrong. AC Syndicate overhauled the combat system. If you've ever played the Batman Arkham series, it's exactly like that. Fast paced, and reaction based. Compared to the slow clunky combat system in Unity, you actually feel like a skilled assassin that can kick ass. You weren't overpowered like in Black Flag, where you could take on like 10 people at a time. But you weren't a push over either, overwhelmed by merely 3 baddies, like in Unity.

The hook shot is also another tool that was featured in the Arkham series. This tool makes it so much easier to traverse the city of London. You can zip across vast areas, horizontally or vertically. This does take away the need to climb a lot of things, but for such a large map, it's absolutely needed.

I loved the characters in Syndicate. They were funny, interesting, and varied. Can't help but to chuckle at some of the back and forth dialogue between the Frye twins. The game also incorporates some very notable historical figures, like Darwin and Bell, in awesome ways.

The infiltration missions allowed multiple routes and options, which was the only good thing they took from Unity. And the rest of the missions still felt unique enough that they didn't seem repetitive. Jack the Ripper was also one of the best DLC I've played. The fear mechanic was awesome.

I've played every AC before this one and I can say that this wasn't a pleasurable experience at all. The game is full of bugs, glitches and other stuff that prevents you from having fun. No wonder why they've added a grappling hook, without it, the game would be unplayable. I had to load a saved checkpoint more than 10 times because something broke and I couldn't finish the mission. Game difficulty is waaay too easy. You can basically finish last missions at the end of every sequence just by going in, without doing any helpful stuff that's not necessary, and easily press mouse 1 to assassinate who you have to assassinate. After that, you just have to run on a building and use a hook. 10 seconds run and you've just lost chasing guards. I remember playing previous AC games where I couldn't even climb on a building because they were throwing rocks or shooting at me, which resulted in falling down and losing 3/4 of hp bar. Health potions could also be non existent because I've used them like 3 times during the whole game as you don't have to take fights at all, you can just run. I wanted to come back to AC series after a "divorce" in 2016, but this games successfully made me not want to play Origins and newer titles. Story is very boring and predictable. After sequence 5-6 i was just skipping dialogues because I didn't care about these boring characters. Quiet sad that AC series ended like that. It was one of my favourite ones when I was younger, but now It's a total trash. If you like buggy mess and didn't play previous AC games you might be happy, I'm definitely not. Expand

Assassin's Creed Syndicate no es un mal juego, es mas, me encanto su apartado gráfico y sus nuevas mecánicas, pero se vuelve muy tedioso a la hora de explicar la trama y sus personajes no son para nada recordables haciendolos una justificación para jugarlos a ambos. just like unity. there is a lot to do and explore, but we do not do anything outside the animus. we see almost nothing of what is happening in the present.

the bat-grappling hook is a great addition that I hope does not banish forever like the bombs in assassin's creed revelations. the only interesting thing you can do is collecting the glitches to unlock abstergo files. this is

this is not a bad game, just not a good assassin's creed game.

This game is so boring... And was mande to atract progressive people, who worship Marx and, therefore, hate capitalism (and do not want to live in a socialist regime).

London is a beatiful and interesting setting for this game, but that's sort of everything that this game has going for it.

Characters aren't that interesting, and their motivation for doing stuff seems forced, which results in a weak story. Combat is boring and feels janky and weird. The grappling hook is a fun addition at first, but is so effective that doing parkour around the city

The grappling hook is a fun addition at first, but is so effective that doing parkour around the city is comparatively ineffective, so you just end up grappling again and again to get around.
Audio seemed weird a lot of the time. Background sounds were very lacking, and would make bustling crowds of NPC's seem sort of dead. Cutscenes would also have a lot of awkward quiet parts, where I couldn't help but thinking that background sounds or some music could have been a nice addition.

First half of the game is sort of okay, but second half is a boring chore with little reward in terms of story.

For all that I'm down on Assassin's Creed as a whole, Syndicate is at least one of the better entries in the series. And there is admittedly a certain charm to familiarity—a ritualistic quality, as every year I load up the latest entry and proceed through its bevy of re-skinned content. “Hello, old friend. Nice to see you again. My, you haven't changed a bit."...But Assassin's Creed has long since been surpassed by its imitators, from Mad Max to Arkham City to Shadow of Mordor to Sunset Overdrive to Tomb Raider. What they lack in recreating a period of history, they make up for by offering something a modicum different.

The aging Assassin’s Creed franchise begs to be retooled and refreshed, and the paint-by-the-numbers Syndicate is yet more proof of that.

In the end, Assassin’s Creed Syndicate is a far more competent entry than the much maligned Unity, but it does not entirely restore faith in the aging franchise.
