    More of the same with interesting locations and tedious terrain barriers that take long to go around or over. Also plus Steam achievements! I haven't found any interesting loot drops, but that's not an issue as one can upgrade equipment in Origins so they never get outdated or underpowered.

    * Great map design
    * Women rendered very well - Ubisoft usually does a poor job rendering women, it's like they're afraid of making them pretty. In this game, a number of the women were just beautiful - rendered realistically, pretty faces, makeup, cleavage, etc. Just an A+++ rating from me on that.
    * Merti was very attractive, and so was Isadora. * Overall this was a really good DLC

    * Overall this was a really good DLC package.

    Cons:

    * Some of the combat is poor to a degree - for example with certain bosses, if they get one combo in on you you're dead. It's just a bit unbalanced in some areas.
    * Was a little sad at the end of the game that Bayek wasn't able to save Isadora. Would be a nice change of pace to have him save a character like her instead of killing her.
    * Tying in with the above, was disappointed Bayek ended up alone at the end after all he'd gone through - I had hoped he would find a pretty new girl and be able to have a semblance of happiness.

    Visual quality is astounding and this might be the most attractive aspect of this DLC. The yet-to-become Louxor (Thebes) is stunning to look at and it does showcase a unique hallucinatory atmosphere.

    The main story content gives rise to a well-rounded scenario boasting an interesting reflection about mortality and the way people handle successive deity changes. But that's as far as this

    Neither should you expect this DLC to add new mechanics nor refresh anything when it comes to gameplay which means that you'll be doing the exact same type of content as in the base game. Ubisoft didn't bother adding different elements. Ok content is pouring which is a good thing since completionists will need a full 25 hours ride to eat up everything but quality does not always come with it : chests, chests and chests associated with an umpteenth camp/lair to wipe off the map... it's fine for two hours, then it does get boring. Secondary quests are nothing but the exact repetition of the pattern which the original game is based upon with as many qualities as defaults - all the quests are not necessarily incredible, you got some useless things only present to fill up the world. Fortunaltely, quests are overall quite good. The storytelling is not the best we've seen in the series, there are too few cutscenes (REAL cinematographical cutscenes, not some random computer-generated animations coupled to a pitiable lipsync and a flyable camera. Adding a skip option does not make a good cutscene if the cinematographic effects and editing process are both nuts, something apparently Ubisoft does not care about). All this put together comes qualify the whole lot to say the least.

    Overall decent. To be bought if you want to delve into a literally fantastic revamp of the Egyptian setting for 20 hours but don't expect this DLC to turn exceptional in any other field than map size and visuals.

    Se agradece el contenido, un mimo a su comunidad es necesaria, al menos los que van quedando, por que los fans se pierden si no los tratas bien y creo que se los están pasando por alto.
    Si no es suficiente lo que pague por su juego creo que pasare de comprar sus juegos.

    As a DLC its pretty good, new bosses are fun and challenging and the locations are beatiful and the story is pretty interesting eventhough its not part of the assassins creed story much. So 8/10 as a DLC as a game its like 7/10.

    와 증맬루 신화를 넘나들며 아름다운 그래픽 보는 것 넘 즐거웠다. 나름 난이도도 있어 끈덕지게 하게 되어서 좋았다 ㅎㅎ 그리고 보조퀘스트도 허투루 가지 않고 거기서 주는 아이템들도 나름 특색이 있어서 재밌게 했다

    Even though Assassin's Creed Origins: Curse of the Pharaos does little in terms of new mechanics or strong characters, it impresses with its new environments. The different Afterlife worlds are gorgeous, and the new boss fights are difficult and exciting.

    Curse of the Pharaohs is a fantastic, content-rich DLC which takes what already worked well, added a few twists and turns, and gave us more of it. This is a solid ~15-20 hours of content if you’re a completionist and explorer with some unique and otherwise underrepresented settings.
