    Basado en la época de la guerra de independencia estadounidense. Me encantó los escenarios y el añadido de la caza al juego. Historia bastante aceptable.

    Got this game for free recently. Have not played other AC games, so my opinion of this game is not based on comparison to its predecessors.

    When I first started playing, there were significant camera glitches. However, I tracked them to the source, and they can be entirely fixed by disabling recording software that I never use anyway. It's a good game so far.     It's a good game so far. The story is compelling enough for me to keep playing. I'm a big fan of American history, so the setting alone is a bonus. The game is difficult enough to feel like it's a game, and not just a playable movie. I like the parkour, although it feels rather restricted compared to some other games I've played (though, to be fair, the animations for this parkour is based on motion capture and almost feels realistic, while the more fun parkour is all entirely magical).

    Just got to a section where the focus jumps from one main character to a different one. Kind of disjointed, changing it in the middle of the game, not to mention that the whole feel of the game is different when you switch from following Haytham to following Connor.

    The game was almost entirely missing tutorials. I didn't even find out about changing items until starting the Connor sequence. I guess they're there, but you have to go through the menus.

    I would have liked a better aiming system and a better combat system that better resembles a game centered around combat, but that's a stylistic choice. As it is, you press a button to block an incoming attack, if you time it right then it gives you a second to press another button to either insta-kill or disarm your opponent. For guns, a target is highlighted and you press a button to shoot. The stylistic choice there is that everything is all done with motion capture, using real motions that are all very smooth, and giving more freedom in a fight would have broken the realism.

    I like how for every mission there are several optional challenges that it gives you at the beginning. Gives you an incentive to try making it harder than just muddling through the minimum.

    Overall not awful, but then according to other reviews it's terrible compared to others in the series.    … Expand

    Un juego decente (menos en rendimiento, apartado en el que por cierto es una mierda).
    La historia de este juego es complicada de entender, tuve que jugarlo 2 veces para entender el por qué de un par de cosas, aunque tanto el final como la pelea de Connor contra su Haytham, me parecieron estúpidas y enormemente evitables.

    Quite a break off from first four games. It receives a lot of hate apparently because it is not about Ezio, but this is definitely not a bad game. This is a good game but not much of Asssassin's Creed game, hence why so much disappointment from fans I think. And what I really liked is that finally I got some reasonable amount of Desmond story, not just some shades and few minutes per game, now it was some meaningful amount, finally. The only thing that makes this game belong to AC series to be honest, if not this I wouldn't understand why did it get AC name, aside from Desmond story there is very little from Assassin's Creed in this game. It also lacks a bit of consistency, jumps from place to place, not giving you too much of a control. Cities are also quite small and insignificant, the game has lost a lot of a open world feel from previous parts. Anyway, a good game as a standalone creation, but not a very strong position in the series.… Expand

    You feel like an assassin, you can move like an assassin, you can even kill in stealth a person in the middle of the crowd, and walk away unnoticed, your character is simply badass as **** The story is good, it is from a time we thought the saga would have a deserving end, but nowadays Ubisoft doesn't wanna end the story of its favorite cash cow, even if the    The old but gold AC.

    The story is good, it is from a time we thought the saga would have a deserving end, but nowadays Ubisoft doesn't wanna end the story of its favorite cash cow, even if the story feels bad. So in AC III both the present and past stories were good.

    The combat is just as badass as the MC assassins skills, in a nutshell, if you press the right button at the right time (and the window is large as hell) you are a God, you can dodge every attack, dodge even bullets, counter every attack and kill every guard with a press of a button, you can do that so much that literally, piles of corpse accumulate over the ground if the guards call reinforcements in the streets. It is really a trivial combat system but I can't deny it is fun    … Expand

    Now finally a new character, a new story and a complete different setting. That is positive but in comparison to AC and AC2 this game is still worse and could have been way better.

    This wasn't a bad game, but it doesn't live up to AC2, and nobody should buy it expecting that. The main character is pretty bland throughout the game, along with much of the story, and while some of the combat can be fun, it can get old. The main detriment to this game is probably the pacing of it. It's very hard to persevere when it takes many hours to even get to the actual story.

    Typical AC game. Boring side-missions, not good controls, average main character. No conclusion to the main story. But it still was fun. Climbing trees was cool, I guess. Got this one for free, so I won't complain. If, I'd pay money for this, I'd be pissed off though. Pickens approves!

    전투시스템은 확실히 3편에서 정점이었던것 같다. 여러 무기를 고유의 개성을 살려서 구현했고 단순히 반격 암살로 쉬웠던 2편의 전투를 완벽하게 탈피했었다. 다만 극을 이끌고 가야되는 스토리텔링이 너무 아쉽다. 이 이후로 스토리가 좋았던 적이 없는듯..

    Игра кажется недоделанной: недосказанность в сюжетной компании, однообразные города... Эпичные битвы из трейлера не так уж и масштабны. Многочисленная армия врага состоит из обычных статистов с двумя анимациями.

    It was the first AC I ever played and I generally enjoyed myself.
    However it's got loads of bugs and is very easy (I guess the bugs make it somewhat difficult to complete while staying sane?)

    Хули тут так мало , один из лучший геймплеев из отсасинов (лучший юнити ) сюжет затягивает но глав персонаж еблан и раздражает

    This review contains spoilers, click expand to view. Well i have to say that: the game isn't at the level of the previous Assassin's Creed games. But the game is very good for someone wants to play just for fun. The story is beautiful to me. The development of Connor is very well told. From literally his childhood, to becoming the mentor of the American Brotherhood. But this game has flaws, too. The parkour has been simplified too much to me; the buildings are too low and sometimes the wide space between buildings is too high. I'll put 8 if you'll fix the PC version, which is unplayable. For the rest is a good game… Expand

    I remember when I played this game, there was a significant evolution in graphics in comparison to the previous versions. I may being injuste, but according to my memory the history was not so envolved like the AC 2 and AC Brotherhood.

    вообще игра на 8-ку, так как скачок по сравнению со второй части тут большой, но блин... длс вылетают, одно даже пройти невозможно из-за этого.     Смешанные чувства само собой, но мне больше понравилось чем нет.
    Я бы хотел выделить один момент, который как мне кажется был сделан хорошо и реально с душой это собственное поселение в котором просто приятно находится, общаться и помогать жителям это и правда было очень атмосферно и только из-за этого накидываю 1 балл.    Смешанные чувства само собой, но мне больше понравилось чем нет.
    Я бы хотел выделить один момент, который как мне кажется был сделан хорошо и реально с душой это собственное поселение в котором просто приятно находится, общаться и помогать жителям это и правда было очень атмосферно и только из-за этого накидываю 1 балл.

    Assassin’s Creed III proves to be, despite its promises, a rather indecisive game. It comes with so many strong elements, that it could have been the best Assassin’s Creed ever, but it fails to harmonically balance those elements. [January 2013]

    What, no French revolution? For Europeans, birth of the United States is not really very interesting time nor environment. And after Ezio (or Haytham Kenway), Connor is bland, irritating protagonist. Game is also full of chores that add very little to the experience. [Jan 2013]
